They have thrown multiple packages over my back garden rather than knocking rather than knocking on my front door, 5 people live in my house and there is always someone in.

parcel not collected for 3 days - raised formal complain but not resolved - let down the person that supposed to receive the parcel as had a HUGE delay and needed to book another company.

Awaiting a parcel delivery on 20th January which I paid extra for next day delivery and I'm still waiting for my parcel and it's now 7pm on the 25 th January absolutely shocking customer service an angry customer

HORRIBLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE driver! my parcel was supposed to arrive yesterday so I waited all day at home, but it got delivered to a wrong address! Customer service team made it even worse: they provided me with two different addresses and let me LOOK FOR my parcel myself (and I really went, no surprise my parcel was not there at all); and then they promise 'there will be a redelivery tomorrow' so I waited all day at home once again today but DID NOT happen, AGAIN! Wasted hell loads of time with this HORRIBLE delivery company, still waiting for my parcel, feeling hopeless now.

Reorganised my delivery TWICE, and they didn't show up. Then the site just says I need to collect it! IF I COULD COLLECT IT I WOULDN'T NEED A COURIER. Not everyone drives! Tried three numbers before getting through to an actual person, THEN THE LINE CUTS OUT. Get through to someone else who immediately says they can't do anything, then give me a complaint number. Phoned the complaints line - line dead. Phone AGAIN and ask to be put through, they go for like quarter of an hour, and they say there's nobody there. They ask me to fill out on ONLINE FORM, refuse to let me talk to a manager, and rearrange AGAIN.

parcel was left in an open carrier bag soaking wet and outer box torn inside all airbag type packing was all burst offering no protection to the glass contents

4 times I have been waiting for a parcel to be collected. I receive emails stating out for collection and then couple hours later 'we could not collect your parcel'. practically impossible to contact Yodel, expensive, different call centre operative and conflicting advice. Being stuck between Yodel and the supplier of faulty goods I am frustrated to say the least. Never use Yodel.

Yodel is the worst company in the f'n world. After my package was delayed for no given reason, they told me they were going to deliver to an office on a closed day. I changed the address of delivery, and waited all day at home, they stopped working at 4pm (i was tracking the 'delivery before yours' counter) and simply did not deliver.

I still waiting for one item. on Monday I got one package and he told me that the second will be on the next day. on Tuesday nobody was but he told that was but no one at home. he didnt left no information/ticket. this is not first time!!!!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. Really atrocious. They sent me a message saying they had tried to deliver twice but hadn't been able to "gain timely access". So I tried to contact them to figure out what the problem was. There's no phone number, so you have to use the webchat - all of whose responders seem to be either incompetent or very rude, and who all disconnected the chat before giving me a solution to the problem. I was finally told I "would receive feedback within 24 hours", as to where (!) and when my parcel would be delivered. I'm still waiting to get the parcel...

YODEL claimed "We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property 15 January at 09:54" the fact that we were in ALL DAY access is directly off footpath to front door, parcel safe (lockable) on wall at the side of the door but the still claim they could not access the property. I will AVOID any companies that state deliveries are via YODEL.

yodel failed to collect for the second time in a row, they claimed no one was at the address which is a complete lie. Yodel if you want to disrespect you're in the wrong business

I complained to yodel about a failed collection and they said it was nothing to do with them and said speak to yodeldirect. I spoke to yodeldirect and they said it was nothing to do with them speak to yodel .......

They failed to collect, insisted I stay in the house for 12 hours waiting and then lied by saying I was not home.

This is not so much a complaint against Yodel but a complaint against their delivery drivers. One particular driver is bad mannered, argumentative & lazy. He refuses to deliver items to residents accomodation expecting to dump them at our concierge office. Then he storms off when he's told he has to deliver it. I've complained to his manager but it's clear that they find it unimportant hence his continual unacceptable behaviour.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! over the last few years I have experienced this company several times for both collection and delivery. Not once have they turned up when they said they would (at least 7 events). Twice I was left a calling card despite being in and for the other five times nobody arrived at all. Yodel customer service is appalling. It is impossible to speak to a human being and even the automated system hangs up on you if you provide insufficient information, rather than putting you through to a human being. Web chat has never successfully connected for me and any contact has had to be made via the company who has chosen them to deliver or collect a parcel. Even when Argos or similar contact them on my behalf they still manage to get instructions wrong or fail to phone me back as requested. I have spent too many hours of my life chasing this company! Today yodel are trying to re-deliver a parcel that has been cancelled and is due to be returned to the supplier that it is it from. This cancellation was caused because they failed to deliver it on the day originally planned despite my being in from 7:00-21:00 as required. Although it is raining there is a very good chance they will still leave it outside my back door while I am out and leave me with the huge headache of trying to get them to collect it again. In future I will ask stores which courier company they use. If it is yodel I WILL NOT order. I never normally leave reviews but yodel have left me so appalled by their service I wanted to warn other people. DO NOT USE

Twice now yodel was supposed to deliver my parcel the 12th of January 2018 and the 13th of January 2018 then on another occasion they left my parcel with a lady cross the road to me and still didn't attempt to ring on security gate and this time they did not attempt to knock on my door or buzz the security Gate they said they have left a card but they are lying yodel drivers are a bunch of Lying pigs shove my parcel where the sun don't shine I will be making and informal complaint and going to the local newspaper and I'm not the only one that's complaining about your drivers they are lazy no good idiots
