Paid for Nominated next day delivery. Still haven't got it 3 days later. Shocking service both from the delivery driver and from the Live Support.

YODEL THE COWBOY COURIER COMPANY.2 DAYS… YODEL THE COWBOY COURIER COMPANY.2 DAYS IN A ROW FAILED TO COLLECT MY PARCEL.WHY ARE THESE COWBOYS STILL TRADING. THEY ARE A TOTAL DISASTER AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY .I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN ,NOT ABLE TO GET AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY NO COLLECTION FOR 2 DAYS.PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND GOT NOTHING .A TOTAL DISGRACE TO THE COURIER WORLD.I FEEL RIPPED OFF

I have been trying to locate my package after it was delivered to the wrong address. I have the contact number for the driver however surprisingly the number goes to voicemail. I contact Yodel webchat and chatting to Enslin. I have just ended a 50 minute webchat discussion to obtain some information to only be fobbed off and never answered my questions, instead tried to avoid them. I asked for his managers name and number and his reply was contact customer services ! I think a customer service training program needs to be address. I will never use this company to send my parcels. *** Update 12/3/18 **** I phoned Yodel again on the 10th March in the morning. Spoke to Alan (nice south african guy) who told me that the driver collected the parcel from the incorrect house and it is now on the way to my house. I again waited in all day on the 10th to not be surprised that the packed not to arrive. Im not sure why people have to lie!!!! its a disgrace and the Yodel does not seem to care about customer service at all. I have now asked for the complaints manager or a director of the company to give me a call..............lets see if that even happens! **Update 12/3/18 ** 14:45 Needed to call Yodel once more. Spoke to someone called Shwidy who states that there is not call registered by me on the 10th and there is no person called Alan on the call centre!! great , gets better. She tells me the person has lied to me! what a company! I have asked for the managers name (Jennween) and as soon as I did she sounded like I was picking on her, all I asked was for a name in case I need to take matters further.......which I think I will need to. She tried to contact her manager and depo to find out what is happening, but guess what..... no one is picking up the phone! She will email the depo and have them call me back, time scale of 24 hours. Will update this review tomorrow. Oh one more thing, she told me that the driver tried to make delivery on the 8th March, didnt tell me a time........but will love to show them the whole days CCTV footage that I have with a driver not in sight! **Update 13/3/18 *** Well Yodel didnt keep to their word an give me a call within 24 hours as they states. I HAD to call back. Spoke to a new person called Jamie who states that there is no one called Shwidy (the person who I spoke to yesterday!) She then puts me on hold and passes me to someone called Jodie who stated she is a manager and will be investigating this case further! She also tole me that a manager will call me back within 24 hours..........yeah right! If Jennween or Igshan doesnt call me back within 24 hours I will speak to one of the directors at Yodel. ***update 14/3/18 *** NO call from any managers. Spoke to a rude woman called Thea. Told me that there is not manager called Jodie and all managers are all too busy. She had the most bored and rude tone of voice ever. Where do Yodel employ these people from. Now she states a claim need to be made as the driver may have stolen the package after collecting it from the incorrect delivered address. Never trust this company with your packages. All staff have been given "fake" names to use so that they cannot be traced back.

Absolutely terrible. Paid extra for Saturday delivery waited in all day. Finally contacted them at 6pm to be told to wait until 8pm. Contacted them again at 8.45pm and told they would deliver on Monday. This is not good enough. When on Monday some of the order arrived it was opened and the other parcel never arrived, funnily enough the most expensive item. Contacted Waitrose Garden and they sent an email stating that they were experiencing problems in our area as their courier Whistl were using Yodel. They advised in future to note on any further orders that we did not want Yodel used.

Delivery due on Saturday, it is now Wednesday and still no parcel, website has not been updated since Saturday which then sighted weather conditions as a reason. Sunny weather has stopped my parcel from being delivered? I would give them 0 star rating but this option is unavailable. Will not be ordering from any online stores who use yodel ever again. Disappointing, poor comunication

Have I ever had a Yodel delivery turn up on time? No. Paid for next day delivery, still waiting three working days later. The Yodel website, stated adverse weather, it was raining. No attempt to deliver the next working day, nor the next. Awful customer service and I can only imagine they must be cheap as chips for shippers.

The plant that was delivered from Marks and Spencer had been dropped and all the plants were upside down when I opened the box. I have notified Marks and Spencer

Tracking saying parcel delivered, dont no where its been delivered to, cant speak to anyone, also saying a card has been left, not at this address, usless, never again, spent 1hour 17 minutes holding on the fone to try speak to someone.

Terrible communication, worse service. Parcel has been sitting in their Perth depot for 13 days and is still there. In future I will not be ordering anything from companies that use Yodel.

The delivery service from hell ended up 68 mile round trip to fetch the parcel myself. Diabolical service would give lower rating if I could.

Awful Awful experience. Delivered my parcel to an unkown place. Once I reported this I was told they had no idea where it may be. They had no contact number for their driver. they told me they would call me back within 4 hours and update me at the latest. they failed to do so.I then called back to be told they will need to hear back from the drivers depot who's phone number they do not have meaning myself or they cannot contact them. Worst service I have ever received.

They lie about card been put in letter box, say will return next day another lie and contact centre is staffed by programmed robots that can't listen or talk for themselves.

Had been waiting on my delivery all day. also been using the tracker so i knew when to expect my delivery. i live down a small road that people need to be careful on anyway as there are lots of animals and it is a small road. i was disappointed to see the drivers van go speeding down the road and just leave. they had not taken the time to read the house name or even attempted to fine the house. i then go an email saying they missed me. i was there the whole time. no calling card. no attempt. just a lazy driver who clearly couldn't be bothered to actually try to find the house. i am usually understanding if there is a problem with deliveries but it is rare i have them. this time i am furious as i need the delivery for the weekend and will now have to stress over it because i will not be home due to working. this is the worst delivery service. It would be a miracle if anyone got a delivery from this company , clearly some of the drivers are busy speeding past their destination or they must be super-human readers! i suggest people stay clear including the businesses that use this company until its sorted out what these drivers are being paid for.

Driver steps into a large porch, does not knock then leaves without delivery parcel stating there was no "safe place" to leave the package......duuuuhhhh - what about about the porch he was standing in, plus the front door was unlocked? Driver forgot to write the time of attempted delivery - how convenient! I was in ALL day waiting for the Car Battery to be delivered and fitted tonight. The 2 dogs that live here and bark when someone is at the door also heard nothing. Poor attitude from Yodel "Chat" when dealing with the issue that took nearly an hour to go nowhere and acheive nothing. All round very poor service. Would not recommend at all - suggest if you want a cheap courier use Hermes.

Yodel is an absolute joke. Was on the live chat for over 1 hour the people on there are as much use as a chocolate tea pot one person tells me my package is at the local depot and I could collect it and then another person basically told me she has no clue where it is. They are also trying to blame the bad weather for not delivering on time the bad weather has been and gone. So who knows where my package is it's obviously disappeared along with the "bad weather".

DO NOT USE YODEL.....Useless live chat with Gary which took 40 minutes!!!! what a waste of my day - he told me parcel was delivered yesterday (when it wasn't), then he told me my parcel number was wrong (had it in my hand and double checked three times - it was correct), told me my name is not on the parcel (I live here on my own!!!!), told me to look on the website (no information then), told me delivery timing could not be given even to within an hour or two and when I suggested giving the driver my telephone number said they don't carry phones (who doesn't carry a phone these days). Said the delivery driver hadn't left yet (12.43). Told me the tracking number was wrong. He hadn't got a clue!!!!

Poor customer service. She sounded like she didnt want to be there. They wouldnt leave my parcel (a bag of sand) without a signature. Despite a safe place being the preferred drop of and specified when ordered. Never had problems with any other company.

Really bad company. Everytime single time someone has sent us a parcel using Yodel it has always been delayed by several days. Impossible to get through to them by telephone and even live chat is busy. I can't believe that this company is still trading in this day and age.

Feel rather deceitful having to give 1 star....... Its an amazing company, if you don't mind having to contact the courier once your parcel shows as delivered......or add to your daily step count playing "guess which door it was posted through", closely followed by the prayer offered upwards to the God of Shiftworkers that they are NOT working nights or, even worse, working from home. There's an unwritten understanding that when you order an item for home delivery it is actually delivered to YOUR home. The courier was apologetic when he called me, and is probably under pressure to meet delivery figures - but surely all the bad reviews should nudge them to re-think their strategy?
