Still not received my parcel, after 3 failed ATTEMPTS by a nonsense driver! I have been waiting for long for the parcel. No way they can not found my address. I always got parcel every day sent by another courier.

We sent 2 parcels to a customer. You only delivered one of them, and “lost” the other which was never delivered. You also refuse to compensate us for your mistake. Shocking service which we will never use again. As a small business, things such as this are hugely important to us. We have undoubtadly lost a repeat customer and money due to having to replace the goods.

Hopeless and liars, they lie to their business partners, it well know within the industry. You can not trust the company in anyway and any complaints are promptly ignored. Should have gone bankrupt years ago.

My parcel had apparently been 'delivered' to me but, mysteriously, I did not receive the parcel on that particular day as I was at my workplace. I contacted Yodel via their 'Web chat' to see if I could find out where the driver had delivered it to. It so transpires that the delivery man/woman had delivered it 'on the front porch' of my property (left the parcel outside for somebody to steal) without leaving a card. I now do not know where my parcel is and neither do Yodel. As a result I am now £150 out of pocket and a reimbursement does not look likely. Cheers Yodel. Avoid this company at all costs if you can.

Awful experience twice. Both times my parcel was left in my "safe place" which was the doorstep in plain site for anyone to take. The second time I couldn't actually find my parcel so went on their live web chat. The first person hung up in the middle of the conversation and the second person said it was down to me to chase it up. Never again using them and wouldn't recommend

Drivers do not leave calling cards to say they have missed you I was waiting for a parcel and it was delivered over the road to a shop where it was sat for 3 days before I got a notification it had been delivered I had another parcel yesterday that they couldn't deliver but still no calling card so now I have to sit on my doorstep waiting all day to see if they actually turn up I've now spoken twice with customer service and they were so rude it's unreal so I would never recommend using this service as it's a load of rubbish Would have been 0* but it won't let me

Yodel are utter rubbish. They are either dishonest or liars.. They say that they have attempted to deliver 5 times here, some one was n and they did not leave a card. This is the 4th time they have done this, the other Companies - Amazon and Laithwaites gain a bad reputation for the appalling service that Yodel give. AVOID AVOID AVOID, the you supplier to use another company

I received the email from Yodel,"Your parcel been delivered Saturday 7/03/2018 at 12:47".I call to see what happen,because no one was on the address to get the parcel an sign for it.They told me I sign for it because my name was there as a prof.Really? I check the CCTV an the driver he didn't come to the buliding ,no even close.I have to wait till tomorrow morning an see if some one will call me back with updates,but I have really bad feling after read all this reviews,I must go to the depo and see if is there,or maybe I can have chat with some manager.

If possible to rate my experience with Yodel any lower I would. They seem to be incapable of counting to 10, reading house numbers and honestly it's a mystery why these idiots are supported by Amazon and Virginmedia. I found my parcel walking on the next street, when there was every opportunity to deliver the package to me or if not to either of my neighbours who are open all day.

I have just received a delivery they rang the doorbell excessively then left the packages on the doorstep in the rain and drove off before thet knew if antone was in. They did not even give time for an able bodied person to answer the door. I am in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to get the packages in.

Terrible, avoid at all costs!! Apparently they've 'attempted' delivery so many times that they can no longer rearrange delivery. Now i have to collect 300L of soil in the middle of the never never without being allowed to drive and without the compulsory calling card that i don't have ... With mobility issues, that isn't really an option. It was never actually attempted to be delivered, and 'customer service is only an automated answering bot....

COURIER PICKED UP MY PACKAGE THEN STOLEN IT NEVER DROPPED OFF AT DEPOT NOW IM FIGHTING THEM FOR LOSS OF MONIES OWEING TO ME LIVE HELP RUBBISH RUDE AND KEEP FOBBING ME OFF COUNTY COURT IS MY NEXT STEP SO GET MY MONEY OF THESE ROBBING SODS WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND EVERYONE THINK TWICE BEFORE USEING THESE PEOPLE

the worst delivery company in the world. Why send a parcel that i sent to myself from Australia Back to Australia without contacting the receiver because it was damaged. also your customer service is awful

Waiting for our package, two of us at home, no one has contacted us, either by phone or text, or by mail. We only receive a message to tell us that they have not found us. On their website there is only a pay phone number, but you will speak to a recorderd voice and you can only manage to rearrange another delivery. The chat is always busy. Stay away from them. Bad service.
