Booked next day delivery so I could book the day off work to wait for my parcel. When I tracked my parcel it was goi going to be delivered the following day! Unable to book that day off so nobody will be around to sign for the parcel. Previously used this company to collect a parcel from work. They didn't know where to go so just left! Did not contact me or attempt to find out where to go!! Rubbish delivery so unreliable.

Just had a driver at my door... dropping the card and running away! Didn't even bother knocking and he has my suitcase for tomorrow's flight. So I call customer service. No option given to speak to anyone and the robot just hangs on you, after telling you to visit the website. So I go to chat online with someone. The lady on the chat, Wonka, couldn't find my parcel in the system (10+ minutes), even after I sent her a screenshot of the card. She kept repeating I should refer to the sender and when I asked her what's her full name so I can complain, she ended the chat. Great approach! So I tried again, Danielle this time. Much more helpful. She somehow found the parcel in the system.... it's a miracle!! But tells me the driver didn't scanned it, so it's still showing as 'out for delivery'. I say how come it's still out, when I got the card already? She changes the topic, saying she can't do anything until 9pm when they all go back to depot. I say can I go pick it up at the service centre? She says she doesn't know as the driver didn't scanned it yet. I can't even get mad about is, it's more funny than sad.

Waited in all day for delivery at 12 noon which I paid extra for. excuses.... excuses.. 4 Promises.. last one said ETA. 14.43 16.43. It is now 8.06.. pm. not a word since. Sorry office is now closed. What a cowboy company..

Don’t even waste your time and money on these muppets. Absolute joke of a company. They do not deliver your parcels on time. Plus you can not speak to anyone. This company should be struck off. Never ever use these again. Bunch of tossers

Truly shocking service as everyone else confirms. Not possible to speak to a human. Got an e-mail saying 'sorry we missed you' while I'm in an office of 60 people and NO attempt at delivery was made as it would be impossible for us to miss. Absolute joke of a company and would never order from HoF again as a result.

ENABLING CONMEN TO STIFF THE DESPERATE! Why are yodel using scam agencies to employ drivers to work 15 hour days then not paying them? This is a fact! It is 1 big rip off. using people to the point of exhaustion then leaving them, discusting

1 is to high a score for Yodel. Tracked my parcel today 192 on the delivery list. Got to 7.30pm..32 more drops before mine..8.30om..text to say 'Sorry we missed you' and will try again tomorrow. Sat here with Ring.com doorbell..not a sign of a delivery driver to be seen..and he claimed he left a card..well Yodel try explaining your way out of that..SHOCKING SERVICE and more fools Smyths Toys for using them ..I have been a loyal customer but will not be ordering anything else from Smyths Toys if they continue to use Yodel to deliver their parcels.

Missed delivery card was posted delivery will be following day, 4 days have gone by and nothing. Rang retailer who chased it up to find out yodel has lost the parcel. Investigiation in place which means thanks to yodel’s disgusting service I have missed out on a function dress. Yodel needs to shut down online tracking is a joke constant epic fail with this company. They give no updates on your delivery. Yodel you need to train from DHL & My Hermes who are amazing. Retails please stop using Yodel they are awful!

I never got my deliveries delivered by them. Every day I get multiple deliveries form other companies like DHL, UPS, TNT and they find us easily ! Customer support sucks. Only thing they can say it's been delivered. I'm not blind I can read it too.

Absolute joke online stated 62 drops before mine I was heading home which took 20 minutes but after 10 minutes my status on line changed to 'sorry we missed you ' I've arranged delivery for the next day, taken the day off work and after live chat and 20 mins on the phone I don't know if I'm going to receive the item today as it's still at the depot! What a joke..... Who knows when or will it arrive.

Really bad service, actually no service is better , please close down and save the people of UK from pulling there hair out when you say you've tried to deliver when you know you have not even been near the property . Oh I left a card is another lie , if you want to save yourself trouble , send the parcel back to where it came from and tell them either use another firm or refund .. Otherwise start pulling teeth out , it's less painfully than waiting for this form to turn up . I would of said delivery firm but they just don't deliver . Shut the business down please m

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY, WAS TOLD I MISSED THE PARCEL WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER IT. COULDN'T CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAVE AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM THAT IS RUBBISH. ONLINE CHAT HELP IS A TOTAL JOKE. WORST COURIER EVER, RUINED MY BROTHERS BIRTHDAY!!

Awful experience.. Missed the delivery as it needed to be signed for - fair enough. The card they left me said 'Delivery will be re-arranged for tomorrow' Stayed at home the next day, nothing.. day after, nothing.. Had to go on a web-chat for them to re-arrange the delivery 4 days late. Tried to talk to an actual Human and it was next to impossible.. when i finally got through it was an Indian call center and the lady couldn't tell me anything useful.

They never ring the bell, they don't leave a calling card and they leave my parcel out in the open for it to get damaged by cats, stolen by neighbours or damaged by cars. It has happened far too often and I am SICK OF IT! I HATE YODEL.

What an absolutely shocking service this company gives. I have waited 2 days of my holiday this week for a parcel which they claim there was no one in. When complained they couldn't find the address. So why did they not ring? Online chat hopeless. Now waiting for another parcel from another company who use Yodel once again today no one has delivered my parcel. As previous reviews 0 would suffice, they are incompetent, irresponsible and should be avoided at all costs!

Absolutely disgusting service. My large package languishing in the local depot for more than a week with no attempt to dispatch it. The tracking site, web chat facility, and customer services were all totally useless. No-one updated the tracking site properly for 8 days. The web chat reps just lied to me multiple times telling me the parcel was on it's way, when it wasn't, or just sent pointless messages to the depot who ignored them. The reps don't take ownership of customer problems, or follow up and feedback. Customer services offer no way of contacting them. Their phone line is premium rate, and was just a lying robot that again told me the package was on its way when it wasn't. You cannot speak to a human being, and there is no customer services email address. This is the most appalling company, whose description of themselves on their website bears no relation to reality.

They absolutely suck and and appear to be staffed by brutes and thugs. apparently it's okay and normal behaviour to force open a secure gate and if the package says don't bend, bend and force it through the letter box. Total irresponsible muppets.
