PLEASE ..... do yourselves a favour and use ANYONE else. The worst. The absolute worst delivery company on the PLANET (no - i am not exaggerating).

Utterly shocking service. My parcel was abandoned in the wrong street. Luckily a kind lady moved it to a safe place so I could collect it. My telephone number was on the address yet the driver couldn’t even be bothered to phone me to ask where I lived. UNBELIEVABLE 🤬

I have been disappointed by yodel a few times. this time i paid extra money for an express delivery on a chosen day and Yodel failed to deliver my parcel on that day and instead the tracking confirmed that the parcel spent all day sitting in the warehouse instead of being delivered. I now have to contact the seller to cancel my order. if i could i would leave a no star review if i was able as the company are lazy and even the customer service is appalling. I used a live webchat to ask about my order and got met with a very unhelpful person who did not clear up any of my inquiries.

Yodel has lost or failed to deliver a number of items To me from various companies. They have said delivered and signed for when they have not come anywhere near my door. Today tracked my order and item turned up with a very nice and friendly gentleman. I was thrilled to receive my order and was able to track the journey. I hope Yodel are able to keep this kind of service up Today I would give it 5 STARS.M Nash

i have had quite a few deliveries from yodel and there drivers are cheerful respectful and very polite not many firms can say that about there drivers yodel should be very proud of them

This is the end time Yodel have failed to deliver goods. Wait in all day, tracking data says it's on it's way, then again receive an email, we have a problem with your address. I don't believe they even attempted to deliver, as no other couriers seem to have any problem. It's also impossible to speak to a person to find out whats happening all you get is automated systems. Will never order again from anyone using Yodel as their courier.

Yodel - I will no longer order from another company who uses them! They attempted delivery whilst at work on Tuesday, left a card, so I arranged re-delivery for Thursday when working from home. I tracked my parcel to only find out it had been returned to the sender because I had REJECTED the parcel at the door. I did not reject any parcel or even receive a knock on the door, I was working only 8 foot away with a clear view of the road. I can only assume that the driver could not be bothered to come to my house, as he certainly did not attempt a delivery. They told me no option but to go back to Sender, poor customer service and only premium rate phone numbers! So not only am I down the value of my order (cant get hold of suppler), but I am down on my valuable work time talking to useless ChatBots!! :-(

Would have given a 0 but it's not an option. Joke of a company. Paid for next day delivery and had to waste 3 days waiting for it to be delivered. They lie about attempting to deliver, no customer service to speak of. Avoid at all costs.

For the second day running we have tracked our driver right up to1 delivery before yours only then to see he couldn't find our address. We will now have to stay in for a 3rd day despite giving additional delivery hints. However,all other delivery companies are able to find us. I have now had 3 online chats the final one actually taking my concerns seriously and escalating them .Apparently they do have navigation aids!

I still don't understand why reputable companies choose to use this useless delivery service. They have delayed my parcel and when I've asked I spent 17 minutes talking to someone who kept telling me one date while the tracking stated another. When I asked what would happen when the delivery failed (because I had arranged to be in on the first delivery date before it changed) they told me I would have to rearrange it or collect it rather than delivering when they were supposed to. Terrible company, terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ridiculous.

Paid extra for a Saturday delivery, driver didn't even attempt to make the delivery - I was watching the tracker and just got an instant email saying they missed me (no calling card was left either). Joined online chat to arrange redelivery on Monday, request ignored and driver left a response that made no sense (never even heard of a "Sonial" before?!). Joined the live chat again and the agent must have been exceedingly busy as in 30 minutes he was able to copy/paste the same response 3 times and confirm two pieces of information. Finally tried to phone through to the complaints team and instead get placed with the "Track and Trace" team who advised it will be 48h before I even get a response. In the mean time, no idea where my parcel is as I have no calling cards and parcel is lurking with the mysterious "Sonial". Short story - don't use Yodel. Abysmal company, atrocious complaints handling procedure and you're more likely to lose your parcel than actually get it.

Item meant to be delivered Friday but no one came. Check the online "tracker" which claimed the item was refused at the door. Not only false but also no card left to even alert me they had even tried. Website 'advisers' unavailable so I called their number only to go through an expensive automated service that told me nothing except to contact the original sender. I contacted the original sender who assured me 3 attempts would be made to deliver before it would be returned to them. Check again on Monday at 7am only to find the tracker updated saying attempted delivery refused at the door Mon at 6:13am and 6:15am! Not only are both my husband and I awake and sitting downstairs by 5:30am, we have two dogs that alert us to ANYONE approaching the house. On all '3' occasions, no card was left. I am appalled and frustrated not only that yodel have outright lied about delivery but at the amount of extra time (and now money) I have had to

BEWARE THIS IS YODEL. SCAM COMPANY. THEY JUST LOST MY PARCEL ! I received an email saying it had been delivered and that the parcel had to be signed for. Customer service are an absolute shock. Monkeys with phones! FRAUD !!!

Left card saying parcel was 52 houses away. Phoned them and they said it was still on van and will be with us by 9pm. Then had email saying it had been delivered. The parcel had to be signed for. They still don't know where it is. This is a rubbish company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Booked next day delivery so I could book the day off work to wait for my parcel. When I tracked my parcel it was goi going to be delivered the following day! Unable to book that day off so nobody will be around to sign for the parcel. Previously used this company to collect a parcel from work. They didn't know where to go so just left! Did not contact me or attempt to find out where to go!! Rubbish delivery so unreliable.

Just had a driver at my door... dropping the card and running away! Didn't even bother knocking and he has my suitcase for tomorrow's flight. So I call customer service. No option given to speak to anyone and the robot just hangs on you, after telling you to visit the website. So I go to chat online with someone. The lady on the chat, Wonka, couldn't find my parcel in the system (10+ minutes), even after I sent her a screenshot of the card. She kept repeating I should refer to the sender and when I asked her what's her full name so I can complain, she ended the chat. Great approach! So I tried again, Danielle this time. Much more helpful. She somehow found the parcel in the system.... it's a miracle!! But tells me the driver didn't scanned it, so it's still showing as 'out for delivery'. I say how come it's still out, when I got the card already? She changes the topic, saying she can't do anything until 9pm when they all go back to depot. I say can I go pick it up at the service centre? She says she doesn't know as the driver didn't scanned it yet. I can't even get mad about is, it's more funny than sad.

Waited in all day for delivery at 12 noon which I paid extra for. excuses.... excuses.. 4 Promises.. last one said ETA. 14.43 16.43. It is now 8.06.. pm. not a word since. Sorry office is now closed. What a cowboy company..

Don’t even waste your time and money on these muppets. Absolute joke of a company. They do not deliver your parcels on time. Plus you can not speak to anyone. This company should be struck off. Never ever use these again. Bunch of tossers

Truly shocking service as everyone else confirms. Not possible to speak to a human. Got an e-mail saying 'sorry we missed you' while I'm in an office of 60 people and NO attempt at delivery was made as it would be impossible for us to miss. Absolute joke of a company and would never order from HoF again as a result.
