I am raging and there is nothing I can do. I am sitting at home and following the online tracker. What changes to "we missed you". I am asking help from the online chat and the answer is sorry, the driver can not go back. HE WAS NEVER HERE! Yodel, do us a favour, have a training for your drivers on how to ring the bells! I truly can not believe this. Waiting at home and seeing that they miss me. And then having a chat online... Being advised that the driver couldn't deliver. I wonder why. I am utterly infuriated. How is this company still in business?

Delivery note through my door that parcel left outside my kitchen window, nothing there when i got home. Then informed seller they delivered to neighbour - untrue then produced a delivery note with a squiggle of a signature stating i had signed for it... all untrue. Disgusted lost £59.95 due to their lies

If anyone is thinking about working for this company think again! You do not get paid and then they make up stuff about some 'checks they have to carry out which is not stated on the website or in their application process! And apparently cost £250, for a weeks worth of bag runs out of £390 they paid my partner £9.00. So id think twice about working for them!

continues. Ordered a cake topper for my son's birthday. Had no notification that it was due to be delivered so wasn't in. They made 3 attempts, fine because I was never going to be at home, I work like a lot of people so I arranged to collect it on the Saturday. Drove 45 mins out of my way to the depot for when it opened at 8am and was told the parcel was already out for delivery!! But not to worry, it could be delivered that day. Despite someone being in at home, there was no delivery attempt. But they won't take any accountability. They won't deliver at a time when I'm in, I can't go back there to collect it so it'll be returned to the vendor and I'll get a refund right? Wrong, it'll go back to some unknown middle man. So I don't get the cake topper, I don't get a refund, I spent nearly 2 hours in the car which made me late for a subsequent appointment and led to a compete farce of a day but that's another story, I won't be reimbursed for fuel and I can't even raise a complaint. You could not make this stuff up. If I'd known Yodel would be involved at the start I never would have embarked on it. I wouldn't use them if I was being paid to do so.

Very unhelpful staff on the webchat. I sent them a message and waited for at least 5 minutes each time for their response. One of the agent did not even wait for my response, just sent me the message and ended the chat. Did not resolve my query, just kept fobbing me off. Not interested at all helping the customer.

The last package I had delivered by Yodel, the driver called me up lost and then complained on a second phone call that he couldn’t find a place to park :’)) Finally he calls a third time, from someone else’s front door. Then he tells me he can’t lift the package, so I have to carry it. I am a female of 130lbs - thankfully, pretty strong for my size. What would have happened otherwise? Who knows.

If I could give it a zero I would. Kept saying they've left a card for delivery but it wasn't true. They was actually trying wrong address.

They had the task to deliver 4 parcels, guess what: they didn't deliver one of that. The tracking history says 'we left a calling card', but they didn't. They history says 'we gave the parcel to a neighbour' that neighbpur doesn't exist, nobody knows where my parcel is. I was at the depot and left my contact details and they promissed me to solve the issue, but they didn't. The support promissed me to call me within 24 hours, now that are more than 240 hours and no call. The worst service I have ever seen, seriously!

Despatched using Yodel 48. Now 72 hours and no sign of delivery. According to the tracker its been sitting in the local depot (Norwich) for the last 36 hours and all it says is there might be a delay. No customer service. All they have is an automated service that repeats the info on the online tracker which is worse than useless. No chance of speaking to a real person and they have the audacity to charge you for the phone call!!!!! I have experienced most courier services and Yodel is by far the worst. My heart sinks when I am told by the seller that they use this bunch of amateurs. In a world where delivery services are growing, the level of professionalism across the industry is rising by the day - unfortunately Yodel still think that they can get away with a level of service that is way behind the pack. Prospective companies - think very carefully about using these shysters as their poor performance will reflect badly on you!! Edit

Worse delivery company ever. They were suppose to deliver today, took a day off and waited for it. The delivery guy never showed up and I have been trying to call customer service for few hours now. Got hang up twice, customer service is extremely poor. I prefer to got to the center myself tomorrow as the service is extremely extremely poor. Don't recommend, and don't want to hear, speak or see the name this unprofessional junk: YODEL.

One of the least customer-centric companies in the UK. Why companies choose to partner which this disaster of a company is beyond me. Delivery windows of 7.30am to 9pm which cannot be narrowed. Impossible to reach them because their cost saving voice recognition system is appalling. Reference numbers that are incorrect. I don't think I've been frustrated by any other company more than Yodel.

Firstly, had friends visiting & had to ruin plans & stay in the house to wait for this parcel to arrive. THEN, receive a text to say it was delivered with a neighbour - house bell was not rung? Don't know how we could have missed the parcel. Then called yodel & found out what neighbour it had been delivered to - checked with neighbour who did not receive parcel. Have been on the phone for the past week being told the driver will come and tell me where parcel was delivered - nothing came of those promises? No further information given? Been waiting on a wifi box - have absolutely no wifi for past 2 weeks! Absolutely no urgency or help made!

Yesterday I got an email from Yodel saying a parcel had been left for me in my porch and a note put through the door by the driver. As we were both home all day yesterday and there was no note and no parcel, this was puzzling. I did an online chat and was told the non-delivery would be reported to the depot and it would need a talk with the driver, and I'd get a call-back within 24 hours. No call-back. So I did an online chat again this evening with someone who, like last night, had an Asian name. She asked me to repeat the tracking number as she couldn't find it. So I did. She replied that she couldn't find it, told me to contact the sender and ended the call without giving me chance to reply. My reply would have been that as I didn't receive a note from the driver, how the f*** am I supposed to know who the sender was?? Tried to contact Yodel again a few minutes later and the live chat says 'sorry, we have shut up for the day.' What a joke. I seem to remember there was a TV documentary a while ago which filmed Yodel drivers throwing parcels over back gates and doing anything to suggest that they had been delivered.

A pathetic excuse for a delivery service you'd be better using a blind carrier pigeon. After purchasing an order from Amazon on the 5th Aug the company supplying the goods used Yodel to 'deliver' my parcel, charging £7.99 for delivery. I'll make sure I don't fall for that next time. On the 9th Aug I received a text telling me the parcel had been delivered and signed for at my address that day. Neither myself or the other occupants had received this delivery nor had any attempt be made to do so (Royal Mail & Hermes had managed it the same day) After trawling through their mine field of a website, I eventually found a contact number. The operator told me that they would contact the driver, get him to pick the parcel up and phone me back immediately. After waiting 2 hours, nothing. So I rang again and was basically told they couldn't contact the driver and to phone the following morning. A totally wasted day caused by a Yodel driver that would be better suited driving a little tykes car and an operator better suited to ask if you've had PPI.

I ordered a tablet from gearbest in China. It said it was being shipped 'UK express' and would take about 10 days. In the past have not had a problem with gearbest stuff so did not worry about it. After about 3-4 weeks I had a proper look at tracking. It had reached Britain and was in the hands of yodel. Not only that but the history showed me it had been delivered to my porch (it hadn't). Then, AFTER being delivered to my porch the tablet was out for delivery!! I apparently missed the driver three times and they left three calling cards (I didn't receive one). Then the next thing on the tracking was that the parcel was returned to sender. I contacted gearbest and they said it was not their fault I eventually managed to contact yodel online 'help' which was another experience Yodel has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with So... I'm left with nothing

Yodel review Worst delivery company I have dealt with do not use this company. I ordered a shipment worth over half a grand for my company from my supplier in china and it was passed onto to Yodel to fulfil the rest of delivery and ultimately, they lost my package. Here’s how the whole process went: I received two e-mails from yodel saying they missed me and they left me a card and they will redeliver. No card was left behind which means they lied and did not actually go to my house. I thought nothing of it and opted to pick it up from their warehouse. I then received an e-mail saying my parcel was ready for collection. I proceeded to going to their warehouse to pick up the package spending £20 in the process getting there. I arrived at the warehouse waited for 30 minutes for them to locate the parcel only to find out they could not locate the parcel and they could not get through the driver who had my parcel. I demanded to speak to a manager on site. There were no managers except the health and safety manager who told me not to wait and he will chase this down and have parcel delivered by the end of the day. He even took my number down and said he will call me back to let me know when it arrives. He never called and I did not receive my parcel that day. I called the yodel customer services the following day and every day after that to try and see what why my parcel was and to get my parcel as the goods that were coming was supposed to be my income for august 2017. Each time I phoned they would tell me they would call me back and they don’t know where my parcel is and they are waiting for a response back from the warehouse where my item was supposedly kept. I did not want to waste £20 a day travelling to the warehouse and back without being certain my parcel was there. I asked for the warehouse phone number and they said the warehouse does not have a number and cannot give it to me. I got a lot of different stories from the different people I spoke to from the customer services team. One told me the driver delivered to the wrong address and he was sent back pick it up and delivery it to me. Another one told me it was at the wrong warehouse. After about the 50th call which at this point was 10 days after the first delivery attempt a customer service rep told me that the warehouse cannot locate the parcel and I must follow the missing parcels procedure. I however cannot claim only the seller who sent me the parcel can which was extremely frustrating. So after wasting 2 hours travelling to the venue and back and spending over £60 on my phone calling yodels premium number I do not even have my package. Annoying thing to note is it takes ages to get through to a human customer service person when you call because it is an automated voice that talk to you and tries to sort out your problem first. Overall this was a frustrating and bad experience I do not want anyone else to experience. I was lied to on constant occasions and this was the worst customer experience I have had in my life. Please if you are a business considering using yodel as your delivery company head my warning and do not use them. They provided horrible customer service and are unreliable as was as losing my package I also wasted money chasing it up and suffered a loss of earning too. My business reputation has also suffered because I had customers who were waiting for my product and I promised at a certain time and because yodel lost it I failed to deliver which as a business starting off is a nightmare. I repeat do not use this company they will ruin you. I never write reviews but I was compelled too. I am reasonable person, I understand accidents happen which is fine but with how they dealt with my case made an already bad situation worse. Royalmail, dhl, Parcelforce are far more reliable companies who have delivered to me before and I have had no problems so I am disappointed that my first and probably only experience with yodel was so awful. Awful Company - avoid at all costs. Failed to collect parcel for 3 days , despite us having arranged and pre-paid for the collection. No email address or contact number. Only way to communicate is via an online chat where call back were promised n several occasions but still awaited. Ended up having to cancel and re-arrange with parcelforce. Would never use Yodel again.

I've never seen such kind of customer service and service providers' in my entire life. Very disappointed. For next time when I buy things if they company use YODAl I'll cancel it, automatically or I try to find out before I place an order So Awful I have waited my item all day long and give them my phone number if my door bell isn't working but all of a sudden on their tracking app it says 'we missed u' no driver pass to my flat, no card left then I tried to contact the customer service and said 'i'll email to the depot probably they we'll come today(same day that I contact them) but we'll call u later to tell u the depot feedback' no phone call and I don't trust her either she emailed them so, I phoned them about 2 hrs later after I contacted the first one then I told her about earlier conversation with her colleagues but so I said I wanna find out the progress about the email that's sent by her colleagues but she told me no email sent to depot so She said 'I gonna send now probably they'll come tomorrow(next day)' I can't trust her again so I contact the sender which is the most polite and helpful he told me if I won't received in the next day, asked to email him and then he'll arrange to send it by using another carriers'. I'll see if he turns up tomorrow. Bad and poor delivery provider (YODEL) on the earth!!!!
