This company is absolute joke! I have never experienced anything like this before. Simply everything is wrong. Both when I had to deal with them personally and company I'm working for. From parcel not being collected, being collected not a scheduled (no collection receipt), parcels lost within few hours, rude drivers, not listening to instruction, a very, very poor customer service (disconnected twice for no reason within 30 min, no replying at all). Please do NOT, repeat do NOT use ever!!!

terrible company to deal with. phone number might as well not exist as every time u call it cuts you off or doesn't recognise you. delivery men are rude and do not know what they are doing. they leave the wrong parcels for the customer chuck them all over so they are damaged and then u cant speak to them to complain. ill stick to dhl in future

I am still trying to receive my parcel - since Monday! I spent all day today trying to get help without any luck. After missing the first delivery I tried to contact the driver to instruct how to leave the parcel in a save place as im never at home during the day. The number for the driver was out of service. After contacting the online support team I was offered to change delivery address to my office address which I did. Unfortunately the courier still tried to deliver to my home address and just left another note. After lots of chasing with online support two days later I was told that Yodel is not able to deliver to a new address. On the top of that I was told I have to pick up the parcel from the depot!!! I live in London and the Depot is somewhere further out! After spending all day arguing and speaking to numerous of online support members I was told that the delivery will be mad later on today. My request To advise the driver how to leave a parcel in a safe place was ignored. The number for the driver out off service. Online support team close the chat before the issue is solved. The most frustrating experience and worse customer service. I'm loosing my hope to see the parcel:-( Do not Use Them!

Shockingly poor service. Courier says he tried to deliver and left a message on their website to that effect. But I had been in all day and I checked my CCTV - no-one had attempted a delivery. Their customer service team are useless - don't understand the customer's problems and just fob you off with crap. Would never ever use them to deliver and of my parcels.

Bad service and disgusting customer service Never collected parcel, I had paid for next day delivery and had to stay in for collection between 8am and 6pm, when they failed to collect I contacted YODEL via web chat, the customer service rep was least unhelpful only to tell me my parcel had been collected and was scanned as loaded, and when I told them parcel was still sitting next to me, the response was, we will pick it up tomorrow was there anything else we can do for you. No apology or anything. Totally disgusted, had to contact my client and explain to them why their parcel was going to be late. Will never use YODEL again, I should of looked online at other reviews and stayed well clear of them So YODEL replies asking you to send details so they can look into the matter as a matter of urgency, I sent them all the details hours ago and nothing back. Their lack of customer service never alone the Lack of service they provide is a complete disgrace.

Really Poor Service. I have been waiting for a parcel for 4 days now. The driver son has an accident and they lost my parcel. Then, they promise to deliver the next day and this never happened. Saturday they made wait all day at home and in the end they text me "No access to the property". I have been trying to contact them today and the customer service operator called MTIKAZI, just hang on on me without any explanation. I won't recommend this service to anybody!! Really rude customer service and poor rating in delivery success. I am still waiting for this delivery without the support of Yodel to inform me the real status of the parcel!

THEY DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO WHO KNOWS WHERE TO SOME RANDOM GUY CALLED "LEE".... NOW THE BUYER IS GOING TO CHARGE BACK AND IM MASSIVLY OUT OF POCKET... WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER SHIPPED THROUGH TOTAL ABSOLUTE JOKE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Was supposed to deliver to a shop, instead said "sorry we missed you" (how do you not manage to deliver to a shop that is open???). When I tried to find an explanation and resolution to this, they were very unhelpful and repeated the same stock lines. It took four separate conversations with four different people to finally (hopefully) get some sort of result from Yodel, however this still remains to be seen. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated, it was not me who did not deliver the parcel, and it wasn't me who "wasn't in" to receive it. I should not have had so much trouble trying to rectify the situation.

Total lack of customer service as they said they had tried to deliver a parcel and left a card ( they never). Phoned the mobile number but the driver never returned the call . Used the web chat and they said the depot would call guess what they never did . Then I was told the parcel had been returned to the sender . Total incompetents by a company who doesn't care and employs mutes

The delivery driver couldn't fit the parcel through my letterbox so decided to forcefully opened my locked cat flap (which was specifically shut and locked as my cat was injured) and in doing so breaking it. Staff "looked into the incident" and basically if you don't have cctv proving that the yodel drivers damaged property then the company doesn't care at all. The method they work by is a disgrace. I sent photographs of the fact the parcel would in no way fit through the letterbox and damage to the catflap, even a picture of my injured cat. They accepted the parcel went through the cat flap but the driver is "100% sure the catflap was unlocked ". The driver is a liar. Shocked and disgusted with the customer service. I wouldn't even give yodel 1 star, absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the driver breaking into property.

Any one have experience when Yodel hide true from you? Any one have experience when Yodel hide true from customers through their WebChat system ? . if so, please just click on review i will contact with you my self , (i am trying to take Yodel to ombudsman than may be court as what they done to me it's extremely stress full for me and unforgettable for me and i feel cheated and i feel they are abuse me and they try to hide information from me ) any one have experience following for example when Yodel say following let me know quickly . 1) when Yodel say, we not able to contact with delivery drivers over the mobile phone 2) when there driver say they on the way but never come 3) When Yodel say they are not answerable to customers who through 3rdy party 4) when they keep miss inform you that your item on the way to you ( which may delay more than 2 day) 5) when they say there is more than one home visit/(attempt to deliver item) make but they never make it 6) when Yodel remove the webchat from the online system to hide there mistakes ( you can download webchat file or take snapshot and save on your own PC . don't trust the Yodel online system at all thay may hide/delete your chat later or sooner , please save them now. and keep safe all files 7) when Yodel not answers your freedom of information request 8) when they may threat you legal cost if you take any action against them if you have any other logical complain join please join me as i am extremely stressful with there services and when they blaming each other , i not able to sleep well become ill , i want any one who play with public to learn that we all not stupid

Waited in all morning. Downstairs windows open, car in drive, obviously someone at home. Nipped to the bathroom, and lo and behold, the driver has been and gone,! He put a card through the door stating he called at 1100, I know it must have been later than that because I checked the porch at 1130 for the post ! I am fuming, I needed the parcel today. After a long and useless 'live chat' were I tried to find out the whereabouts of the driver so I could meet up with him, I have to wait until tomorrow when the parcel will be delivered any time up to 7pm. The Yodel mantra must be "Knokck knock and run away" Will never use them again

Terrible. I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 days with no response. Their website doesn't have any new information about it. I have tried to contact the Live chat and I had connection with some "THAIBA" guy, who hasn't been very nice answering my questions. And after no clarifying anything about this really, he ended the live chat with no reason or at least saying good bye. So, so rude. Worst delivery company ever and customer service , I am very disappointed.

Parcel never arrived yet their website says it has been delivered. When I tried repeatedly every single number I found to ring them their automated system couldn't recognise tracking number and those lines that weren't automated hung up without saying so much as hello.dealy with them twice and had problems both times. Leaving it between Amazon and seller to sort now as I've wasted hours today trying to deal with Yodel with no luck. Never again!
