Parcel never arrived just vanished into Yodel organisation. Unable to contact them by web or phone. Bloody hopeless.

They didn't, they said they attempted to deliver but in fact they got lost! £3.00 in phone calls it cost me!

Yodel failed to collection a parcel on Friday, then failed again when the collection was rescheduled for Monday. To add insult to injury they claimed the reason for the failed collection was "customer unavailable". I wouldn't mind if that was the case, but I've wasted two days waiting for them and I definitely didn't get any card saying they had called.

Once again the yodel lies & failure to deliver strikes again! Tracking device indicated they held live plants for over two weeks before returning to sender, 10 days was out for delivery & they didn't manage it, now contacted company & apparently I refused delivery!!! Why would I refuse something I ordered & wanted? Please explain yodel? How have they managed to continue in business (this is my 5th or 6th appalling experience with then) is beyond me!

I have had a couple of disappointing experiences with Yodel in the past but I wanted to give credit where credit is due! I had a parcel delivered from Yodel today and was able to track it as normal. Something that I haven't seen before (it may not be new) but it told me how many deliveries there were before mine which was 84. I was able to track when the driver would get to me based on how many deliveries he made in an hour and it was very accurate! Very pleased. Hopefully this will also make people realised how hard couriers work and cut them some slack if they are a little late.

Poor service. Missed delivery deadline. Unable to speak to a human being. Still unable to get a ear answer as to when it will be delivered. They have now had the parcel in their posession for eight days!! I do not actually feel that they deserve ONE star; but on your sight this is the minimum!!

Yet again appalling service - I will not buy online if I know the delivery is thru'Yodel. Consistently fail to deliver even though you are in all day waiting! Trying to contact customer services at Yodel and speak to someone on the phone is impossible. Try and avoid at all costs!!

An absolutely appalling service. I despair whenever I find that the item purchased online will be delivered by Yodel. They have consistently failed to deliver to my address on several occasions yet other delivery companies do not have an issue. Trying to speak to someone directly on the phone is impossible as all you get is an automated voice with limited options. In future I will not buy anything online if the company uses Yodel to deliver

Very bad service... They left my parcel on the doorstep. Luckily I had only gone to the shop for 5 mins otherwise someone likely would have stolen it. Seeing all the bad reviews. One has to wonder why they are still in business why on earth people would use this service to send a parcel is beyond belief. I would much rather suggest to companies who use a shipping company to go with DHL or a more reputable company than this crap.

I contacted Yodel as advised by Amazon and they confirmed that my delivery was due today, so after waiting in all day the delivery has not arrived and will not be here as stated by themselves and Amazon (Saturday 6th May). They could not even keep a date for their own wedding.

YODEL left parcel in a public place so never recieved it and there customer service is terrible. I have called them and cant get through, their webchat cut me off and they then asked me to contact them on here and they have seen my message and ignored it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS just look at all the complaints.

Yodel what a joke the worst courier company out there how they ever get business is beyond all comprehension. As they never deliver on time been waiting almost a week now for a next day delivery and this is not the first time yodel has not delivered when there are supposed to. You can never get to talk to anyone as it's all automated probably because they know people are annoyed with them. So again I have had to get onto the company who hired these moronic idiots.

Unfortunately this scale does not go into minus figures otherwise I would have given a -1 for unbelievably poor service. After 10 days I still did not receive my delivery despite daily online chats to request delivery for (each) next day - I learnt that my items never left the depot and for some reason the driver reported that I had moved address!!!! Poor service, frustrating at not being able to speak to a human being over the phone to get this sorted out, no calls from Yodel depot despite the advisor informing me someone will call to discuss delivery even when the matter was raised to their manager, lack of feedback regarding items. Awful company and has completely put me off ordering from Argos or any company that use Yodel to deliver items.

Horrendous lying company. Five times we were told the delivery would be arriving. Again today I was told two hours max. Two weeks no delivery! Horrendous, appalling service. DO NOT EVER use this company

I gave Yodel one star simply because there is no option to give zero stars ...... I ordered wine on line and after receiving tracking information that the package was in their warehouse I never heard another word. Contacted them on line and was twice fobbed off with ' we will conduct a warehouse search' bottom line is that the item was never received. Obviously stolen somewhere between the warehouse and the delivery vehicle. Would not recommend them.
