Within 15 minutes, I had an Email saying that I was unsuccessful.
I cannot imagine there was anyone analysing my application so late in the day. Therefore I can only assume that there is an automatic rejection system built in.

“Everyone who shops online regularly knows how bad yodel is. Recently I ordered from ASOS. I got a text message when i was home saying my package was delivered (on Friday). But the delivery driver or package was nowhere to be seen. So I went to the Yodel website to check parcel tracking. The tracking said it had been delivered the previous monday (also when i was home). It hadn't been delivered. There was also no record online photographic or other to show that the driver had delivered it. Yodel continuously fobbed me when I questioned where it was and would not provide any further details. They eventually told me they could not provide any more information due to "unforeseen circumstances" and when i asked what they were the customer care operator left the conversation. It is now 1 month on and I still haven't received the package or a replacement from ASOS. When the replacement is sent it'll probably take Yodel another month to deliver.”
“I was expecting a delivery, I complained to head office that I hadn’t received item after noticing that they had said it had been delivered. They said it had been delivered and left in porch and a photo taken. I pointed out that I had not got a porch, despite this they said they had proof that it had been delivered. After a few days a lady rang me to say she had a parcel left on her door step for me, she pointed out that this is always happening.
What worry’s me their drivers just seem to dump parcels anywhere take a photo and and as far as yodel are concerned it’s been delivered. I use eBay buying / selling but I would never use yodel. I also pointed out that I have ctv on my house and no one had delivered a parcel.”

“Delivery should have been yesterday, Saturday, not only no delivery but we were working in the front garden all day and they had the audacity to say they tried to deliver but we weren’t there and that they left a card. NO, they did not try and deliver and no there is no card.

Why are companies like Laithwaite using them, it does their image no good either? I am now trying to stay calm and decide if I cancel my large order with Laithwaites as the buck has to stop with them.”
“Absolutely horrible. I received an information that my parcel has been delivered while it wasn't. Informed them about it and they said they will interview driver to find out. Had a reply that the driver left the parcel in the mailbox (it is impossible that it would fit inside). In the mailbox were only my letters which I took out before. Concierge checked CCTV for 2 hrs between the delivery time and confirmed that NOBODY delivered anything to my building at this time. I told them about it and they send me over to the company who sold me the product without even trying to take a responsibility of their driver who clearly didn't deliver the parcel and updated the status as delivered. NEVER AGAIN!”

“I dont know how they call themselves a delivery service as they dont actually deliver anything. Ended up having to change address nearer the depot as I think they just couldnt be bothered to deliver where it was supposed to be, even after getting more detailed directions and said ill call the driver to direct him(apparently you cant according to Zandile on webchat..For a week telling me wrong address..which is strange as every other delivery has always arrived with no issues to the exact same address.”
