Delivery of flowers now 2 days late. Tracker shows flowers still at Hatfield. Managed to send query to yodel this morning was told it would be investigated & someone would get back to me - they haven’t. Now unable to chase query because of continual message that operators are busy & to try again in a few minutes. Appalling service

My parcel was meant to of been delivered and no parcel on my door. When I ask they say they have no record of it although I have all the details. Showing where the parcel is to be delivered. This company is the worst courier I have ever known. I would suggest never to use them. There is no way of talking to someone. And they just don’t care.

My package was suppose to arrive via dhl but for some reason they used Yodel. Never heard of this place. These reviews are a joke and a lie. How can it take 3 days to sort out a package. No calls or messaging to even update something is wrong with the address (it was incomplete) The first person didn't even want to update the address even though I have the information (told me to contact the shipper who was China. I had to stay up until 4 am) The second day I contacted them again the person updated the address and say they will schedule for Saturday. Got dressed and waited all day. Yodel didn't update it's for delivery and no text so I message today (Saturday afternoon) to be told Monday. With no explanation but to say they will not deliver. But catch the joke "THEY NEVER DELIVERED IN THE FIRST PLACE". DHL and Royal Mail is far above Yodel any place that ever ships to me again will. I'm usually a calm person and I could have been understandably except for how rude this last person was. I will be leaving this message everywhere.

Well after reading all the reviews on here all I can say is the worst delivery service out there... I waited and watched the tracking and it went from 13 stops before me to sorry tried to deliver but parcel was rejected at Door. WWWWhat I was here waiting they did'nt even try, it's a Friday and probably wanted home early but I don't appreciate Lies!!!!! I would score them 0 but it dos'nt let me......

Ok, here's the story: I ordered a package from Virgin, asked for it to be dropped off at the local shop. Virgin direct me to yodel who then say they'll deliver to my door (Ok? fine. Guess poor communication between the 2 companies, not exactly Yodel's fault). The tracking says "estimated delivery: 7th of July. (Today). I wait at home in near silence all day waiting for a knock at the door, nothing. Next day rolls over, I wait at home all day in the dead silence for a knock at the door, nothing. I then get a text to my phone saying along the lines of "delivered and signed for" and then a text saying "sorry we missed you". No knocks at the door or anything. I haven't left the house in days (even when I need to go to the shops) just so I don't miss the delivery. I've read reviews and you apparently will need to go to their depot and get it but I am a student and can't drive/don't have a car so I wont be able to get it. They tell me in the text that I should have received a card with re-delivery information on it, nothing. They literally didn't show up. What even worse is they are borderline saying its my fault for not answering the door/hearing them. (addition) I downloaded the app to see where my parcel was, it gave nothing of use except the driver's name. Any who, I go to the shops as now there's no delivery coming. Sleep again, then contact customer service. This was the only quality part of the company - speedy response time and the person was helpful. Customer service tell me they "accidentally scanned" my parcel. They also told me to contact the driver via their phone number. I had already tried 4 times. 4. And so I was told just to wait. How in the flying hell do you accidentally hold your scanner to something, scan it, then say I signed, then say I didn't answer the door? That is so incredibly unlikely but fine. I'm now waiting at home for the 3rd day in a row, dead silence for this door to knock. At this point I don't even expect it to show up until at least tomorrow but here we are. Worst part is, I don't know when to wait till, Yodels site says wait till like 8 or 9 PM, another site says 6PM, and customer service said 10PM? All in all (TLDR) I would rather bathe in a bath of urine than use this service for anything ever again. Individual ratings: Delivery: 0 App: 0 Communication: 0 Customer service: 4

The worst delivery brand! Thet told that they attempted for 3 times and they left no message no legal document and also it was almost impossible I waited at home. And then it is very hard to reach them and they were not willing to solve my problem. Without the document also it is not possible get my parcel from depot.. Such a bad company.

Driver said he attempted delivery but could not find the flat. I was at the window, I asked them to ring me, I left a note on the door with my number in case. No Yodel truck ever drove past the flat, the driver simply could not bother to come. I saw him on the map before my delivery slot and he was in the area but further away. Really bad customer service, via the chat, they don't even know what the driver's phone number is. A lot of stress on the customer. Worst, worst, worst service EVER.

So annoyed, been at home the whole time to await collection, been informed that person came at 13:57 and couldn't gain access to our property. What a load of BS. We were in, bell never rang, cars in the front garden, lounge lights on. I can identify with the recent negative comments on here. I shall say, on a positive, that at the moment the online customer service is apologetic but I have to contact them again in 24 hours to find out what has happened. we have never had a problem with the drivers from Hermes and DPD, who have always been honest and reliable.

Only gave 1* because 0* wasn't an option. Delivery service - atrocious. Customer service - worse. They don't even know who they sub contract to!! Was quoted a company that stopped trading 2 years ago!! Ended up tracing my parcels to a local firm that sub contracted for a sub contractor and collected them myself. Yodel as the prime contractor are accountable for our parcels until they are in our hands. They take absolutely zero responsibility for what they are contracted to do. Shocking.

Waited all day for a collection from Yodel, He turns up at 6:30pm and refuses to take item even though it’s was noted that I’m heavily pregnant and could not seal the box myself! He lied he’ll come tomorrow and put a note on the system that I wasn’t home ! Shameful! Absolutely poor service! Completely disgusted with his behaviour!

What can I add that hasn't been said already about yodel! Really is the worst of the worst service, no delivery, no update, no contact, no customer service, no resolve!!! Its criminal they can be aloud to filter reviews on trust pilot that is connected to there Web page, to pretend they have 4-5 star rating, unfortunately I know from experience that you can filter bad reviews on truspilot to skew results but 1 star on here after 3000 reviews shows the scale of sh#thousery going on with truspilot.

Tracking said parcel was delivered. Was not. I was at home so know it was not. Cannot get to speak to anyone. Web chat is worse than useless. They obviously do not care and really need training or be closed. How a delivery company can wash it hands when courier has not done what they say is not acceptable. Zero stars is whT I should be able to give.

Tracker shows parcel couldnt be delivered as no access to property on 2 consecutive which is untrue as I am working from home and was in both days. Message asks me to contact them but cant find a way to speak to someone. Webcam constantly busy. Tel number is automated just asking you to check tracker. Absolutely shocking customer service. I've contacted the company where I bought my goods asking them to sort it out otherwise I'm cancelling order

Wish there was 0 star option. Was meant to receive my parcel YESTERDAY still not here today and doubt it will even be here tomorrow. I was never even contacted by yodel with a tracking code or to be informed of any updates what so ever, had to ring argos and ask them. Tried calling yodel but they seem to have no humans working for them as it is just an automated machine and the other number has another machine saying the service isn't available. I've see countless bad reviews about yodel, shouldn't even still be business lazy fools.

Delivery suppose to come on wednesday, nothing. Web chatted with yodel was informed there was a small delay in depot and parcel would be with me 24-48 hours 48hours pass, no parcel. Web chat again with Yodel to be informed that parcel was being sent back to supplier because it had no label. ?????? Why did driver load in van if it had no label, but because he did the problem is because of Yodel practice so surely they should try and sort it as they caused it by not checking label, Love how they tried to blame it on supplier for not putting label on parcel. Maybe driver should have checked...... The whole thing just sounds fishy to me. Suppliers know nothing of it being returned. If you have a choice. Dont use Yodel

Rubbish beyond belief. Huge parcel delivered to my address - not meant for me. Happens again again and again. They never learn as you cam never talk to anyone to let them know.

Pathetic delivery company, miserable customer service. I was waiting for my package at home, along with all my housemates, when i receive a notification saying “your package has been delivered”. So i went outside... nothing. I searched all the building, nothing. I checked the Tracking info and it was showing that the driver and my package were somewhere far away from the delivery address, so i called yodel customer service. Rudely they confirm that the driver never been to the address and that they will interview him. After three days, i receive an e-mail saying that the driver was actually at the correct address ( lie ), that nobody was there ( lie ) and that he left the box in the back door ( LIE. We don’t even have a back door !! ) So end of the story... I will never see my package. If you wanna waste your time and money, definitely go with yodel. If you are a normal person with common sense, just avoid this rubbish
