“Not for the first time the courier dumped the parcel outside the wrong address and then stated it had been delivered. Complained to both sender and Yodel, both don't want to know. Conclusion do not you Yodel, plenty of other more reliable courier firms.”

I received the cryptic message below that Yodel had delivered a parcel from "Norsk". Aside from the fact both my husband and I were at home- with a doorbell loud enough to wake the dead- and could have signed for the parcel if anyone had bothered to ring it , neither of us ordered anything from "Norsk" (whatever that is) . Possibly it is a birthday present for my upcoming birthday but God knows who sent it. Please tell me who sent the parcel/where it came from and explain why no attempt was made to let me know it had been left in front of my door, a meter and a half from the pavement in Camden Town, a busy part of London where anyone who spotted it could have walked off with it? And yes I know about Covid, but simply abandoning a parcel in plain sight of the passing public is not "delivery." I look forward to your reply.”
“Worst delivery company ever! On updates it said they tried to deliver but couldn't gain access yet the delivery driver didn't even attempt to ring any buzzers on the flat. Also why have I provided my number for you to contact if you aren't going to contact me. Waste of space that delivery company! Just admit you have lazy drivers and you are paying them to pick and choose which delivers they want to do. AVOID!!!”

“I missed my parcel. They never knocked the door, then they lie about leaving a card. But this is A LIE. There is NO CARD. I reschedule the delivery and put a SAFE PLACE. This time I'm unable to track the delivery or driver to know at what time they are arriving at my door. I miss the parcel but they don't leave it in the SAFE PLACE. I contact them but they don't reply to my queries. Different people on the WEBCHAT say different things. They say that they'll send the parcel tomorrow but their tracking doesn't work, they say the parcel is ON ITS WAY but someone told me it was still at the depot. I don't know whether that parcel is ever reaching me. The worst experience ever and time lost trying to retrieve my parcel. WebTeam and customer service are totally useless and unhelpful. “Criminal theft of our DHL parcel by Yodel (Yodel Delivery Network Ltd).
On Monday, 6th July 2020 Yodel driver “took by mistake” or most likely stole our underlined DHL company’s parcel (consignment/tracking number 51017430483675) from Budgens (address: 1 Chertsey Rd, Woking GU21 5AB). This parcel was by no means intended to go to Yodel at all, however they took it.
We attempted contacting the nearest Yodel Farnborough Service Centre, however without success as Yodel’s CS line is virtually useless.
Ever since we contacted Yodel CollectPlus Escalation team, (collectplusescalations @ yodel.gnatta . com), there has been NO meaningful updates. Now 16 days later our DHL parcel has simply disappeared with NO trace of it, NO responsibility from Yodel, NO replies, NO updates.
We gave them a deadline until today, 21st July 2020 to resolve this or else we will be launching a legal enquiry and a law suitcase against Yodel Delivery Network Ltd.”
“Parcel did not arrive after I received email saying it had.. I contacted yodel who investigated and said driver put card through a brown door and left parcel in a safe place in porch....I have white door and no porch. And guess what no card. Their investigation says they are happy with what delivery driver and case closed. Some is happy somewhere but not me.. yodel terrible customer service”

“Said they called to pick up covid19 test at 13.55 no answer said posted card..... There was no card through my door and 2 adults and 6 dogs in all day so knock would have been heard also I was in the middle of an Asda food delivery at 13.55 so how he managed to get to the only door to my house without being heard or seen I do not know.”
