Why companies decide to use Yodel as their delivery service is beyond me. It makes reputation damage to the firm of the product you are buying. Yodel were scheduled to deliver my parcel yesterday (Saturday). I was told it was to be 20:00 to 22:00. Inconvenient time but decided to wait. No one turned up. Tracking system said "failed to access property" at 20:00. That is a lie, no one turned up. My property has no gates and is easily accessible. No slip provided. Re-scheduled for Tuesday but hoping my product is still intact as it is fragile.

yodel failed to deliver my item ,they say i changed the day from saturday to monday ,they let me know 5 mins before webchat finished at 5 pm ,I DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING been sat in all day waiting ,i paid £6 tracked delivery, disgusting behaviour from this company.WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Due to have an NHS test kit for COVID collected. Was told it would be this afternoon by two web chat people. Contacted a third and she said no it will not be collected and it needs to be rebooked. A stressful test made worse by yodels incompetence.

My item never arrived. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything successfully arrive from yodel. Has anyone ever? Why anyone would use them is beyond me. I would never have ordered if I knew they would be using yodel to deliver. Luckily I managed to get a refund.

Parcel spends a week traveling to the UK only to be stolen from the Yodel warehouse in Maidstone, Kent the day after it arrives. The mater of fact way I was told this by the warehouse staff suggests it is not an isolated occurrence. The advice that I 'order another one' was less than helpful and I was left with the impression no action will be taken. Online customer service said there is nothing they can do and batted me away to the seller .....

THE WORST COURIER SERVICE THAT HAS EVER EXISTED. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous. I did not receive my parcel even though the tracker claimed that it had been delivered. I called customer service to try and investigate the problem. I had to call everyday for five days just to keep updated on the investigation. Apparently the driver left my parcel outside a black door which was clearly not my house. The parcel had to be signed for and yet the driver left the package outside this door (which was not even my house!!) without it being signed. The customer service team told me to contact the supplier to ask for a refund or keep the investigation open so that they can get the driver to trace the parcel. Well the parcel was obviously taken by someone else! They also informed me to re-order from the supplier so that they can send another parcel free of charge. RE-ORDER?! So that Yodel can mess up my delivery AGAIN?! Ridiculous.

Useless company. Can't even delivery to my address, attempts delivery at a completely different place. Not the first time, won't be the last. They will never improve

Didn't recieve my package after being told they will call me in 4 hours for 2 days.. still now haven't recieved anything.. if I could give a 0 star I would.. the worst customer service I have ever had.. they put the phone down in me countless times because I asked where my package had been delivered to

Said delivered but with no evidence. Told me to look around the outside of the house otherwise contact seller. Asked for investigation. Yodel said driver confirmed delivery to elderly indian female. I said no such person at address. Yodel - "contact seller". How is trustpilot giving them 4.5 / 5 stars?

The delivery was for a neighbour- the driver came to wrong house, knocked over and stood on 6 of my pot plants ruining them. Didn't bother to knock and say that he'd done it and had gone before I could get to door. I am really annoyed - wonder whether firm will bother to get back to me and reimburse me

The worst experience ever Brought a monitor from Ebuyer for my son's birthday and selected to pay extra to get it delivered on his birthday. I tracked the parcel on Yodel's website to find we were 104 out of 157 deliveries with the estimated time pushed from 13:20 to 19:20. Guess what they didn't deliver and to add insult to injury their website said a we had missed the delivery and a card had been posted. Lie ! I contacted Yodel but all I got was standard information that I could track the parcel. So day 2 and we were 77 out 141 with an estimated delivery 19:20-21:20 so again at the end and probably won't get the parcel today. So I called again and this time when I finally got through to an advisor they said I would get it at 3:30 slot but they terminated the call when I asked why they had a different time slot to the one on their site and why I never get a text with the time slot. Charming. I phoned again and this time they are saying their website didn't refresh the estimate time from yesterday so a known default on their website they can't be bothered to fix and that the supplier Ebuyer didn't provide the mobile no so I will never get a text because customer service can't update this field. Terrific service all round. This is the worst service and why good suppliers are still using them I will never know, if I could give no star I would. I have now advised my board not to use them ever again

Recived E MAIL saying parcel delivered AM 08-41 well both the driver and the parcel should be on tv as a magic act . I have installed both full running video , plus at the door video, proberly from all this video one can tell that this as happened before,and it took almost 6months to get an incovenience payment when contacted, i gave them order No ,delivery No, and adress, only to be told that was not the address on the parcel, and that i should find out what was the address the sender ..put on it , of course impossible as it had come thought a third party. Its most annoying when its only a few miles away from me unless thay have put it though someones elses door. To think i payed extra for fast delivery great.

Said they tried to deliver parcel and didn’t and then said parcel had been delivered and wasn’t, avoid this courier company like covid 19, this company should be shut down they are an absolute waste of space

if i could leave zero stars i would. waited in all day for 2 days for a delivery. Both times no delivery attempted and both times tracking amended to cant gain access for delivery. no other courier has this issue and i always get my parcels without any issues from other firms. yodel are just lazy inept morons who dont do their job.

Did the COVID test and put in fridge for collection by Yodel. Received 3 emails during the day from 1.30pm . Last one stated collection between 8.30pm and 10pm. All operators were 'busy' for the whole day and again today No one turned up . Total waste of money as test now useless and could not post it. How many other tests are not being collected? Useless

The delivery driver did not even attempt to make contact. Two days in a row i was told i missed a delivery. I was in both of these days all day and the door was never knocked, never buzzed. A calling card was supposed to be left but this never happend, the delivery driver wasnt even outside my door to leave a note.
