Was notified that a delivery had been made on Monday evening, but no-one at home heard a knock on the door, and my parcel was nowhere to be found. Still need to call them to try and resolve the issue, but not impressed at all so far.

They said they tried to deliver the parcel yesterday but I was home all day! Today I was tracking the van on the website and when there were only 5 deliveries before mine I went outside to wait under the rain... saw the van passing in front of me without stopping! Right after that on the website there was written that they attempted the delivery.. I'm speechless!!! Terrible service! Even at the customer service they're terrible liars... I can't wait to hear what they're excuse will be tomorrow!

Liars and incompetent morons. Paid for a specific day delivery to a local shop I live opposite. On day of delivery at 13.34 they claim they tried to deliver it but the store was closed. It wasn’t. I live opposite the store. It’s open. In fact it’s open until 11pm. Absolute lie. This isn’t the first issue with Yodel. They are a bunch of cowboys. If I new the shop I ordered from use these idiots I wouldn’t have ordered.

Parcel status shown as "delivered" on Amazon. Was home all day and there was no attempt at a delivery. Customer service just refer me back to the retailer.

I had a terrible experience with Yodel. They failed to deliver the parcel once, then they lied about trying to deliver it 3 times, their helpline is always busy. Today they changed status - returned to seller!

I order a lot via the Internet and have never had such a terrible experience as the one with Yodel. They failed to deliver an item once. After re-scheduling a delivery with them, I got no parcel, no note - but the status changed to "attempted delivery". Next day, tied to contact them - all operators busy, all day; website unresponsive, status changed to "we attempted to deliver 3 times"! Today, the status changed to "returned to seller". I wish I could give this service 0 stars.

avoid like the plague, problems every time I use them, I won't use retailers who use YODEL used a click and collect option for delivery was not notified of the delivery therefore I received my parcel a day late and that's because I started to research why it was late - extremely sub-standard, CEO should review all feedback

Worst delivery company ever, they not confess that my parcel has been lost. Every day they gave false promises by their customer advisors. Ovoid then if you can, last week I got a text saying that my parcel was “delivered” I was in all day waiting and not one knock at the door, checked the bins and the garden but still nothing. I phone them on the Monday night as this happened, I was told to wait 24 hours, I then phone on the Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday and Friday and every day I was told to wait 24 hours. I then phoned up on Saturday and was told that “the parcel got delivered to the correct address”. I have had to contact the company who I ordered the parcel from as I am demanding a refund for Yodels mistake that they aren’t taking accountability for...

They claim to have delivered to a neighbour hose number Willow this address does not exist We were at home awaiting the delivery We rang and held on for 30 minutes before being cut off

Wish I could provide a zero star. Waited all day for an important delivery. Received an email early evening that the driver had tried to deliver but we were not in. He stated that he had left a contact card. Well the truth is there were four people at home, no one came to deliver, there was no knock on the door or a ring on the bell and there was no contact card. I tried to contact Yodel, no luck on the phone. I talked on a webchat but they could not help me. I emphasised the importance of the parcel. They had no means to contact the driver and then they confirmed that the driver had gone to the wrong property. Really! I have written to the CEO but no response. Appalling service

This is the second parcel I have returned to littlewoods that Yodel drivers have opened and removed some of the contents. The shop assistant said that Yodel drivers are known for stealing lots of the packages especially on multi item packages avoid them at all costs.

Apparently my parcel was delivered yesterday at 11.45am .. no card just a text to say it had been delivered... when I arrived home there was no parcel... I tried to contact the driver who did not answer the phone (no guessing why) I contacted Yodel who said he had left the parcel with my neighbour at No 2 ... bearing in mind she died on 29th December 2019 and no one lives there it must have been difficult! .... then they said maybe No 4 but I was actually out with my neighbour at No 4 having a swim at last!! as there are only 11 houses in the cul-de-sac where I live and have lived for 35 years.... we have a group chat but no one saw him or his van ... We have never felt the need for cctv but unfortunately I think this is going to have to be our next move... I Hate Liars and thieves with a Passion ... oh and for those who have mentioned in previous comments YODEL is owned by the BILLIONAIRE Barclay Brothers !!!

Just wish I could leave Zero stars The driver lies like a cheap watch. I sat watching the progress of the delivery driver on my computer. Waited for an extra 30 miutes at work so I'd still be here when he tried to deliver. Suddenly a message pops up on the tracking page to say "Sorry we missed you", well the driver wouldn't have missed me if he'd actually bothered to turn up. He's also got form for leaving parcels outside in the rain and not even opening the door to tell us he's made a delivery and delivering stuff that looks like it's been thrown down the stairs. If Carlsberg did delivery companies it sure as hell wouldn't be Yodel.

Everything about Yodel is a disaster. They have had a parcel to deliver to me since last week and have failed in every way possible. Friday they were supposed to deliver - failed with no explanation. Saturday - .failed saying the property was inaccessible Sunday said it was out for delivery - failed they don't deliver on Sundays. Monday parcel out for delivery - failed saying the property was inaccessible and told to call the helpline. Tuesday called the helpline. A recorded message said their computer system was down and details were unavailable to enter details. Every day their website and mobile app was wrong and not updated with tracjing info. On 3 occasions their chatline person apologised and said they would pass the problem to their service personel. No one has contacted me back. No womder their computer system and helplibes are down they must be inundated with complaints. There are roadworks nearby and diversion signs and notices saying the road is for access to residents but Amazon,DPD. TNT, UPS and Parcel Force have all delivered to my neighbours in the last week. Onlu Yodel seem to have a problem with this, perhaps only their delivery drivers are unable to read the road signs. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. I will now get in touch with the sender and tell them to take the matter up with Yodel and ask for a refund for the item not delivered. I would give this company 0 stars if possible

According to both the Yodel website and the Yodel app I my delivery was supposed to be with the driver out for delivery on the Friday, no delivery On the Saturday it said Out for delivery and there was 65 deliveries and 64 before me. I was in and despite deliveries to several of my neighbours by other services such as DPD, TNT, Royal Mail and Amazon no delivery from Yodel and it said the premises were inaccessible - obviously only Yodel found this to be the case. Sunday it reported as Out for Delivery despite the website saying Yodel doesn't deliver on Sundays except at busy times. No delivery. Monday it says Out for Delivery - Driver has 158 deliveries and is on number 6 with 81 before me. (it has been stuck on this for the last couple of hours at the same location on the map). Perhaps he has nipped home for a couple of hours sleep, after all he has delivered 6 parcels so far today. Either this is the case or the Yodel website and app are totally useless and not worth bothering with at all.

ordered a item via ebay to be delivered by this cowboy outfit . Item was never delivered even though yodel said it had. No proof of delivery no item ebay will not refund and now im out of pocket. From now on i will ask who a seller uses for delivery and if its yodel i will buy from some one else

What is going on with this company not the first time I've had problems with delivery now they're stating that they delivered like many reviews already left no parcel has been delivered why can they not get it right? Webchat went offline without answering my questions now waiting 24hrs for investigation to be done
