“The worst delivery service ever.
I was messaged and told my delivery was due between 10.41 and 12.41 today and it had a map which showed the driver was 2 streets away.
Then I had a message saying "sorry we missed you but we left a calling card".
BOTH LIES...........NO ONE RANG MY DOORBELL AND NO ONE LEFT A CARD.
Why on earth do companies still use this useless *king company, use DPD or Hermes they actually deliver not sign for the package and steal it (see Utube of delivery's being fake delivered and stolen)”

“Tracking says item delivered when it was refreshed a minute before this and driver was still 5 stops away. Package nowhere to be found. Customer service awful, told they can’t contact the driver and they need to investigate which takes 24 hours except it’s the weekend so actually it will be 72+ hours. Hope someone is enjoying my new hoover!”
“Parcel came four days later than anticipated.
Parcel was unsealed on arrival with a hole big enough for someone to grab. I feel if the value of the good inside were greater, than maybe an item or two would have gone missing.”

Unreliable was expecting a parcel delivery .Time was changed to a later time this evening then . Nothing no parcel no explanation no message or text . Nothing to say what happened or when my parcel will be delivered . And They have already cost me money a few weeks ago By losing a parcel and the driver lying saying he had delivered it .”
“Said they would deliver 3 days in a row. 3 days in a row the tracking updated with 'unable to access property' despite me being sat in full sight of the drive and no driver ever coming close. Finally delivered on the 4th day 4 hours before their stated time when the tracker said they were 20 drops away and left a £1000 piece of equipment on my front behind a bin”
“What wen wrong what went right ! Nothing although we are a business and told yodel 6 times we will not be open in ther time slot 8pm to 10 pm they still tried to deliver at these times several call to the less than useless call centre who cannot contact depots to let them know , in the end I had to sit at work for 2 hours till the driver finally turned up watching him on the app it’s no wonder they are so late he passed our building 3 times !! Suppose there must be some lodging in his route ? But not common sense !”
“I was expecting a delivery today which never arrived. I'm sure you understand my confusion when I received an email saying my parcel was delivered yet I didn't even receive a card to say I was missed or it was left with my neither I've spoken to my neighbours to see if it was left eye them but nobody knows anything about it. I can only conclude that the driver has stolen my parcel as I see no other explanation yet I've seen many YouTube videos about your drivers stealing parcels. I will not be using this service again.”
“I have never encountered such a worse useless operator as yodel my parcel was no need lost that delivered to the wrong address and the driver had no idea where he delivered it when we eventually found it they expect to me to go to collect the parcel awful customer service awful reviews one to avoid”
“Waited in Wednesday 2 Sept 2020. No show nothing re parcel supposed to be delivered that day. On 3 September , at 6.30am, I received an email. Yodel advise i was not at home 2 September at 18.30! A nonsense- i was constructing metal shelving units in garage. Started about 18.00 & finished 19.15. Garage door open all that time. No sign of a lesser spotted Yodel !!.”

“Parcel given to a courier 01/09/20, did not receive. Given to another on 02/09/20 & not received that one either. Due 02/09/20 - often let you down. Last week they gave another parcel to a neighbour but never informed me by posting calling card through my door. Should they attempt to post this one 03/09/20 I shall decline due to lateness - avoid sellers who use Yodel. Hard to get in touch with their Customer Service, they are the worst I’ve ever known if I’ve ever managed to - if you do not reply within 10 seconds they cut you off.”
“Yodel proudly tell me parcel travelled overnight from England . Reached their Glasgow office at 3.45am today 2 September 2020. Was advised would receive parcel later that day. Guess what? Its 2/9/2020 @ 15.45 & parcel not left Glasgow depot. Par for the course for this company. Hopeless !!”
“I was asked to take part in an ipsos mori covid study. I received test and as directed arranged collection with Yodel. Despite it being my week off I arranged for the collection and woke up early to do the test and then, as directed I put it in my fridge and waited. We were in all day. According to tracking it was collected and I had a email to say it has been collected but it is still sitting in my fridge. We never heard anyone come to the door. We were keeping an eye out all day.
A bit annoying. A waste of my time and a covid resting kit. This is the second test study my family has received. We won't bother doing it again. It's a pain when you go to the trouble and the courier doesn't turn up.”
