Bunch of liars. Dont deliver your parcel but then make out that they attempted to.

Liars. Lied about my parcel. Made no attempt to deliver it but said they couldnt get access. Also said they left a card. They didnt as they were never here.

I, like many others on here, have just experienced bad service from this company. Tracking my parcel all day, until I was next in queue. Then received a message saying 'Sorry we missed you. A calling card has been left.' There was no knock, and no card. So now I don't know where my parcel will end up. Or if another random house has been knocked on. Automated service does not allow you put this view across, just rearrange a delivery. And webchat has no now available since. This is not a good feeling to have, not knowing if another house is thought to be yours, or you are just being lied to. And when your parcel will arrive. The fact so many have experienced this suggests something untoward is happening.

Not good. Yodel were supposed to be the couriers for some kit I ordered from Virgin Media. A couple of weeks after ordering, I contacted Virgin to enquire about the package’s non-arrival. They told me Yodel had “delivered” it five days prior. This was news to me. I had had no package, no notification from Yodel either prior or at the time (as is their normal practice), and no card thru the door. I checked with my neighbours and searched all my bins/recycling. Nothing. Over the last weeks, have been in daily contact with Yodel - who seem to need about 10 days to “conduct an investigation”. Every day they told me the same story: the driver had delivered it to “someone” at my address, but - despite repeated questions from me - were unable to describe this person (even their sex), or a time of delivery. They presume they will wear you down if they say the same thing over & over again. Finally, they said they were “closing the case” and instructed me to contact the originating retailer. My request that they - in the interests of good customer service - get Virgin to resend was met with incredulity. Avoid this company. They are unreliable and slippery.

They are genuinely the worst company i've ever dealt with. Useless delivery drivers and useless customer service staff. Complete waste of time trying to get a tune out of them. If you can, avoid them.

Package missing. Delivery schedule for 7th Osctober. Rescheduled for delivery 8th. Rescheduled delivery confirmed back by Yodel email 0729, 7th. Tracking confirmed estimated delivery, 8th. Seller system link now shows: "Rescheduled By Receiver 08/10/20 20:10 NORTHAMPTON SERVICE CENTRE." This is complete fiction! That is 36 hours after Yodel confirmed by email 8th redelivery. Customer agent assured me by Chat it would be delivered by 2100, 8th. Fiction. 1500, 9th Tracking still not showing "Out for Delivery". No help from Chat except would "send note to Depot" i have never had a trouble free delivery involving Yodel. Never!

2 parcels in as many weeks delivered to the wrong address. I have no access to the building it's been delivered to and have been on the webchat (who were very apologetic and helpful)twice and who have said the driver will return to retrieve the parcel and deliver it correctly only to then get e mails you can't reply to saying ' it's been delivered to the main foyer. Contact who you purchased from and they will advise you what to do' What they will do is tell me to knock on every door in the street to find the parcel which is completely unacceptable (even more so during a global pandemic when I will be putting my health at risk) as they should be taking the misdelivery up with Yodel. Other delivery companies have no problems with delivering to my correct address so I will no longer be purchasing from companies who use Yodel to deliver.

Waiting days for a delivery only to find out they failed to scan it a few times and now don't know where it is however they were very interested in questioning what the contents of parcel was? Is it standard practice for them to question what contents of missing parcel is considering its not their business or is it because they are notorious for thieving parcels. At any rate I'm still waiting for a parcel that probably will never show up. This company needs shutting down. Worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Scammers

Got an email saying the delivery was personally handed to customer. Never had anything nor a delivery card. Useless drivers honestly.

If I could give these people no stars I would. They sent a driver who claims to have "left it in a safe place". Didn't even bother to ring the buzzer. Needless to say the package is nowhere to be found. Either someone stole it, or (more likely) the driver himself stole it. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST.

I live in a gated development, and on regular occasions they A) do not ring the bell or attempt to deliver if the order is heavy B) refuse to deliver to the door even when you have explicitly explained that you are isolating due to covid regulations!

Never use this "company" for your piece of mind. Awful customer service. Drivers lying about calling card, they apparently never been here. So after 4 days after planned delivery still waiting with no clue where my parcel is

Waited 3 days and was even looking on their tracking system to see where the driver was. 3 days in a row, they drive right past me without attempting to deliver. Now they ask for me to travel an hour to the depot to collect and an hour back - 2 hours wasted time. Never got my parcel.

My delivery was split into 2 with one arriving and the other claimed the address was wrong. Turns out they lost the first delivery so the seller sent another on next day delivery. Yodel lost that too. When challenged by the seller, they promised to investigate but did not get back to the seller. When I contacted Yodel they promised the same to me. 2 days later on chat they cut me off twice after saying they will go and check. Had to turn to an alternative seller as a result. Customer service were rude an arrogant.

my parcel was supposedly delivered to me. I never received it. Yodel said they delivered it through my letterbox which is strange as my order was for a pair of boots so it must of been a pretty big letterbox! customer service was awful. After investigating they informed me it was delivered to the basement - i don't have a basement as i live in a flat. very unhelpful. they are the worst. companies need to stop using Yodel for delivery. Never have a problem with any other courier company

Awful service. My concierge confirmed that they came in my apartment block but they never reached my flat - instead they lied that they “missed me” - I was in all day. No card was left and there is no way to reach them on the phone. Live chat was useless in explaining why the courier failed to come upstairs as he definitely was in the lobby. I wish all businesses would stop using this horrible company.

This company is a complete sham. Sitting at home waiting for my parcel. 15mins ago, i tracked my parcel and it finally said 5 stops away at 8:15pm. At 8:30pm, now says "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card" when i am sat in the living room waiting. I don't know how drivers do not get any repercussions from pulling this type of stunt at all. Unacceptable
