No parcel to my address ,yodul said there driver had delivered .was in all day no parcel .I have rang yodul who said they would get in touch with the driver. heard nothing from them. sick of ringing and getting no ware .

Had an email advising me that I can expect delivery today 19/10/20 When I check the tracking info I see theres a problem.. I contacted them only to be told that the parcel hadnt arrived with them yet! They advised me to contact the seller.. Ebay were as helpful as possible and said the parcel was at a collection point waiting for Yodel to collect it and that its unlikely to be delivered today at all.. So a wasted day when I could of been more productive elsewhere! Cant put in an undelivered/refund case until tomorrow and doesnt change the fact that I NEEDED it today.. Not later in the week if and when they do deliver it.. Never again will I order from a seller that uses Yodel.. Poor service and BS when you contact them.

Time of delivery given for that day, then received an email saying yodel couldn't deliver today. Someone then put on facebook my name and address saying they had my order... A few miles away. That person kindly delivered my parcel. Her order had gone missing completely. Would give no stars if I could.

We had a Yodel delivery on Wednesday which was left on the door step in full view - despite the fact that three steps to the left is a bench which would have offered a secluded space. I sent a review to Yodel (as I have done many times before) and I also sent a note to the company whose parcel had been left. They took it up with Yodel and what happened next beggared belief. We expected a parcel on Friday (Yodel again), my husband stayed in the house to make sure he could take the delivery. The driver had obviously been told about the Wednesday delivery and he told my husband that - if are unhappy with Yodel deliveries we should stop ordering from companies which use Yodel. I spoke to both companies to tell them my Yodel experience and to ask them whether I could - against payment of an additional fee - ask for another delivery company when next placing an order. Both companies told me that they would talk to Yodel. I have also posted my complaint on Trustpilot and I received a note from Yodel asking for details of the deliveries and a note to say they wanted to help me. I am not sure how they can help me - some of their drivers should be told that the customers who are treated with such contempt pay their wages. Without pesky customers ordering stuff they would be out of a job. I don't know why companies still use them, they are the pits.

No parcel was delivered to me, I was home all day , no calling card left either, yodel is so rubbish, why do companies still use them.

Ordered flowers with Waitrose and unfortunately for me they use Yodel for delivering. Picked today as delivery date but Yodel failed to deliver but shockingly confirmed that they delivered at lunchtime. Yodel is the worst delivery company ever and I have no idea why Waitrose use them.

Delivery driver was lazy to come up the stairs and find my door, did not deliver the parcel on the day when they promised, the parcel I had to bring the next day 7 am to a shoot which costed thousands of pounds. The shoot did not happen, I lost my job and an entire crew had to reorganise the entire thing, pay for everyone’s wasted time. The customer service was unhelpful, they did not bother to find out the driver’s number, and ‘advised me to wait 24-48 hours’, when I had to have the parcel 8 hours later. My career I built the past few years, my reputation and everything is gone, because someone was not able to do their job, and the company did not care!!!!!!!!! I don’t even know how the company could compensate me for my losses, I never ever again want to give job them, and I wish nobody else would. I am planning to sue the company, they caused me too much harm. I have been promised yesterday after the incident that the manager will call me on my cell phone, but nobody called, and I got no way to properly complain and explain how bad they did to me. I hope with the case I can bring down the entire company and they will compensate me for everything I had to go through. And they must never trade again, because they might ruin someone else’s life too

Ordered flowers & wine from Marks & Spencer for my daughter’s 40th birthday. Because of Covid I haven’t seen her since January, so delivery on the day was very important to me. I received a text in the morning saying delivery had been made. No sign. No one had called at the house as someone was there all day. Contacted customer service. Told delivery had been made to the back porch. No back porch or access to the house so not delivered. Presumably delivered to an incorrect house. Parcel turned up later that day, thankfully from an honest neighbour. The address was correct on the label but was delivered to number 1, which is way around the corner, instead of the correct number 5. Not impressed. It spoilt my day worrying the gift would not arrive & the time spent contacting customer service.

Lies about the parcel. They first said they couldn't get in... There are no gates to the apartment. Just get in and press the bell. I am home all day and there was no ring. Second day..the message said they couldn't locate me. I contacted the customer care straight away and the live tracking of the driver showed he was nowhere near my area that day.

It is the third time Yodel says they missed me. I am working from home, noone called or texted me, at the same time Amazon delivers everything like a clock. When you try to call them there is no live person to talk to and web chat does not load. Why should I do to some freakin depot 50 mins away from me by public transport if your role is to deliver my parcel to me?! Disguisting!

I expected a delivery from Yodel today 16.10.2020. I used there tracking system a check it regularly to follow my delivery. Then at 14.01 I had this Message Pop up (Sorry we were unable to locate your property. Please contact us. *This parcel requires a signature), This is beyond ridiculous I work for a company in Yate which has one on the largest warehouse with is clearly seen from and main road with the sign of the business on the side. I gave them my work address so it would be easier for them to deliver. This did not work for my delivery; the delivery was never even attempted as I work in main reception accepting deliveries all day long from UPS to DPD and Amazon. The driver NEVER Turned up! I also never any attempt to call myself, I would have go and met them if they needed me to. I spoke to a liver chat person called Karan who advised they could not deliver to my personal address and it is not I the same postcode area?! Again ridiculous as I walk to work. I work in the transport trade and have done for over 10 years and I have never has such poor services all round will never use this company again extremely unprofessional and a very poor experience.

Got an email saying driver apparently tried to deliver to my house and left a note. I was working from home and no delivery driver ever came near my house let alone attempt a delivery or leave a note. Did a webchat and the sat-nav showed their driver was no where near my house when he "attempted delivery". Re-arranged delivery for the next day so will see if it appears tomorrow.

Disgusting service. 0 stars avoid at all costs. I got a text to say that parcel would be delivered. Then as about to be delivered a message to say there was no access to my property. When I did web chat first operative ended the chat prematurely. Second operative said the driver is new and couldn't find the house. That's a first in the 7 years we have lived here and we can see the road and no van even came down it. Took the day off work for no reason and what I needed for this evening will now arrive tomorrow. A shambles of a company.

My supplier sent me a parcel, parcel did not arrive. On checking it said parcel delivered. I phoned Yodel, they said you have to contact your supplier and we will sort it out with them. I did so they told him it was down as delivered end of story. I again tried to get results from Yodel this time on chat room. They again said it has to be done by supplier and ended the chat. I have ended account with supplier as they will not send me via different service. So Yodel do not give a dam if an item is not delivered, even when it has not. Supplier is off the hook as it is supposedly delivered. Just customer left £200 out of pocket. If i could give them 0 i would! the worst courier company i ever dealt with! I never got any email from them or tracking number or a call that they they tried to deliver a parcel. Nothing! they lost my parcel twice!! Never use yodel. Use any other courier company but them!

Awful service. Delivered the initial consignment 8 doors down. One item was so damaged it needs to be returned. They have failed to collect item on the second time. Tracking site says "we came to collect but parcel not ready" Not the case, they didn't even try.
