“Couriers they should be ashamed to call there self's. Would be better of using a carrier pigeon
The amount of parcels they have lost they even through one over the gate into a puddle. They are looking for new delivery staff for Christmas let's hope they hire x Royal Mail workers😠”
“Worst courier in history. I'm writing this after not 1 bad experience, but 5! I wait in all day, follow the courier online, and soon as i'm next drop, the driver goes to next on list, missing me out. This has happened 3 times. The other thing they do is send me an email stating they just delivered my item, yet my CCTV confirms they never came. PLEASE AVOID this courier at all costs. I don't understand why they are in business.”
“I have never had a positive experience with yodel, and when I saw that ASOS was using them as a courier for my package my heart sank. I tracked the delivery at 1pm and apparently there were 52 deliveries before mine. I followed this throughout the day and then it didn't register my position in the delivery queue at all before disappearing all together. I guess to delivery for me (as I sourly anticipated anyway). Please never use yodel they're truly awful and their customer service, depots, redeliveries are all non existent.”
“Delivered my parcel to the wrong address, then insisted that they hadn't. Refused to assist in getting the parcel back, even though the address, and the the signed for signature did not match. An absolute shower of Shti, I would not trust them to run a bath, let alone a carriage company.”

“Waited in for covid19 test to be collected and followed on driver on track app, Driver never tuned up and received a phone call after deliver slot to say no access to our property, told operator that I had been waiting by window as I had to return to work, was told driver would return within 2 hours. Still no collection. Test still sat in Fridge!

“Tried to amend my delivery address. My correct address was not available in the dropdown and no option to manually enter.
Tried to call them up - was told by the digital operator that their was a problem with my parcel even though no sign of that in tracking. Hope this isn't the case as I haven't been informed of that elsewhere!
Tried to use the live chat - after being ignored several times finally got through to someone who said that the delivery address could not be updated until a first attempt had failed. This is not what it says on the website.
What should have been an incredibly simply amendment ended up taking several hours of my day and has caused no end of frustration. And still hasn't been possible.
PLEASE change your website to be able to manually amend address rather than select from an incomplete drop down. And please make your messaging consistent.”

“Expected parcel, watched map and just before it was my turn I received a message saying I wasn’t in and they’d left a card - lies!
As it is after 8pm I expect the driver wanted to get home!
Now I have to wait until tomorrow, wait in AGAIN AND hope the driver feels like delivering it.

“Yodel are not fit for purpose! Companies stay clear of using this appalling firm as their one purpose on this earth is to deliver and they can’t even do that. It appears their standard practice is to update their tracking schedule in one clump of info with utter rubbish claiming - ‘Sorry we missed you, we’ve left a calling card’ when in fact they haven’t been anywhere near your property and a calling card is non existent. Took a day off work and waited for the delivery of a sofa, two armchairs and a table. Checked tracking at 12.45pm - out for delivery; checked again at 1pm - four lots of tracking updated at once saying - no one in, carded, back at depot - what utter rubbish! On eventually getting through on the phone to somewhere in Asia to ask for an explanation, I was told to go to the depot and collect it!!! 😳 I explained I don’t own an articulated lorry which would be required for such a bulk item so they needed to get their act together a bit sharp ( in so many words). I am still awaiting delivery - stay well clear of these clowns......they’re a joke!”

“Wake up Yodel, see how you are causing, frustration and anxiety with not just the customer but companys using your services. The 19th of September 2020, my 80 mum wait for moonpig flowers and birthday card pre ordered 10 days before hand, my got a text at midday saying miss you wasn't in, with no card posted for a reference, so had to reorder again though moonpig, for the 21st September 2020.my mum waited In until 9.30pm Yodel again did not turn up, they never even give here a time it may arrive, its been very frustrating, I am now getting a refund, from moonpig, What a waste of time and money for all of use, stay away from Yodel, you have been warned”
“We ordered two bikes for our kids' birthdays and only one was delivered. The one bike was left with our neighbour and the driver left a fake name for our neighbour who hadn't even given them their name and no delivery card. We would allege that the bike was stolen. Trying to report the incident was not easy at all and very frustrating leaving us feeling very angry. The bike that was stolen was no longer available at Robert Dyas so extra disappointing. Try and avoid using Yodel if you can.”
“for 3 days in a row I'm home expecting a parcel from Yodel and it never arrives. You check the track parcel and it says it's 2 stops away and 1 minute after it changes to "sorry we've missed you". Contacted them by phone, the lady says my parcel number is not associated to me or my adress and to call the sender. They areanged new delivery date. Again the same thing. I was at the window and nobody came!! Contacted the webchat and behold... they wanted me to go and collect my parcel. I said no, the gentleman in the other said arraged new delivery and finished the chat without any other word. Horrible service!”
“I’ve not even used Yodel (i never would) but they keep delivering items to my address that’s not even addressed to me, the correct address is further up the street. I’ve also bought items from ebay that have taken over a week to arrive because some halfwit thought it would be a good idea to use them to save 25p on postage. How are yodel still operating ?”
