“Never use this "company" for your piece of mind. Awful customer service. Drivers lying about calling card, they apparently never been here. So after 4 days after planned delivery still waiting with no clue where my parcel is”
“Waited 3 days and was even looking on their tracking system to see where the driver was. 3 days in a row, they drive right past me without attempting to deliver. Now they ask for me to travel an hour to the depot to collect and an hour back - 2 hours wasted time. Never got my parcel.”
“My delivery was split into 2 with one arriving and the other claimed the address was wrong. Turns out they lost the first delivery so the seller sent another on next day delivery. Yodel lost that too. When challenged by the seller, they promised to investigate but did not get back to the seller. When I contacted Yodel they promised the same to me. 2 days later on chat they cut me off twice after saying they will go and check. Had to turn to an alternative seller as a result. Customer service were rude an arrogant.”
“my parcel was supposedly delivered to me. I never received it. Yodel said they delivered it through my letterbox which is strange as my order was for a pair of boots so it must of been a pretty big letterbox! customer service was awful. After investigating they informed me it was delivered to the basement - i don't have a basement as i live in a flat. very unhelpful. they are the worst. companies need to stop using Yodel for delivery. Never have a problem with any other courier company”
“Awful service. My concierge confirmed that they came in my apartment block but they never reached my flat - instead they lied that they “missed me” - I was in all day. No card was left and there is no way to reach them on the phone. Live chat was useless in explaining why the courier failed to come upstairs as he definitely was in the lobby. I wish all businesses would stop using this horrible company.”

“This company is a complete sham. Sitting at home waiting for my parcel. 15mins ago, i tracked my parcel and it finally said 5 stops away at 8:15pm. At 8:30pm, now says "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card" when i am sat in the living room waiting. I don't know how drivers do not get any repercussions from pulling this type of stunt at all. Unacceptable”
“You really shouldn’t be allowed to enter: “sorry we missed you, we’ve left you a calling card” when this clearly did not happen! We were not only in all day but have a bell ring camera running 24hours & no-one “tried to deliver”. Come on Yodel! The truth is much better! Suggest: “We are inundated with deliveries at present but your delivery is important to us & we will get to you as soon as we can”

“Currently having an awful delivery experience with Yodel. My parcel delivery has been put back day after day. What is the point of a tracking service that simply lies to you? Already delayed, my parcel was due to arrive yesterday, by 9:00pm, and it was just a mile away. Then it was midnight! Then they had the cheek to say they'd failed to deliver at 8:00pm and left a calling card - utter lies! Now it's 20 miles away, and once again I'm number 6 out of 39 deliveries. He's been on deliver No.6 for the last hour or so. Just fairy tales.”
“Parcel delivered 3 days (Saturday) ago on 'click and collect.' no email, no text message! all i wanted to know when I contacted their 'fob a customer off' service was 'Do I need a collection reference number?' their 'agent' disconnected the conversation on my second attempt on Tuesday. All they do is lie, fob you off, or disconnect you. Worlds worst parcel service bar none!”

“Utterly useless! Their customer service is a complete joke and they couldn't give a toss about the fact that they don't know where your delivery is. I ordered a package from a pet food site and it has completely vanished. There is no up-to-date information on their tracking site, or anywhere else about where it is or when it will be delivered and the only way of contacting them is through a webchat system which resolves absolutely nothing. I have just passed the relevant information about this bunch of fraudsters to a researcher on the BBC's Watchdog team and await the results. They are well aware of the many dissatisfied Yodel customers and intend to do an investigation into their many deficiencies. I suggest that others do the same. The more the merrier...”
“Every time I am forced to deal with Yodel,it is a nightmare of "missed" deliveries that were never attempted,promises for resolutions or explanations that never come, and cringe-inducing messages from their "social media escalations team" begging me to get in touch to let them fix what inevitably went wrong this time.
What has gone wrong this time, is what goes wrong every time: somebody made the mistake of using Yodel.
I always respond to the Yodel Social Media team when I get one of Yodel's copy-and-paste comments on my one-star reviews. To date, Yodel have never responded to anything I sent to that team.”
“Had message saying can't locate your property, it's a BIG block of flats, What it really means is either driver is an idiot who shouldn't have a job or they couldn't be bother to ring the buzzer, After reading Yodel reviews I wonder how you are still in business,”

“They said your order Is on the way than after 2hours I checked they said first attempt has been made and card has been left. Second parcel was on its way then suddenly it also had a new date atomatically reschedule for next day. I contacted ArgoS on first they said you have to contact yodule than they said as soon as I said I am recording we will write to them. No complaint email for nor Argos nor yodule. Yodule don’t even recieve your call it’s all automated.. he gave me two parcel numbers than. When I put the second parcel number it said that is also know reshudle for tomorrow. Again called Argos he said all I can do is refund your dilvery money. And we can’t launch complaint or give you a complaint reference number.”
