Got an email saying driver apparently tried to deliver to my house and left a note. I was working from home and no delivery driver ever came near my house let alone attempt a delivery or leave a note. Did a webchat and the sat-nav showed their driver was no where near my house when he "attempted delivery". Re-arranged delivery for the next day so will see if it appears tomorrow.

Disgusting service. 0 stars avoid at all costs. I got a text to say that parcel would be delivered. Then as about to be delivered a message to say there was no access to my property. When I did web chat first operative ended the chat prematurely. Second operative said the driver is new and couldn't find the house. That's a first in the 7 years we have lived here and we can see the road and no van even came down it. Took the day off work for no reason and what I needed for this evening will now arrive tomorrow. A shambles of a company.

My supplier sent me a parcel, parcel did not arrive. On checking it said parcel delivered. I phoned Yodel, they said you have to contact your supplier and we will sort it out with them. I did so they told him it was down as delivered end of story. I again tried to get results from Yodel this time on chat room. They again said it has to be done by supplier and ended the chat. I have ended account with supplier as they will not send me via different service. So Yodel do not give a dam if an item is not delivered, even when it has not. Supplier is off the hook as it is supposedly delivered. Just customer left £200 out of pocket. If i could give them 0 i would! the worst courier company i ever dealt with! I never got any email from them or tracking number or a call that they they tried to deliver a parcel. Nothing! they lost my parcel twice!! Never use yodel. Use any other courier company but them!

Awful service. Delivered the initial consignment 8 doors down. One item was so damaged it needs to be returned. They have failed to collect item on the second time. Tracking site says "we came to collect but parcel not ready" Not the case, they didn't even try.

Lying Yodel driver, terrible service Horrendous and unprofessional service with a lying driver. I really do not understand why any company would employ a driver who lies about attempting a delivery and leaving a card when this driver was not anywhere near our house. Yodel must obviously not care about professional service that is trustworthy and reliable. We would not use Yodel for those exact reasons.Yodel must be unaware that customers are actually using the tracking information and can see when a driver acts unprofessional and lies about attempted deliveries.

Absolutely awful company, customer service is a waste of time, numerous calls, emails and messages to tell them I have not received my parcel and all I got told was driver has delivered to my address unfortunately the house he described was not my house and description changed every time, so obviously lying, then told i should go and look for it umm where do they expect me to look when they can’t get their story straight of where it is in the first place - and why should I they are supposed to be a delivery company, they are useless and I never got my parcel.

I was out and had a text and an e-mail saying my parcel had been delivered to customer - impossible. Arrived home, no calling card left to say left with neighbour and personally checked with my four neighbours who obviously did not have the parcel. Either incompetent, liars or the both. Nightmare company

Yodel thank you for telling me I have given incorrect address information for my own home address. My address does not exist to Yodel though funnily enough all other delivery companies have zero issue. Not to. Mention the postcode shows up at our exact location on any gps map. Two failed deliveries again. Even after giving a neighbours address and giving exact directions to get here via the robot on webchat. Try to call and the automated service hangs up. Contact seller. Amazed Zooplus still choose to be associated with Yodel!

Can't believe how poor the service has been from Yodel regarding my order over the last couple of days - DISGRACEFUL! The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I got an email to say they had failed to deliver it, even though I am working from home everyday and they left no calling card either. It supposed to be re-delivered again today but yet again, the same email arrives and no Yodel driver came to my address for the second time and no calling card. The customer service is just as bad as when I attempted to raise a complaint all they said that can be done was to relay my complaint to the depot and was no official internal complaint procedure to follow. Something needs to be done and there needs to be a petition/movement to not use this company until they get their act together.

Got two emails on 10th at the same time 20:21 saying delivery will arrive today, and next email on 10th 20:21 saying I missed my parcel and left calling card, no card was left, after checking in app it shows my parcel was at 11am on 10th after had to change date to 13 of October. After contacting customer service on 13th they told my parcel label damaged and cannot scan and should arrive soon, on 14 Oct told it will be soon, today 15 Oct told it will be between 10am and 1pm, now 15:50 and still waiting. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Got 2 email updates in a row on 5th and 6th of the month saying I wasn't in and a calling card was left. I ordered my item to my workplace and someone is there from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week and no attempt was made. Then they lost my parcel. Delivery was apparently attempted on the 12th after they magically made my parcel reappear, but again, no delivery. Then on the 13th they tell me that they can't find the address, despite having apparently been there 3 times already? Then I get told to pick my parcel up from a depot 15 miles away, despite my area being in lockdown and it being unlawful for me to do so. Eventually was told that a redelivery would be attempted on 15th. I'm not holding my breath.

Had a package that yodel said was delivered sent by a ebay store had real problems getting money back as the supplier stated it had turned up.in the end i asked for a geotag of my place and pic of door.yodel needs to be investigated by some tv show

To reinforce others' points on here, if I order anything on line and they say that Yodel will be delivering it, I cancel the order, unless they can offer an alternative way to deliver. I once had a parcel non-delivered on 12 consecutive days, and eventually found 4 identical parcels despatched by the seller about half a mile away in a cafe........

I've used Yodel several times for large packages to be delivered to my flat. Every time they refuse to bring the package up, which is fine because of the weight. But they neglect, every single time, to tell me the package has been delivered. I've been at home, every single time, to receive the package waiting for a knock at the door or a ring of the bell. Instead I have to find out through an email and the package is then blocking people in the common areas for several hours.

Very poor service from customer staff. Driver damage my gate worth over 2k. It’s took over week to report this to damage team. They made everything to avoid responsibility. They asked me to prove how driver come into my property. He admit he didn’t make any damage. So to come on my priority he need jump over 2 meter fence/gate.

Parcel did not arrive. Tracker said not at home and left card. No card left my wife and I at home all day. Driver did not come at all. If I could give a minus I would Terrible service
