“Sat in all day for delivery to receive an email saying they couldn’t gain access to the address. I was at home. My buzzer is working. So basically they didn’t even try.”
“I recieved a message saying the driver was unable to locate my property so I called their number advertised on Amazon.
That number did not work and advised me to call a different number.
I called the different number and that advised me to go to their website and I engaged in a webchat.
Wasim came online, he was polite but after telling me the driver had issues with his satnav asked me for directions to the property.
As I was typing this he ended the chat!
I started another chat with another member of staff, after telling both of them I will be at work for the next 7 days, they told me they would have to redeliver tomorrow!
I told them they haven't tried to deliver at all!
A total sham of a company”

Was he looking for a safe place to store the parcel, or have a good nosey around? He probably looked through my windows too. I feel slightly violated. ON TUESDAY 22 SEPT 2020 I GOT A TXT AND EMAIL SAYING MY ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED I HAD NOT GOT ITEM AS I WAS OUT.GOT BACK TO HOME NO CARD WAS POSTED LOOKED AROUND HOUSE FRONT AND BACK NO PARCEL ASKED NEIGHBOURS STILL NO SIGN OF PARCEL TRIED PHONING YODEL COULD NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE WENT ONLINE TO YODEL ON THERE WEB CHAT AND WAS TOLD ITEM WAS DELIVERED AT BACK OF HOUSE UNDER TABLE AND CHAIRS SO HAD ANOTHER LOOK TO SEE AND NO PARCEL I HAVE A OUTSIDE TOILET AND STORE UNIT WHY DID THEY NOT LEAVE IT THERE A LOT SAFER THAN LEAVING IT OUTSIDE WHERE PEOPLE CAN SEE .SELLER PUT COPY OF DETAILS OF ITEM BEING DELIVERED ON EBAY AND YODEL HAVE PUT ITEM DELIVERED TO LEAMINGTON SPA HOUSE I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ABOVE HAVE SPOKE TO EBAY AND THEY TOLD ME TO NOT WORRY AS YODEL HAVE LEFT ITEM IN A UNSAFE PLACE.4 DAYS LATER EBAY HAVE CLOSED THE CASE AND SAID I WILL NOT GET A REFUND BECAUSE YODEL HAVE DELIVERED THE PARCEL.I AM FUMING SO IM LEFT £24 OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE YODEL DELIVERED PARCEL TO WRONG PLACE AND EBAT IS NO BETTER IN MY MIND PLEASE DO NOT USE YODEL IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE”

- Get home, no card, no information on email saying who delivered to and who signed for
- Ask neighbours, nothing (very genuine)
- Yodel advised signed for and delivered to a man called X, X is my partner, we were on holiday together, clearly a lie
- Yodel can't tell us (without lying) where the package was left, expect it was left at door and the delivery person signed for it under my partner's name
- Yodel continue to advise us must have been left with neighbour, why no card or any information at all about which neighbourt then?
- Advise they can't help and need to speak to sender
- Absolute joke, you have one job. Deliver parcels; can they manage it? No”
“There should be a zero on that counter,they said delivered at 20.26pm. It wasn't as I was in the doorway waiting. No one came to the house. AVOID this company like the plague.Still no parcel.”
“Yodel said it delivered my parcel and they didn't. I followed the map all day and they never came. I web chatted to customer service and they don't even have the phone contacts of the drivers. So they can't ask where they are.
My situation is on going. IV gotta phone the retailer tomorrow.
I'm gob smacked on how behind they are compared to other couriers.”
“Totally inept, claim they couldn't access my property, again, and yet the gates are wide open, so I really don't know why? They are then impossible to contact, either by phone or web chat - I give up and guess the answer is just not to do business with suppliers that use Yodel unfortunately.”

“How are they still in business? They said my parcel was delivered on Saturday night and it was not. Contacted them this morning and was told that it had been delivered. I informed them that I have CCTV and it clearly shows nobody coming near to my door and theys till said it ahd been delivered. An hout later the tracking updated to say that it had been delivered this morning. Amazing, they delivered it twice ha ha. However, I have been working in my front garden all morning and saw no sign of the mysterious delivery? Now it says that they are experiencing issues with my item and have no idea when it will arrive, even though they claim to have delivered it twice. You could not make this up. I have contacted the seller who is now trying to find out where item is. Seller says Yodel have been a complete nightmare since they started using them and when their contract ends they will use a new firm. So, my thoughts on Yodel? I shall refrain from swearing, just use someone else Awful company.”
“AVOID. By far the worst couriers I have ever dealt with. They lost my parcel and never told me until I got on to the crowd that I bought the goods from. You cannot get in contact with Yodel customer support at all. Terrible.”
“Never even attempted to deliver our parcel, my husband had to drive to collect it half hr away from our house.. When he got there the guy on the counter was the most un helpful person he's ever met and rude.. Totally dreadful company”

“YODEL have been disgraceful. The driver keeps saying he/she tried to deliver the parcel but could not access my property, yet I have been in every day; today I was told the driver left a card - this another lie. They promised to deliver my parcel today and they have not- they have had my order for 10 days. What is worse is that they do not have any way to make a complaint. This clearly shows that they do not care about their customers in the slightest.”
