Having been warned yodl was useless I was less than happy when the company I ordered from said they use yodel to deliver the item .lo and behold the first day the excuse was the driver couldn't find the address. The second day they basically lied and said nobody at the adress .do yodel drivers actually get any training or only trained on how many exscuses they can make not to deliver the item .

Will try to keep it simple. I never recieved my parcel! Both Wmmart or Yodel wont take responsibility for it and say I need to claim with the other organisation to get it back. Meaning I'm in Limbo, neither company taking responsibility and I cant get a refund. Now Yodel wont speak with me anymore, have closed their investigation, have never called me back when they said they would and wont give me any help. Very unprofessional and I am empty handed!! I have attached both policies online which contradict each other but how can they have a contact with each other if they have opposite policies on how to claim if a parcel is lost Meaning me the customer loses out and they just carry on as if nothing has happened. I am.taking this further and ain't gonna stop until both companies sort this out.

Your driver went within 5 miles of our home and then posted "We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property." That is a lie. The parcel you were supposed to pick up was on the drive, the door was open and the drive is monitored by a trail cam. You did not try! I followed you online, you had 5 parcels to deliver at Withcall, 5 miles away and then you posted the above message. I repeat you did not try! That is a whole day waiting in for you wasted. You are a disgrace. I can't provide a video because you didn't appear.

By far the worst delivery company I ever experienced! Two times they scheduled a delivery for me, made me skip work and wait for nothing! They "failed to locate the property" somehow even tho I'm at the exact spot every single GPS tracker or map shows when you enter the adress. They didn't even make an attempt to contact me on phone, just skipped my order. Not only that but when I tried to talk to their customer service the guy just disconnected on me!!! I use so many deliveries every single week and this is the only company that has failed to do their job to this level. TLDR: Terrible at their job, CAN'T even deliver to adress , Lame excuses, 0 customer services. Avoid at all cost!

Shocking waited 10 days for next day delivery didntbeven try to deliver. Systematic liars. When parcelnfinallybarrived itcwas damaged.

Waited in all day watched tracker come within 500yds of delivery address. Couldnt be bothered to even leave card .decided to save 2 mins and take delivery back to depot.So much for next day delivery. Driver couldn't care less.Had to collect from depot.

Customer service is terrible, parcel should have been delivered Thursday on a 48 Hour service. which was sent on Monday, so even that's late and now not being delivered until Friday. Unable to talk to anyone, you get cut off on all lines, and web chat is not answered. why do companies use this yodel it just gives a bad experience to the customer.

Worst courier ever. they say they 'couldn't gain access to my property' to deliver but no one attempted to gain access. You actually need to ring the doorbell otherwise no one knows you are outside!!!!

Not the first time I've had notification from this company 'delivered' and received nothing, I don't think so, I arranged for my item to be delivered today knowing I was going to be in and nothing, I saw a van pull up, went downstairs to go answer door to see him walking back from what looked like another house further down so assumed not for me, minutes later system updated 'delivered' TO WHERE AND WHO! certainly not to me. If in future I notice it's YODEL delivering, I'm not ordering.

Would give zero stars if I could. Actually ridiculous. Been waiting on a parcel since Saturday, which the driver marked as “attempted to deliver” which was a barefaced lie, nobody from Yodel came anywhere near. Rescheduled to have it delivered today instead and still haven’t seen or heard anything from this laughable excuse of a company. Been with the courier since 11:30am and is somehow only on stop 25 out of 121. Bearing in mind this total has barely moved since I last checked it at 4:00pm. How are these people still in business?

Received an email to say driver couldn't access my property. I was home all day and have a Ring doorbell that shows no one even tried to deliver. No card received. Tried to contact Yodel via webchat and was told parcel had been sent back to seller. Ridiculous.

Absolute horrendous company, how they are still in existence and companies using them I will never know... Had a few issues with them before but today's experience just takes the biscuit... I was waiting in for my parcel and kept an eye on the Yodel app to see roughly where the driver was but the buzzer for the gate went as the app said the driver was 7 stops away. I picked up the buzzer and there was noone there so went straight down to catch the driver (we live in a block of apartments and there is a side gate for access into the car park and then a further door to get into the secure building, both are buzzer entry) To my absolute shock, despite it being literally 60 seconds since the buzzer went and me getting downstairs, the parcel was literally just left at the main gate in the middle of the car park and the driver/van nowhere to be seen. It literally could have been picked up by anyone, and no attempt had even been made to get into the secure building. The box was bashed and the contents of which (food delivery service) Had to give it one star to be able to leave a review but if 0 stars was an option that would be more fitting. Absolutely shocking and they don't even care when you tell them, appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I opted to participate in the Imperial College London and Ipsos Mori Covid-19 testing research study. Yodel was due to collect my completed test kit today. Completed the test at 7.30 this morning and was waiting since then for Yodel to collect it. When I checked the tracking later, it said they had missed us at 11.31 am and left a calling card. Absolute lies. Haven’t received any calling card, our doorbell was not rung nor any knock and we have a camera at the front which shows that no one came. Dreadful company who have wasted my time. Will complain to Imperial College London and Ipsos Mori. They shouldn’t use Yodel again.

Parcel past due. No idea when it’s coming, hard to contact. No customer service to easily speak to. Next time I order something I’m going to be more careful and check who delivers it.. and if it’s yodel, I don’t want it anymore.

No delivery day after day nearly impossible to contact Yodel without paying on the phone by the minute, no way to get web chat to work since last week. I am not paying per minute to listen to a robot telling me that which is already on the website tracking information. They can’t find the address?yet it is signposted and plain as pikestaff on Google Maps. All other couriers and Royal Mail have never had a problem with the address. I have had to contact the seller to try to contact Yodel to sort something out. Trust Pilot should have a Zero Star facility.

Given a 2 hour delivery window, tracked the parcel about 30 mins before the end and was told driver 3 stops away, about 20 min drive. Checked again a few mins later and message said they couldn't gain access to the property! I'm sat in the living room, with a video doorbell which quite clearly shows nobody has been anywhere near the house during this time frame. What is the point in them?! Waited in all day for a 2 hour window which was missed, and no available customer service

Tracking system said parcel was out for delivery but then changed to delivery attempted but we refused due to damage, untrue! Spoke to the driver who then changed the story to say that it was him who refused to accept the parcel as it was damaged and it would be returned to sender. Two days later tracking system showed another delivery attempted but they couldn’t gain access to the property, untrue as we live in a house on a street with full access. Web chat just as useless as they said parcel couldn’t be delivered as address etc was incorrect also untrue. We still don’t have our parcel and Yodel have no idea where it is. Utterly useless Company
