“Yodel change/update the address on their discretion, without notification. My parcel was delivered to anther address, not the one I asked for. As a result people who received it, unwrapped the items in the parcel. Yodel doesn't have an idea how to manage a delivery business. why even sellers deal with them?”

Delivery was expected today and according to tracking it was out for delivery, never arrived, tried driver's phone, no answer, contacted customer services and got the "lets chat" rubbish. Explained what was wrong and they said its out for delivery, twice they said it, then came back and said the driver was loading it for tomorrow delivery and to wait in, AGAIN, till 9pm. Not going to hold my breath for delivery, worst company on the planet for service and customer service is non existent. Will check who is the delivery company in future when making a purchase and if it is this company I will purchase elsewhere that uses a reliable company.”
“I wish I could give no stars at all for this utterly ridiculous and incompetent company. If I know something's coming with Yodel I won't bother ordering. They have made us drive an hour and a half to pick up a parcel in the past because they keep attempting to deliver while everyone's at work. This time, I paid £5.99 for next day delivery for something I needed for the weekend. They "attempted" to deliver it on Friday and it got sent back to depot. There was no option to select re-delivery on the Saturday so I had no choice to select today and change the adress to my grandparents' house as I knew I wouldn't be home. So it's already been a complete waste of my money. But guess what? Today comes and my parcel is still at the f*ing depot. They haven't even attempted to deliver something that I needed LAST WEEK, and my poor grandparents stayed in all day for absolutely nothing. Yodel are a complete and utter joke of a delivery service and I advise to avoid them at ALL COSTS.”
“The driver left my parcel in full view at the front of my house
I received a message saying it had been left in a safe place
I never nominated a safe place , subsequently the parcel went missing
I have neighbours who are happy to take parcels or if they gone a few yards to the back of the house it is private the parcel would not have been in full view
It’s obviously been taken because they sent me a photo of the parcel in full view left on my fro t step
Then all the problems begin being told they were investigating
Then being told it had been delivered to a safe place when the photo shows this is a lie
Then being told to contact the seller meanwhile I’m £80 out of pocket
The drivers are careless lazy and dishonest
And customer services are useless”
“Similar problem to others , the driver claimed that he tried to deliver and left a card . This was completely untrue , I waited in all day and no delivery attempt was made and no card was left . Customer service basically called me a liar and said that they had proof driver was in area . The company is dishonest and full of liars please avoid them”

“Appalling service, despite claiming to have attempted delivery on 4+ occasions there is no evidence that anyone actually came as neither were any notifications left as stated on the tracking app, nor was anyone recorded on the doorbell camera. Now told that they cannot deliver because we have moved! Total lie”
“After a failed delivery on first attempt they Ignored alternate delivery instructions for next two attempts that would have ensured success. On complaining they reluctantly accepted fault and I was then told that exceptionally they would attempt delivery a fourth time and that a manager would call me. Neither happened and I am very sure that I was being lied to by the call handler. Further complaints were then ignored and they refused to accept that the fourth delivery had been promised despite me sending transcripts of the web chat. I will make all efforts to avoid ever having to use them again and I would advise others to do the same.”
“Fraudulent. The greedy ***** keep stringing me along, and you can't even contact their useless "customer service" outside of hours. The "chat" feature connects you to apathetic and unhelpful semi-literate people. The lazy cretins have not even attempted to deliver my package after nearly 2 weeks, 3 times lying about the delivery date, and now I contacted my bank, I am told my package does not exist. I wonder which Yodel "staff member" will be stealing my package this time. Never use Yodel! Oh, and to add insult to injury, they told me I would have to wait from 8am to 9pm for delivery, despite telling them a safe place to put my large item they never bothered to deliver. This company should be prosecuted.”

“This company is consistently diabolical and unhelpful, claiming to not be able to find our property when both they and others have regularly found it. They are now doing nothing to help other than insisting we drive a round trip of 50 miles to collect in a ludicrously small window on a Saturday. I recommend never ordering anything that involves a Yodel delivery. They are not to be trusted and cannot be contacted other than via a very flaky APP.”
“yet again we had no choice in delivery company and got stuck with Yodel. This time it was books sent out by the open University for a course that they have lost. clamour they have been delivered only not to our house. we have security cameras and a ring doorbell so can prove it they haven't been delivered here. our neighbours have also checked their security footage and no delivery was made on our small 10 house street. they have investigated and the driver insists he got it to the right address but they themselves confirmed the drivers GPS doesn't place him even close to our home address. yet still they say the driver is right and the books were delivered to the right place. have even checked the delivery address with both Yodel and open University and they were no errors. this service is beyond a ridiculous and as a result has actually affected someone's education as they now don't have the required books and the course began today. no help offered and online chat gets cut off by the customers service reps. no response to emails and not answering phones. just a recorded message to go through online chats. so what do we do now?”
“I have really bad experience with yodel i got message ur parcel is waiting i took the break from my work and went to the petson shop in bradford on the counter they says show the barcode i said i don't know about barcode i got the message ur parcel is waiting he said driver is not came yet. “Appalling. My parcel was simply dumped “further up the road” according to the kind person who picked it up and brought it to my door. This is the second time that Yodel simply dumped my parcel, on the first occasion it was handed to a total stranger who was kind enough (and honest) enough to track me down and give it to me. Both times my address and postcode were clearly marked. Yodel deserves no stars at all and in future I shall not order from any company that uses Yodel.”
