Unbelievably rubbish! No delivery for me sooo manage to contact a human on their central hub phone number who arranges a pick up for me at the local depot (Basildon) to find 4 people in front of me with major issues re their parcels which could not be located? I’m not confident!😳 so my turn to hand over my track number and off she goes to retrieve! So I thought! But no!!!!! Apparently the person I spoke to had re arranged a pick up in Aberdeenshire (500 miles away😳😳) this is so random it’s completely laughable soooooo my advice to anyone wanting to post or hoping to receive a parcel via yodel is stick ur head between your knees and kiss your assss good bye! Obviously this is my experience so if you have received your parcel then you are one of the lucky ones and I salute you!! 😬 Date 9th December

I ordered a gift of 3 Bottles to be delivered to my elderly sister. The driver did not knock (my sister and her husband were both in and neither are deaf) Instead I, as the sender, received a message to say it had been left in a safe place... the front porch. Since my sister does not have a front porch I immediately rang her. She opened her front door to find a wet and broken box on her doorstep. Yes, the contents were smashed. Yes, given the state of the box, the driver MUST have been aware. Yes, this is obviously why he did not knock and chose instead to abandon the delivery on the outside step before sneaking off. Shame on him! Now I have to go to the trouble of contacting the company where I made the online purchase and try to get a resolution. Not as easy as it sounds apparently because since my address is not the address to which it was delivered (it was a gift) it is the recipient who has to make the telephone call (my sister is 81....imagine the stress) So what was intended to be a wonderful surprise has been completely ruined by the incompetence of your courier and a number of people have been left upset and disappointed. Yodel have the worst reputation of any UK Delivery Service and, had I known the supplier used this company, I would never have placed the order at all...and this is what I shall be telling the shop when I speak to them properly tomorrow.

I get a monthly delivery of dog food and practically every month it is delivered to the wrong address, this month being no exception. The address delivered to this month is nowhere near where I live

Still waiting on my parcel which has been held a delivery depot since 30 Nov. Even changed my delivery to local shop incase I wasn't home. Can't seem to speak to anyone. Shocking service.

The delivery time estimate was 18,30 to 20.30 toady so I was in at 16,00 The tracking then said they tried at 1712 and left a card, they were nor here then so clearly did not leae a card it is now 19.08 and I do not knwo what to do

My parcel is missing. It wasn't delivered. I have phoned yodel yesterday evening and have been told that the parcel is on their depot. Today morning they have changed the status to delivered (apparently they delivered it on the 7th in the morning). That's impossible as yesterday evening they still had it. They have a huge mess in the warehouse in their system, parcels get lost

Absolutely garbage lie after lie about my parcel went to collect to be told can't find it as driver not been delivering but tracking says different will deliver within 2 days another lie ending in me going back to the depot to collect again no apologies or anything over 3 week's to get my parcel even everi are better than these shower off sxxt

I don’t own a ‘front porch’ so it could never be an option as a ‘safe place’ but Yodel seem to think dumping a parcel at the front door as a ‘front porch’ and falsely stating that was my request . It was at risk of being pinched, not to mention being exposed to the elements. Poor attitude & service Yodel!

See blue van pull up so went out by this time driver was in side my gate, he froze when see my dog ,I told him he freindly but not one word all this time he handed my parcel and still nothing from his mouth but then heard he was talking on phone,very ignorant person

Ordered a gaming desk for my son for Christmas on the 18th November. It's now the 7th December and I don't have it. It's been "marked as lost". Contacted Yodel umpteen times and all they say is "there's a delay at the depot". Absolutely and utterly useless. I will never see that package and it impacts on my sons Christmas.

I ordered some wine on 25th Nov. The first box was not delivered due to "extreme pressure at the depot". After contacting them several times it was sent back to the wine company. One day later I had a delivery, opened the parcel and it was full of children's toys. Got in touch with Yodel again who just kept saying “check with your neighbours it is showing as being delivered". No matter how hard I tried, they did not understand. All very stressful. I will not be ordering from any company that uses Yodel in the future. They are beyond dreadful. I have replied to Yodel giving them all of the information they require, including a photograph of todays wine delivery supposedly left in our porch and clearly just left on our front drive in full view. I look forward to their response.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Absolutely useless. Have failed to deliver two separate parcels in the space of a week, both times claiming to have delivered. The first time, they could not provide any proof of delivery. The second time, a photo on the Yodel app was not my door. They are impossible to contact by phone. Their webchat is a series of cut-and-paste responses from India promising to escalate, but it's just a black hole. Nobody ever gets back to you. From now on, any online company who uses Yodel will not get my business. How Yodel themselves manage to stay in business is beyond me.
