“The only courier I know who consistently fail to ring my doorbell and just post through the letterbox of the block or place in the lobby. I've had parcels go missing, presumed stolen by the courier or one of the dozens of people who enter or exit the building. Sorting this out through Live Chat is tiresome in the extreme and ultimately the seller will compensate, which is very unfair. From now on I'll ask sellers which courier firm they use before committing to a purchase. Absolute cowboy firm ...oh the irony.”

“They never deliver to the right address even though the correct address is clearly written on the front of the parcel. This leaves you hunting around for your parcel elsewhere.
Customer service is useless too they do not want to help or tell you where your own parcel is that you have paid for. They send templates instead of treating each customers case individually. This leaves their replies with no relevance to your issues whats so ever. You can not raise a formal complaint either.
Yodel will carry on not delivering parcels to the correct address and dumping them wherever. Such a disgrace! Avoid them at every cost! Otherwise its a waste of your time and money on your purchases that you do not receive and their customer services will not help you.

“Ordered through Click and Collect to a local store which Yodel claim refused to accept parcel.
They claim they tried again the following day and once again store refused to accept.
The timeline suggests the delivery attempt was one minute before it was checked back into depot!!!! Not possible, even by jet plane!
Then parcel returned to sender as it hadn't been collected!!!
Couldn't get through on phone and chat feature rubbish!!

“I ordered a NEXT DAY delivery from Argos, and almost a week later I'm still STILL waiting! Phoned Argos and they said Yodel told them my address was ' incomplete' - which is utter BS, because I ordered something else from Argos last week and it arrived within hours the same day!
Confirmed my address was not incomplete with Argos, and Yodel said they updated my details but it would take another 24 hours for their systems to update! More BS! Then they told Argos they would send me a confirmation email with a new delivery date and time, and/or call me to confirm - surprise surprise, still no email and still no call!!
Seriously, do NOT use this courier service - no problem with Argos, but Yodel are about as much use as a chocolate teapot!!”
