The pits. Ignored my instructions to deliver to neighbour, resheduled, stayed in all the specified day, no delivery, their phone system useless. On line chat tells me they have lost it and need to search at the depot, will update me in 48 hours ( sure they will!) I hate them.

Out for delivery on 6th of October 5am the base is only 40 miles away. It's now 9th still not delivered this delivery service is run by cowboys. God know why people use them.. I don't know why they supply a tracking service it totally feckin useless and when you phone up they stick their head up their ass and play dumb... Well you get what you pay for.. cheap postal service .. if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. There must be baboon in management and in the call centre. Shame for the people waiting on a parcel.. and your lucky if it's delivered to the correct house. My advice if your thinking about using this service. DONT Spend the extra pound and use post office.

I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. It was apparently left in the porch even though we were home. It wasn't there so I contacted them to be told the office was closed till Monday. I contacted them today 9th October 2023 to be told that it was delivered to the correct place and sent me a photo. It was not my porch so I sent a photo back. I was then told to knock at my neighbours to see if they had it!! Why when it was apparently delivered correctly!! They then told me to contact the supplier there was nothing more they could do!! They then shut the chat down. I luckily have honest people in my area as tonight when they got back from holiday they brought it round to us. Absolutely useless yodel. No customer service at all and the drivers obviously can't read addresses

Absolutely shocking experience please see picture of their so called tracking, similar issues to others below, my advice do not use! Supposed to be next day delivery, 5 days later still no further forward, parcel not arrived.

If you want to receive your parcel do not use this company, they are an absolute disgrace. Claimed they have delivered mine and 100% have not, sent a "proof of delivery "photo from a place that is nothing like my delivery address. I asked 5 times to see a proof of delivery signature but they just ignored the request, why something to hide Yodel! They lie to you on live chat, I was promised an email update at least twice but surprise nothing. I don't believe my parcel had even been attempted to be delivered, has been stolen. Worst company I have ever known and will never ever buy from a company which uses them as a 'courier ' Wish I could give them a minus rating....absolute trash company Oh don't bother to email their trustpilot email address as they ignore it. Hope they get shut down.

Suppose to deliver 5 days ego. No update since then. Tracking show every day it's at local depot. Tried to complain on the chat. Only apologies no help. Still shows it's at depot for last 5 days. Terrible unreliable service.

Terrible, didn’t deliver twice and when I arranged redelivery it just sat in the depot until I contacted them. Absolutely rubbish

Tried to post parcel at drop off point only to be told they are not accepting any more parcels, not the first time either. Waste of time and fuel. Should have paid a bit more and used royal mail.

Would like to give a minus if i could. Had on and off experience with this company for years now. I dont think theyve ever delivered on time dont bother staying in for your ridiculous expected 7:30am til 9pm times they wont deliver the day they say most likely. Yodel why promise delivery times you cant handle? Still waiting was supposed to be delivered Friday its now Monday morning and they advised its arrived at the delivery depot in need of re-packaging. They only had the parcel a few days they are late, theyve damaged the packaging and possibly the item worth over £1000. I dont know why any company would trust expensive goods with yodel. YODEL SUCK STOP USING THEM FFS.

I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY TO THINK AGAIN!!! DELIVERY 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS? READ THE STATS... Average Delivery time over 7 Days. On-time delivery greater than 8%, meaning Late Deliveries 92% ofthe time.

Absolutely useless...I am trying to trace where my parcel is as the proof of delivery photo is not my property. I called the driver on their tracking and he said it wasn't even him must have been someone else....cannot believe this company had not been closed down do NOT use them pass the word!!!!

Yodel change/update the address on their discretion, without notification. My parcel was delivered to anther address, not the one I asked for. As a result people who received it, unwrapped the items in the parcel. Yodel doesn't have an idea how to manage a delivery business. why even sellers deal with them?

Would have given minus 5 if possible but unfortunately it had to be 1. Delivery was expected today and according to tracking it was out for delivery, never arrived, tried driver's phone, no answer, contacted customer services and got the "lets chat" rubbish. Explained what was wrong and they said its out for delivery, twice they said it, then came back and said the driver was loading it for tomorrow delivery and to wait in, AGAIN, till 9pm. Not going to hold my breath for delivery, worst company on the planet for service and customer service is non existent. Will check who is the delivery company in future when making a purchase and if it is this company I will purchase elsewhere that uses a reliable company.

I wish I could give no stars at all for this utterly ridiculous and incompetent company. If I know something's coming with Yodel I won't bother ordering. They have made us drive an hour and a half to pick up a parcel in the past because they keep attempting to deliver while everyone's at work. This time, I paid £5.99 for next day delivery for something I needed for the weekend. They "attempted" to deliver it on Friday and it got sent back to depot. There was no option to select re-delivery on the Saturday so I had no choice to select today and change the adress to my grandparents' house as I knew I wouldn't be home. So it's already been a complete waste of my money. But guess what? Today comes and my parcel is still at the f*ing depot. They haven't even attempted to deliver something that I needed LAST WEEK, and my poor grandparents stayed in all day for absolutely nothing. Yodel are a complete and utter joke of a delivery service and I advise to avoid them at ALL COSTS.

The driver left my parcel in full view at the front of my house I received a message saying it had been left in a safe place I never nominated a safe place , subsequently the parcel went missing I have neighbours who are happy to take parcels or if they gone a few yards to the back of the house it is private the parcel would not have been in full view It’s obviously been taken because they sent me a photo of the parcel in full view left on my fro t step Then all the problems begin being told they were investigating Then being told it had been delivered to a safe place when the photo shows this is a lie Then being told to contact the seller meanwhile I’m £80 out of pocket The drivers are careless lazy and dishonest And customer services are useless

Similar problem to others , the driver claimed that he tried to deliver and left a card . This was completely untrue , I waited in all day and no delivery attempt was made and no card was left . Customer service basically called me a liar and said that they had proof driver was in area . The company is dishonest and full of liars please avoid them
