Can’t get hold of yodel regarding the item, so now an expensive purchase has gone missing. If I had known that yodel was the courier for my order, I would it have purchased it as they are absolutely useless.”

“I received an email saying my parcel had been delivered. It was apparently left in the porch even though we were home. It wasn't there so I contacted them to be told the office was closed till Monday. I contacted them today 9th October 2023 to be told that it was delivered to the correct place and sent me a photo. It was not my porch so I sent a photo back. I was then told to knock at my neighbours to see if they had it!! Why when it was apparently delivered correctly!! They then told me to contact the supplier there was nothing more they could do!! They then shut the chat down. I luckily have honest people in my area as tonight when they got back from holiday they brought it round to us. Absolutely useless yodel. No customer service at all and the drivers obviously can't read addresses”

I asked 5 times to see a proof of delivery signature but they just ignored the request, why something to hide Yodel!

I don't believe my parcel had even been attempted to be delivered, has been stolen.
