Just did not deliver said item can't even contact them this is not the first time when ordering something check said company are not using this courier absolutely abysmal.

To put it simple. This is a scam not a business. No ethics no one cares about you or your products just want your money and you have to wait and hope that ONE day it will arrive.

I spent 150 on a coat and still haven't got it despite going back and forth with the supplier company. Your courier has gone awol and failed to provide" photo in open door. "Which means he has either stole my parcel or just left in on the driveway and someone else has. Taking this further would never recommend to anyone

Absolutely the worst service from a delivery company I’ve ever experienced. How and why are big companies using them?! No delivery has actually arrived and marked as delivered to the door when no one has even knocked ?! I buy from anyone that uses YODEL to deliver as it’s a complete waste of time and money. Can never speak to people at customer service - they state the operating hours but then say lines are closed (when should be open)

Live chat is a joke tried for over an hour to chat to someone then they diconected me without any explanation it’s so rude if they can’t help they should just say so.

This company is simply appalling. They either don't deliver (steal?) parcels, or throw parcels in buildings - not actually delivering them to the right door in tenement buildings but throwing them in the main door. I now refuse to order from any company that uses Yodel. Waste of time and money. Not worth it. Online system doesn't work; when you speak to an advisor they say they can't help as 'the system is down.' Send dishonest emails to say that parcels are left in made up places (e.g. 'in front porch' - I don't have a porch).

I was expecting delivery of a car battery today from Tayna who's service was excellent. Sadly their choice of courier was unfortunate to say the least. The driver pushed a card through my letterbox indicating that he'd tried to deliver but I would have to collect the parcel from the depot. He was actually parked in another street which the company's G.P.S. confirmed. At no time did he present at my address with the package. I followed him back to his vehicle whereupon he took the item from his van - thrust it into my hands and took a photo on his phone. I had to carry an extremely heavy parcel back to my home which at 75 years of age I shouldn't have had to do. The vehicle bore no Yodel livery so it's clear that in the present manic pre-Christmas frenzy Yodel are recruiting complete cowboys. Their reputation is in freefall and trying to contact them is akin to plaiting snot. Toxic outfit to be avoided at all costs.

Ordered a jacket on next day delivery from Tu. 3 days later no sign of it. The useless tracking system just says incomplete. Phoned Tu and cancelled the order. Top marks to Yodel for incompetence..

ZERO STAR FOR STEALER YODEL!!!! Rubbish stealer Indian delivery service. AVOID! They hire poor drivers who steal away the packages and mention wrong tracking info on so called YODEL tracking service. Being indians, they are not even well versed in English. I wonder if this company would be run over by British, it would have been a bit accountable and professional. Yodel webchat and online escalation service is hell disgusting due to language issue and copy paste the same emails again and again without answering ur query. They asked me to check 3 houses in front, back and around the house to locate my parcel when the tracking info showed they have thrown it in back porch 0.o absolutely disgusting. I'l report this YODEL now, complained already and companies plz ban this 3rd class yodel. We dont want our precious items to be delivered by this pathetic stealer service! Their reviews on social media are self explanatory!

Order from ebay was marked as delivered,but it wasnt,tracking says it was left outside from doors,how is it even legal in Uk to leave parcel at counsil flat communal area outside doors and mark it as an "delivered"?I feel like I live in some third world country!Also it wasnt left outside my doors for sure,i managed to found picture via yodel app,and there is no number visible on door so I dont know there it was left but floors outside my doors like a bit different so it wasnt left outside my doors,also parcel in picture looks way to large for item i bougt an can see annything on parcel,no namemno adress,I'm not even sure its my parcel,most likely its not,just jsut some random parcel at not my location and marked as delivered!How delivery company accept such practise tp leave items outside at front door and m ark it as "left at safe palce" and take picture where i cannot see location of of there picture was taken since I cannot see number on doors,If I had knowledge how I would fine and close this company for such practises!United Kingdom law seems laclusting for allowing such thing to happen!

Two different parcel same day both with yodel ,one driver delivered with no problem second driver could not locate my address so no delivery been on there chat site been told to wait until 9pm tomorrow. All other delivery companies have no problem only yodel (why). And this is the second time it's happens to me this month not able to locate address when they did deliver it was dumped on my neighbours doorstep even though I was sat outside waiting in my wheelchair for the driver , and the driver stated that I had signed for it when no one did. Just hope that none of the drivers that can't find there way don't apply to be food delivery drivers.

There was no prior information about delivery timing. We were at home though when it arrived. The driver rang the Block buzzer for access to the 4 storey block and we confirmed the parcel was for us. He did not reply. After some time he had not appeared at the flat door so we checked from the balcony. He ignored our calling to him, went to a recycling bin and dumped something, then got back in his plain white van (he was wearing a yellow Yodel vest) and drove away. We managed to get downstairs in time to find and recover the parcel that had been left, without a word, a note or anything in the public area by the open outer front door of the Block. It is a public area and anyone could have taken it. Luckily, we were able to recover it. I contacted Yodel on webchat. The operative was very slow, very unhelpful and basically shrugged me off. I asked to whom I could write to complain. He replied 'Abbie'. I asked him for an email address. He gave me my email address. I pointed this out and asked for an email address of someone in his company. He did not answer. I prompted him several times asking if he was still there, why he was not answering (all very politely) and he just closed the conversation without a further word. I had been making screenshots of all the conversation (including the record of him closing the conversation without replying) and still have that saved: just as well as the option to have the conversation emailed to me did not work (I have a copy of that pop-up as well) This is a repeat of every previous very poor service their company has given over the years. They are simply useless in terms of final delivery - it seems their weakness is their use of casual contract staff to drop off the parcels at the destination: always in private unmarked vehicles, always sloppy, always too lazy to actually make the delivery. And their webchat is staffed by people who seem unable to understand what is going on and who think it is OK to just leave the customer hanging their then close the conversation without answering.

Now I read comments and understand not only me was today disappointing, my parcel is well was delivered....but I have question where???Neighbours...no-one have my parcel,I was all day at home my door camera not show nothing, neighbour cameras is well...I chat with Yodel customer service,whey told me wait answer back after 24hours, but later I saw again my parcel on tracking I all time check where is driver, was 3 stops till me and tracker dissappear.And after 10pm customer service answer me : driver say he delivered my parcel today 14:10 but sorry he don't have proff(Wtf...-sorry )I am so angry, there was expensive baby things from Smith Toys

Most of the review on there are fake 5stars. Absolute up and down, Back and forth, no communication, app doesn’t know what’s happening nor do the drivers or the company. Lies more lies and more lies. 5th at depot 6th attempted delivery! Odd when we were there all day, nothing was attentes or delivered. 8th query told would be the 9th and o should download the app, so did, updated address, Neighbourg's, safe place, description etc.. then told it would be the 10th, On 12 more chat, kept Logging me out, then eventually told to wait a bit linger the 4.30pm on 12th sent back to dépit because property wasn’t accessible on the 6th!!! Whoa! We had a house, we leave there we have post and delivery daily. Nu yodel can’t find access to the property!! No one is available to chat on the phone and if you query them to much the shut the chat down. Useless company Do not use at any cost!

Guys please beware of this company. The driver stole my parcel and the company has refused to provide me any proof of delivery. I must say all the staff is Indian and this is a very shady company. The worst part of it is I did not even have a choice in this and my original purchase was from ZARA UK. I’m so unhappy about this as the item I purchased was super expensive. Please beware of such companies.

So I ordered my elderly mother flowers from Waitrose who apparently use Yodel to be delivered on her birthday, Saturday. They need to change that. My mother was in all weekend. Saturday evening, the tracker said they were in the depot. Sunday another email saying order is on its way and will be there between 3.49pm and 5.49. Today Monday the 12th it now says order back to sender. This was supposed to be a special birthday for an elderly lady from her daughter. In future, anything I order online, I will research to make sure they dont use this ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY

The full process of delivery its very painful, while I was at work at 2.42PM apparently my parcel been delivered and I signed myself (I work 7-5pm). Did asked neighbours, check round house no sign of parcel. Did contact their customer care waiting in queue for 15min. Told whats happen, been provided with name and phone number of the driver when I call the number since 10 days ago is switched off. In mean time the person on other side of chat told me to downloaded very useful Yodel app! ? Since 3rd December I had no info whats happen with my parcel, all I been told to get back to sender. So they are complete ignorant, not interested in any help at all. Its Edinburgh depot. So I dont have the parcel and nobody is in contact to tell me whats the plan. This should be present for my daughter birthday so she got nothing

Unbelievably rubbish! No delivery for me sooo manage to contact a human on their central hub phone number who arranges a pick up for me at the local depot (Basildon) to find 4 people in front of me with major issues re their parcels which could not be located? I’m not confident!😳 so my turn to hand over my track number and off she goes to retrieve! So I thought! But no!!!!! Apparently the person I spoke to had re arranged a pick up in Aberdeenshire (500 miles away😳😳) this is so random it’s completely laughable soooooo my advice to anyone wanting to post or hoping to receive a parcel via yodel is stick ur head between your knees and kiss your assss good bye! Obviously this is my experience so if you have received your parcel then you are one of the lucky ones and I salute you!! 😬 Date 9th December
