I ordered my product on the 6th of December with the “next-day delivery” service. Without hearing anything from either the company or Yodel after the product was shipped, I contacted the company directly on the 7th. They told me that it was an issue with my address and they updated the address on Yodel on my behalf. Again, nothing happened until the 9th when I decided to start contacting Yodel directly. Since then, I have been contacting Yodel every day, even twice a day sometimes, to make sure they have all the information about my address and that delivery will happen the next day. Every person I spoke to was telling me that it would definitely happen tomorrow (probably just to shut my mouth) when in reality that never happened. I explicitly told them that the driver could call me if he/she was unable to find the property, and even sent a picture of the door - all that was in vain as the driver did not make a proper delivery attempt. Yesterday, I was told that they won’t deliver my parcel to my address and I now have to go to the depot myself to pick it up. As I had to wait another 24 hours to find out where I needed to go, it turned out that I had to commute for 2 hours on a Saturday to be able to pick it up. Now please someone tell me, how this is fair and how a “next day delivery” turned into a 1+ week of waiting plus spending more than 3 hours chatting to them, trying to sort this out and now another 2+ hours travelling to the depot? What a waste of time, avoid Yodel and its customer service at all costs! I don’t need compassion from their customer service, I need things to get sorted!!

I can’t give 0 stars as you won’t let me I have been nothing but stressed since the 1st dec waited in for a week to return item never showed up and when they did no return label so I wouldn’t let them have it so he took three pictures of my house like he was a mobster while I sat watching him on ring doorbell came back on the 11th without a label and when I said he wasn’t having it he went to the van and got a label but didn’t put it on the box appalling service and disgusting behaviour I would rather have no more parcels ever if yodel are involved.

Crab courier. I always have issues with my deliveries. Now whenever I want to buy something, I always ask the seller which delivery service they use and if it is Yodel I just don’t buy from this seller.

Firstly what can I start with as my current experience that’s ongoing with Yodel is already experienced by so many people leaving reviews. I understand we live in a world where we like to complain but my experience with these people has been unnecessarily over 17 days so far to deliver a next day delivery I’ve got to go to the depot today to get my parcel but looking at the reviews I’m not confident under no circumstance’s should anyone use this company as I shall ask a seller who is delivering my product if it’s Yodel I shall cancel the order they really are terrible

Do not deliver with this company ever again. When you want to solve and talk to someone to help you, use the robot. He ignores you and hangs up your phone. I lost 2 packages because of this company. When I leave them a message, they tell me; sorry for the delay, we will send the package today. I'll tell you the truth dear people, for 2 weeks every day the same thing has been lying to me. It's possible that the Yodel delivers the packages, but the drivers steal the packages. There were 5 minutes left to receive the package at my address and I was following the tracking by phone, it was moving away more and more. I started following the Yodel van. At one point the van stopped near a forest between Burnley and Accrington and they started unloading packages from the van into the small car. Considering that I couldn't film because it was very dark in the forest. After a few minutes they left for Accrington and the traching signal had also disappeared.

Dropped on front doorstep. Safe place was behind bin with further instructions to place in bin...it is winter, after all. Even nicknamed package as put inside bin......a major clue you would think. End result....package nowhere to be found. Strike up applause for Yodel cocking it up yet again. Useless, incompetent ( obviously illiterate) morons. A 5 year old could do better; and that's insulting 5 year olds dragging them down to Yodel's pathetic level

This company does not even deserve 1 star. If I could give less than one I would do. In the past 4 weeks yodel have lost a really large heavy parcel which was already recorded as being on the van and out for delivery. Were they bothered? Not in the slightest. How they can loose such a large heavy item is beyond me. Perhaps when it went on to the van it went through a portal to another world and will reappear in the future on the other side of the world. Now they have gone one better. Parcel arrived at local (Alfreton) depot. Great! Sat there for a day or so then was recorded as at local depot LONDON!! It's destination was Sheffield. So it went from Preston to Alfreton and then London. Oh but now it's on its way back to sender as "unable to deliver". Maybe if you actually sent it to Sheffield it might stand a chance of being delivered. It makes me go cold when a seller puts "despatched with yodel" as a know it's gone for good. Terrible company.

If you want to receive your parcel and get genuine information via customer service please don't chose this company! When I purchased their service the expected delivery time was 2-3 days, after purchasing went up 5 days. Contacted customer service, only gave me copy paste answers and I am traveling away, so don't chose them as Christmas present delivery service.

The best courier logistics company in England, which lies. I ordered a product and did not receive anything. Then I ordered the same product again, because the first one disappeared and no one knows where. I took time off from work to stay at home to receive the package. I followed the tracking and there were about 4 minutes left for the package to reach me. But it wasn't like that, he kept moving away from me. At the moment I started to follow the car and see where it was going. He stopped at a place near the forest, between Burnley and Accrington and moved some packages from the van into the smaller car. I waited the next day, thinking it would come. But it wasn't like that, Trachingul was shown to me delivered to my home. Good people, please don't trust the Yodel company to deliver any packages. Better deliver with EVRY, DPD, ROIAL MALE or with another company. Drivers steal packages, be careful with which company you deliver. Feedback

Virgin Media used Yodel to deliver a package to me. According to Yodel a signature was required and the package could not be left in a safe place as an option . As we had to go out I selected the option to have it delivered to a specified neighbour. When we got home the parcel was at our front door and the neighbour confirmed he had not been contacted. Trying to get a response from Yodel has proved impossible despite asking them to telephone me. In fact during an online chat Yodel ended the conversation whilst I was typing in details of my dissatisfaction. Strangely reviews on Trustpllot about this company are, on the whole, fairly positive. I have therefore posted my views on Trustpilot to try to redress the balance and shall complain to Virgin.

Never knock on the door even on busy streets along main roads, constantly just placing parcels at the doorstep and racing back to the van without knocking or pressing the doorbell and waiting to actually hand over the parcel

Twice in 2 days Yodel has delivered 2 very heavy parcels. Each was placed at my door, the bell rung, the driver raced to his van and drove off. The first, my neighbour had driven up at the same time and he carried it into my hallway, the second I have pulled in with huge difficulty. I am disabled and request that heavy parcels are put just inside my hallway and I can then access the contents. Is this Yodel's policy? Do you have any idea how upsetting this is? I guess you don't care. Even if I wasn't disabled I couldn't lift them. I have informed both companies that I will not be buying from them again. You will not be delivering to me again. I am a regular buyer with each company and spend a great deal of money with them. I will write to Mr Barclay about this. Who knows, he might even offer incentives for showing even a little caring behaviour. Not that he should have to.

They lost TWO parcels one a VERY expensive laptop I had a very brief call on the phone with Jayden, who was quite rude and unhelpful. He told me he couldnt help and would nag up now, and then we disconnected.

Terrible experience, waited in with the time slot given, no attempt to knock at my address, tracking updated as delivered, customer services gave me latitude and longitude of my neighbours address, said it had been delivered and could offer no more assistance. Tried all my neighbours, nobody has received anything.

Unable to recognise new UK post codes that every other delivery company is able to deliver to. Customer Service is hopeless and unable to resolve anything with the depot. Sent to wrong depot initially. Was told delivery had been attempted twice, when I had video evidence that it hadn’t. The photo the driver took to support this wasn’t even my property. Spoke to Customer Service every day for over a week and still not delivered. Provided What3Word location 4 times and still not delivered. Eventually gave up and asked retailer to cancel order, recall the parcel and refund. Now waiting in anticipation to see if Yodel can manage to get that bit right!

I would encorage everyone who has had problems with yodel to report them to the trading standards agency (as I have done) they are a complete waste of time and effort, the list of ineptitude is too long to go into, will never deal with a company again who uses yodel
