“If i could give no stars i would! My delivery was due this morning about being delayed a number of times , they then proceed too tell me i missed my delivery when im up in and stood by window , they lie threw there teeth, are they even legit???”
“I haven't received two parcels this week. I've been in touch with Yodel live chat and that was a waste of time. There wasn't a message through the letter box saying where the parcel has been delivered or any photo evidence to say that it was delivered.”

Lost my parcel contacted live chat 6 times, they are a waste of time palm you off with a load of rehearsed excuses.
Said I’ve got to wait 14 days to allow them to investigate been 26 days so far, still fobbing me off I think their game is to hope you will give up in the end.
I use most courier companies going for my business but these rates amongst the very worse, I would not recommend.”

Helpline suggested collecting from depot despite having no transport and parcel being large.Cancelled order with supplier.Total joke !”

They insisted my parcel was delivered to me. The photo showed a location with chairs carpet and shoes that do not exist at this address.”

“Had an email asking for more information about delivery address and you can’t reply back to them! Only way is on the online chat which is beyond ridiculous as the person is no help whatsoever and tells you that’s not the correct address even tho you’ve screen shot the address on the order. The parcel was then returned back to the company I purchased from without even trying again . Complete waste of time would never ever use anywhere that uses this rubbish delivery service !!”

“Generic responses from customer service, no commitment/systems to actually address why an item hasn’t been delivered. Would be much better if they just said “don’t know where it is, it’ll get there eventually”!”
“Multiple parcels delivered to the incorrect address. Clearly states the company name and address but still somehow gets delivered to the wrong address. All parcels delivered have been lost and nowhere to be found. Have caused so much trouble as customers are not receiving their orders due to this”
“Every parcel that I've been expecting Yodel to deliver has either vanished off the face of the Earth, been delivered somewhere other than my house with no indication as to where they delivered it to or it has taken upwards of 2 weeks to deliver it even though the parcel was only coming from 22 miles away. Absolutely shocking that people still use this company”

“Useless, will never buy anything from a company that uses them to deliver in future. Their tracker is a joke, the chat system is a joke, the whole company is a joke. Parcel to be delivered to me at work ( clearly 8am til 5pm) given time of 6.07pm for delivery so waited outside in the cold,dark,wet for one and a half hours, still no show. Asked by chat service to wait until 9.00pm in case, he had been at the top of my road 3 hours earlier!!!! Tracker showed him with just 4 stops before getting to me! However this didn't change for 3 hours and showed his van in the middle of nowhere ( maybe he parked up and slept in his van overnight) the worst company I have ever dealt with. We will see what tomorrow brings but I don't have much hope reading these other reviews. Not a happy bunny.”
“Was tracking my parcel till last 9 stops, then received email that more details needed for the address and contact chat. The chat person took ages to reply. I sent screenshot of email from Yodel with tracking number. First respond was that driver needs more info as can't find address, when I wrote detailed instructions and all, chat replies that my parcel ID is wrong and to contact sender. I asked how can it be wrong if I tracked all day the parcel and even the person him/her self said driver couldn't find me!? Answer was: "sorry, it was another parcel". When I asked for answers they just closed the chat. I have the whole chat recorded. Are you serious Yodel?”
“Absolutely Useless service. I bought an item from an online shop, and was emailed to say Yodel will deliver. I logged into their app to register and divert the parcel as I won't be home...I diverted it to THEIR OWN local pickup/drop off point. 3 days later still nothing there. When I phone you just chat to a robot and no help at all. And live Chat just told me the driver tried to deliver but cannot gain access to their own local pickup/drop off point that is on Yodels website. They don't phone you or update you to let you know, they not giving me the option to change address either even thought they at fault....its their own drop off point that is not working or the driver simply cannot find it. Blady useless!!! Now I've paid for an expensive parcel that I havnt received. Don't trust them!”
