I've had various deliveries from Yodel over the years and not once has it been a hassle free process. I don't know how they make it so difficult. It's as if the delivery drivers are being treated so badly that they couldn't care less whether the parcel makes it to the person it's supposed to or not.

Horrible, lost my package. Claimed to deliver it but our Concierge records all packages and they never delivered it to them. 2 of their staff cut short the web help chat when discussing it. Horrific service, customer service is horrific. They don't care at all.

I never received the package. The driver came twice but could allegedly not find my address, despite it not being difficult to access and my housemate had already received a few parcels from Yodel in the past. Was supposed to attempt delivery again (promised twice by phone operators) but instead sent it back to the seller. Thankfully I was able to get a refund from the seller but this is the last time I order anything if Yodel delivers it.

Absolutely shocking service. They claimed my parcel had been delivered and "handed to the customer" but, when I came home from work, there was no parcel, no note through the letterbox and none of my neighbours had been approached. My next door neighbour kindly checked his video doorbell and nobody approached my house for two hours either side of the claimed delivery time. An important, and lost, package of high value. The follow up service when I tried to rectify this problem was abyssmal. I only wish that customers could choose the couriers used when they are making purchases. I would never use Yodel again.

I had the driver on camera on the opposite side of the road walking off camera to another house, I got in touch on chat and complained and all they did was email back that the drivers GPS was correct and he said he hid it in a safe place, a safe place that was not at my house. That's the end of it. Driver lied. Driver messed up. Yodel covered him.

Yodel said it delivered my item but it was never received. I have asked them a number of times for a copy of the signature and name of the person they say received it but they will not give these details. They say my item was part of a bulk delivery and I should contact the recipient. Who again say they didn’t receive it .So I’m stuck in the middle without my vac cleaner.

I'm afraid your website defaults to 1 star minimum. I wouldn't even give you that. I was due a virgin delivery Thurs 19th Jan, after my Sky subscription ended. On Thurs 19th driver was delayed, on Fri 20th, the driver couldn't find my address on sat nav, (my property has been here for 60 years and no other delivery company has ever had a problem) and after an hour on the chat to Yodel, it turns out that I now have to go and collect from the local depot next Tuesday having by then been without phone and Internet for for 5 days. Absolute appalling service, appalling customer care, totally incompetent driver (I'm 2 miles from the depot and on an A2Z map). DISGRACEFUL.

Wish companies stop using Yodel for the only delivery option. No helpful information was given by customer service. Just keep telling me to check back for updates. I have rearranged the date to deliver on the App but no delivery. No further update...have contacted the seller and Yodel told them they tried many times but I'm not home. Lies lies lies!

OMG so I complain my parcel hasn’t arrived, they say it was but they dont have photo evidence so I go to the retailer and they are told by Yodel it was delivered and there is a photo attached - NOT MY DOOR, NOT my neighbours doors and the label is conveniently fuzzy so they have lied and tried to suggest another photo is my delivery. Bad enough that they dont deliver but to then lie to the retailer and send false information is just shocking. Wish companies would just stop using them !

Stay away from this company!!! I live on Glasgow and here the service is horrible!!! Workers who work in Glasgow City Town left two times my orders downstairs on the stair case. Both orders was quite expensive. Those workers made up that I’ve got my orders directly to my hands. They are completely unrealisable and not responsible for its delivery service. I have never got any information about where the parcel was left or when I will get. They change time slots all the time. Helpline chat works badly. You wait for message for long time or website easily freeze.

Absolutely RUBBISH service, I missed the driver once and redirected my parcel to my local collection point, they sent an email confirming they would deliver to the collection point and would email me when they had done so, they kept the parcel in their depot for 2 weeks and then returned it to the sender. I've wasted so much money on delivery and have no item. So I have to rebuy the item and then what trust this RUBBISH company to send it to me? Great.

Rubbish don’t use worst around OMG yodel are the worst by far delivery company around how are they still in business my parcel was meant to be delivered on Friday didn’t happen spoke to there online rubbish chat who assured me it would be delivered on Saturday and guess what still no parcel why do these online big companies still entertain these poor delivery options wake up Amazon are taking over Date of experience: 15 January 2023

Just received my parcel and watches it being thrown over the gate . Asked the delivery driver why he done this and received verbal abuse . Items delivered are broken . Parcel clearly labelled fragile.

Rude, unprofessional and extremelly aggressive drivers... I received an email saying they have misses me. I messaged the number on the email and asked the parcel to be left in a safe placed behind a large gate. Many things has been left there and it never was an issue. The gate is shut and no one has access to it except me. He refused to leave it. For two days he refused to leave the items. Instead he called me to be rude to me. Refused to tell me what time he would deliver the item. I felt the house at 4pm. He left a note at my door for 422pm. He could not tell me 22 min before when he would deliver my parcel. Because he was been aggressive to me on the phone I put the phone down because he was shouting at me. Telling me he already changed his plans because of me, because the day before he tried to deliver at 3pm I wasn't there and today I messed his plan. I told him he won't speak to me like that and hang up the phone. When I got home I had a note saying sorry missed you for 0422. Now he lied and told the company I was the one being aggressive to him. I have all the messages on my phone. He refusing to deliver it.

Out for delivery for 10 days then they said delivered and put picture of some random door I’ve never seen before. They won’t do anything as I can’t ‘prove’ parcel never delivered. Absolute joke. I’ve only put 1 star as I couldn’t put none. Dreadful company

I purchased an item via Vinted and first Yodel took weeks to ‘deliver’ it. When I came home following their notification that the items been delivered there’s no sign of the package. I raised a complaint with Vinted who then turned around and told me the items been delivered so that’s the end of that. I’ve been left no note and sent no proof that the items been delivered. Yodel are crooks. I’m so angry, luckily the item I purchased was just a book for under £6 but if it was a more expensive item then I’d have been left in a complete dump. Never using yodel again. Lesson learnt

These people should not be in the parcel delivery business. Parcel tracking bears no relation to reality. In fact, they have no clue where your parcel is or when it might arrive.

They left a package of mine in public, full view of the street, did not bother to notify me or leave a note. As a result it looks like it was stolen. Any attempt to communicate with them about this goes nowhere, there customer service/complaints number is a automated call that only does one thing which is government tracking updates and have zero paths that lead you to talking to anyone. There online chat gives you the same copy paste message that they send via email which boils down to 'driver left in at your front door, GPS shows it was correct address' without acknowledging that my unhappiness is due to them leaving it I'm my driveway without even trying to deliver it and not leaving any note. Since I can't speak to them over the phone and they are not willing to try and understand what I am actually annoyed about I'll just have to keep leaving reviews.

Last Friday a so called Yodel delivery driver rang my intercom and before i let him into Ladywell Richmond road,Pontnewydd Cwmbran np441dq he was gone. I went downstairs in this 30 flat senior citizens complex but he was gone. I sent many emails to Yodel complaints..chatted to 3 online chat. They haven't solved my problem. 1 did say it would be delivered last Saturday before 9pm but it wasn't. Then im told it could be lost .Then im told that they have contacted the depot but no reply at all. Ive contacted Wish. Com and they said wait. Oh my goodness ive been waiting since the 20th of December. Please help me. My name is Raymond Whittaker. 27 Ladywell Pontnewydd Cwmbran np441dq. JD0002231292255003.
