“Given a 2 hour time slot for delivery. Didn’t arrive. Got on to web chat. Said wait until 9pm. By this time delivery had gone over time slot by 5 hours. Still didn’t arrive by next morning. Got o to web chat again and they said it was delivered at 10 to 6 previous night. Definitely didn’t come here. Still waiting!!!! What a rubbish delivery service. A complete waste if time and definitely will not be recommending them!”

“Absolutely unprofessional service. Worst I’ve EVER HAD. Was due for my parcel to be delivered this morning, then it faced delays and was due for an afternoon delivery. No updates on the tracking for 7 hours. Web chat are completely useless as they all say the same garbage and claim it’s out for delivery when it clearly isn’t. They also claim the can’t contact the drivers to find out when it’s due for delivery. Beyond a joke. Whenever I order an eBay item now and don’t see what delivery service they are using I will ask them to NEVER use Yodel!!! This is my one experience with them and they are the literal WORST!!!!! Stay away from them as they will cause you nothing but stress and headaches. Even Royal Mail are better than this! And they’re a complete joke at times! But they are a damn sight more professional than Yodel. If I could I would give Yodel ZERO STARS! The company should either be shut down or given completely new management.”
“Awful service - i placed an order on vinted and was given a postage receipt with the tracking number on it and told it was going to be delivered in 5-8 days, it has just been collected from the seller and its been 12 days! hasn't even been posted yet! To make things worse the order was £100 and I need it in time for the 30th of November and Im concerned it may never come and I wont get a refund! DO NOT USE YODEL!”

This time the tracking says it was delivered to a “safe place” while we were both at home and there is no card or sign of it anywhere outside my property and I can’t access any photo to prove where they supposedly left it.”
“I've only given Yodel 1 star because I can't give them anything lower. They "lost" my parcel between loading in on the van and it being delivered to the depot. I got to talk to lots of people at their call centre and was promised call backs and investigations. Well, none of that happened. My parcel was just "deemed lost". When I did eventually get to talk to a supervisor, I was told that there was nothing that could be done. Yodel's attitude and system stink.”

“Terrible company with a shocking attitude. They delivered my parcel to a house 1/4 mole away. When I said I hadn't received it they said the computer confirms our driver was at your address and treated me as if I was trying to get something for nothing. The parcel eventually found me and they still didn't accept responsibility.
A sign was put clearly in the shed at the wrong address that you couldn't miss, yesterday they delivered there again!!!!

“Wow shocking sold something on vinted took it to the parcel shop was told it was collected, then arrived at sort facility and then in transit. Been 9 days since the 'in transit' update contacted yodel to ask for an update and was told the parcel wasn't at the parcel shop for them to collect 10 days ago. “Totally unreliable previous parcels have been left in rain and ruined so with this delivery once message sent to say parcel out for delivery 15th November between 17.18 and 19.18 I stayed at home no parcel received yet email was sent by yodel at 22.17 to say parcel delivered at 21.15
Following day message to say parcel out for delivery 14.27 to 16.27 no delivery received, 2 days wasted still no parcel”
“They have been delivering the parcel for 6 days now and they cannot deliver it.... After 4 days, when the status of the parcel did not change, I wrote to the Yodel staff how long it would take for them to deliver my parcel and I was assured that it would definitely be delivered the next day. the next day I was assured that the parcel had left and the courier was on its way to the recipient and to give them a moment because this shipment was their priority. On the 6th day, it turned out that the parcel was still in the warehouse, the staff who assured me that the parcel was on the courier's lap did not have access to the location of the parcel and they did not know where it was. and priorities are set 48 hours in advance, so the assurance that the parcel is priority is also a lie, and the delay is caused by the courier, trying to pick up the parcel from their own point, arriving after closing hours. I checked it on tracking and it's correct, the courier tried to pick up the parcel at 7 p.m. in a store open until 4 p.m. but it's still a day of loss out of the 6 they need and I don't know if it will take longer because the package is still in their warehouse. I totally advise against using their services because they do it very poorly and lie to avoid the problem.”

“5days to get parcel from local office to my address. Left clear instructions for driver but he/she decides not to follow and leaves my parcel on a main rd. Parcel stolen now and yodel can't help,utter useless company full of lying drivers and useless customer services. Can't even talk to a human. Will never use yodel again.”
