I always order from very I've never had a problem with the delivery service the yodel delivery man working in Rochdale is always on time and he is always helpful, Thankyou.

On the 18th Jan 2017 I had to make 5 calls to Yodel because their delivery person had left the parcel in the delapidated greenhouse (the neighbour warned me with a text), this was despite my instructions to leave in the porch. The parcel was getting wet and I was trying to get the delivery person to come back and put it in the correct designated place. I received my phone bill and discovered that this cost me a total of £18.68. Yodel's response from the complaints department is basically, that there's nothing they can do about my costs incurred for their mistake. Appalling!

Who Inturn hired the YODEL to do the delivery. YODEL claimed they delivered this items to me on the 31 December 2016. I am a hungry nor greedy person, and I can't not descend so low to lie about not receiving my order. BELLAELLA LTD a.k.a ebay user bellaella_ltd Refused to refund my money with the response below New message from: bellaella_ltd "Hi, I am sorry to hear that you do not believe you have received your goods. From our end we have packaged the goods and delivered them to the courier. The courier yodel have then delivered it and have provided us with geo location codes of the delivery: http://www.yodel.co.uk/tracking/JD0002255485030712 What you are asking is for us to pay for the goods, pay for the costs of them arriving with you and then to refund you in full. We are a small business and wouldn't be around very long if we were to operate in that way. I appreciate that you are a genuine buyer but there are many others out there that simply say they haven't received an item and it would end up costing us a lot of money in refunds and resends. Hence why we need some form of protection and the tracking number is proof in the eyes of eBay of delivered goods. Otherwise it would be a free for all and there would be no sellers left on eBay. I am sorry to say that I am not able to offer you a refund as we have proof of delivery of the goods. I appreciate this isn't the outcome you wanted but I hope that you can understand my position. No delivery was made, and I maintain that. Unfortunately, the matter is now too late for Ebay resolution to come in. I have nothing against the seller, even though I feel they have no good customer service in place and will never patronise them again. As for YODEL, your service is upsetting many people and getting bad reviews not surprised... I tried to contact your office, to no avail. SMH. It would be an understatement to say your courier service profile is extremely poor and unacceptable! £24.99 may not be much but It's my money! No one deserves to be stolen from. The fact that i did not receive my goods amounts to you stealing from me. SHAME ON YOU YODEL! Parcel not delivered. You need to call your company NON-YODEL, in the fact that you don't really like to deliver peoples parcels. After your first attempt, I chased and on-line left full instructions with phone numbers to re-deliver. I was assured it would be re-delivered the next day. No-one came. No-one contacted me to let me know. Instead, I just look now on the website and chat to someone, and he has given me nothing but bullshit about discrepancies in the address which are not true, and says he can't do anything, and that I should speak to the person who sent the parcel in the first place. What sort of a response is that?

So terrible. The package missed the promised delivery time and then when they claimed to have tried to deliver the package but could not access the property they made no attempt to knock or buzz, as I was in the house all day. They also did not leave a card or attempt to notify us in any way that they had attempted delivery and that we'd need to rearrange. As it was already late we logged in to tracking and it showed that they had supposedly made two attempts and had returned to sender, meaning I couldn't collect from depot or rearrange delivery. However we then received an email today saying that the package had been delivered - I again am in the house today and there has been no such attempt to deliver and i do not have my package. Appalling to lie to customers

a parcel I payed £10 delivery charge was dispatched on the 20/01/2017 and yodel managed to send it to the wrong depot and it was sent on its way from there at 14-24 and is still in transit they are a very bad company I dont like them and would never use them ever again and we advise and anyone else to not use them

Waited in all today SATURDAY 21st January 17 for a collection that was booked with Yodel on the 18th, it now 18.50 and they have not bothered to turn up. Had enough trouble with them yesterday as they made a delivery that was also supposed to have been today, and wouldn't take the return at the same time. They can seem to coordinate a simple delivery & collection on the same date. After I complained yesterday I was a assured tht they would collect today and hey ho nothing. This is not ACCEPTABLE Yodel I work all week and spent my day off waiting around for you, but you won't want to compensate for that. Beware of couriers giving false promises!!!!!!!!!

absolutely APPALING SERVICE! I have no idea how these people are in business. I never wanted to get an item I bought on ebay delivered by Yodel but http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/homegarden2015?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2754 this company sent it by Yodel even if I specifically asked them to send it by Royal Mail. The bed was meant to be delivered on 29 December and the Yodel tracking info kept saying they could not locate my property even if I supplied my mobile number and instructions on several occasions. This went on until 3 January. My bed apparently was left by the street outside the main gate and it was probably stolen. I went on for ever asking why the driver did not call me or got me to sign. I am getting nothing from Yodel. Not even a response. I never got my bed and never got a refund.. DISGUSTING!! I am blaming Yodel and also the Seller.

the delivery drivers NEVER knock......I work 10 feet away from my front door so I KNOW no-one knocked.....then I noticed 2 cards on the floor. The first card was saying a parcel had been left in the green re-cycling bin.....Immediately I panicked as it had JUST BEEN EMPTIED half an hour before....I rushed out to look, nothing in the bin....Second card said 'sorry about the confusion'......tried to phone, but you wait, and wait, and wait.....and it costs money....!....no-one answered, I tried twice....they are USELESS........they don't give a CRAP about customer service.......

Email to say item on the van for same day delivery on Monday 16/01/17 by 9pm. Did not arrive. No update on tracking service. Still nothing on Tuesday 17/01/17. Spoke to two helpful Yodel couriers but neither had my item. Online system finally updated after 10.15 am on Wed 18/01/17 to confirm item on van at 8.40! Delivered Wed 18/01/17 at 16.15 pm. 3 day confinement over!!

Worst delivery firm in the UK. Nearly a week later I am still waiting for my Next Day Delivery parcel, which the Yodel driver's clearly can not be bothered to actually deliver to me. I was in all day on three of the days that they said they could not gain access to my house, they did not actually ring the door buzzer, other companies managed to deliver other parcels just fine on the same days. From my experience, and from reading other reviews this company has very big problems, driver attitude and morale must be extremely low, Yodel really needs to change things because at the moment their service is abysmal and unacceptable.

I ordered a parcel off Amazon, it got passed onto yodel who scanned the item as delivered which it wasn't. Amazon then re ordered it for me free of charge and again it got passed onto yodel who again scanned it as delivered, I phoned yodel (who are impossible to get through to) and they said that was a mistake and it would be with me that very day. I checked the delivery status that evening because I hadn't received it AGAIN and it's status was delivered and left in a safe place in my porch ( I do not have a porch ) and this item needed a signature!! NO ONE EVEN TURNED UP its all lies!!!! I was in all day staring at the door. . yodel then had nothing to say to this! I went round in circles for an hour and half on the phone. I requested to speak to a manager who said it wasn't their fault as they passed it into another courier?!? I think this is a lie as I requested the name and number of this courier and they wouldn't give it to me. They said they will contact them for me and ring me back tomorrow. We will wait and see what happens tomorrow, even though I have absolutely no faith in this getting resolved. Amazon on the other hand were amazing and agreed that yodel are trouble and most of their complaints are due to them and they refunded me after a 10 minute conversation. Yodel are absolutely horrendous!! My in laws had the same problem with them and lied through their teeth!! Every person I have ever spoken to about yodel say the same thing. I have no idea how they're still going. I always request a different courier but more often than not it gets denied! They must be cheap, that's the only reason I can think anyone would use them. Rude and disgusting service.

I give one star because you can't give nothing. I have a very bad experience with yodel. Some time ago they lost my parcel or delivered to a completely wrong address (I dont know exactly which option was that ) because a name of a person who received it wasn't anything like all my neighbours'.But then I was nice checked all my neighbours, waited for the parcel for another few days so they can find it and deliver it to me again, mistakes happens, we're all humans. BUT THEN last week I had another 'pleasure' to be served by them and it went even much much much worse. For the starters I didn't receive information about hour they were going to come with my parcels, but since I was home so it didn't matter too much I could receive it at any time. But then I got a phone call from a lady who lives a few houses down the road that my two huge boxes were just thrown in front of her house, no one rang the bell or knocked the door. They just chuked it away and drove off. This is not all. Boxes were torn (though they had FRAGILE label on them), they were huge and one of them heavy so I had to drag them up the road to my house !!! And at the end, After 20 min or so I got a delivery report from them that my two 1m high 50x50cm boxes were delivered through a LETTERBOX!!!! Shame on you Yodel !

You guys have no customer services at all..we sell online more than 3000 items...we have to dispatch every order with in 12 hrs...we moved to new warehouse in manchester we placed the order for racking...2000 items are on floor..next day god know how every one was jumping around stock to pack items...it eas a disaster...we were totally ducks due to shitty YODEL...we clearly told to yodel NOT TO DELIVER BEFOR 10 as the warehouse open 10..the delivery guy turned up 9 oclock...and sonce then we started calling them if we can collect rackings from depot...there is no human being to answer phone...all they got is computers voice guiding...total failure...totally dissatisfaction..total disappointed...I will yell every one to stay away from YODEL...even if i see any one using YODEL as their courier our company will never ever use to order from them even if they beg to us... Two days later racking arrived and 4 bays were missing... OMG what a nightmare...what a stupid bunch of shitty asses work there... Yodel:the most stupid and shitty company on earth

Was literally in the house when a "Sorry I missed you" note came through the door. According to the note Yodel would attempt to deliver the next day, they didn't and when I checked the online tracking service I was informed I had collected and signed for the parcel.... which is bullshit.

Yodel are so bad and they could not give a shit if you don't get your parcel. The customer service is very poor, and then are prone to lying a lot . The on-line tracking service is also very poor. In fact, if there was a company that deserve a no star rating then it is these fuckwits. How they are still in operation is beyond me. I would avoid them at all costs. Yodel = piss poor service, and don't give a shit about it

I am still waiting for the order. My Yodel is the worst service company I ever known. I arranged 3 times delivery at home and stayed 3 whole days waiting, and no delivery. It is a scandal. They wasted my time and I did not receive my delivery which was a christmas gift.
