Well if I could I wouldn't give any stars, I can honestly say I've never had a good experience with yodel unfortunately had 2 deliveries by them this month, first one took ages had to complain they had my parcel for 8 days before I got it and today waited for parcel was out for delivery but now its not, I wish sellers on amazon and other sites would state who is going to delivery your items because I would chose to order with someone who didn't use yodel absolutely a shambles of a delivery company

Absolutely useless. No parcel, no tracking update, and the ‘help’ centre just keeps saying it’s on its way. Save yourself massive headaches and just pay the extra couple of £ and go with a reputable company like Royal Mail, DPD etc.

I honestly would give this company a zero star rating if it was possible they are useless. They never deliver on time, always delays or late, never contact you and then they lie to say you were in where there was someone at the property all day and non one arrive at all. They are not to be trusted, why any company would use them is beyond me.

Useless company. Told next day delivery and 3 day later still nothing. Get given a 2hr time slot just for the delivery van as shown on provided map to sit outside inpost shop for up to 2hrs and fail to deliver package. DON’T USE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE IF POSSIBLE

You are a terrible company,,you cannot even deliver even with the right address with these 3 words!!!! you need to teach your drivers the old way of using a bloody map ! outrageous. Three times you have said that the parcel is on its way and yet again nothing, avoid this company at all costs.

Incompetent shipping company, can't be trusted with any parcels whatsoever and can't even own up to their own issues. Avoid them like the plague!!!!

My parcel went missing, the driver dropped my package in a public passage and claimed my package was delivered to a safe place. I made complaint, I was told to revert to the store, the store said they can’t refund that my package as been delivered.

Having the worst experience with a parcel this company is allowing to sit in their Mitcham depot instead of doing their job and delivering it. Offering no solution such as allowing collection or redirecting. AVOID. Will never use Inpost/yodel again.

My parcel was never delivered to me !! Waited in all day and then I checked the yodel app to see a message saying it was delivered and a blurry picture of a parcel outside someone's door as it certainly wasn't my door !! Suspicious how there was no picture of a door number isn't it ???? And surprisingly if it was left somewhere nobody came with it. This is not the first time a parcel of mine has gone missing with yodel. I wonder if they do background checks on the delivery drivers??? I'll never see that parcel now thanks to this appalling company. I'm really holding back on what I Really think of the person who handled my parcel you ....

Useless awful Company been waiting for a delivery Scheduled yesterday between 19.00 - 21.00 Hrs it never came the the tracking showed the delivery driver 9 stops away then showed it going to what I can only think was its depot ! No notification no call no email nothing ! It now says being delivered today after I contacted the live chat but I don’t think it will be How can this company still be existing when I read the comments of the complaints Appalling awful useless company!

Horrible delivery company, every day they promise me to delivery my parcel but for unknown reasons it never happens. I submitted complaint but no one ever responded. This company should be ashamed. Avoid this company if you don’t want to loose your parcel and money. They real scammers. No proper customer service and never answer the questions via web chat.

Has to be one of the most useless delivery companies out there who claim to have made deliveries attempts when they clearly didn’t. Waiting 3 days in a row with a clear view of the driveway and then get the notification of failed delivery attempt when no attempt was even made.

Erroneous information given re delivery bordering upon gross incompitence. In my opinion suppliers need to consider using an alternative delivery company. Even in 2025 customer service should be paramount.

The worst courier service in the UK is Yodel! After Yodel notified me that they had received my package from the seller, I did not receive any news about the package for three weeks. The tracking did not move. I looked for Yodel, they directed me to InPost, I looked for InPost, they sent me to Yodel. After many chats and exchanges of messages, the message came in the big week that my package had arrived at the InPost locker. However, there was only ONE TORN, EMPTY bag in the locker. How stupid can the courier be to put a torn and empty bag in the locker??? I reported this immediately to InPost with photos, but they said that they could do nothing, I should contact the seller with the problem.

Lousy experience with this company. They have had my parcel since 10th September, it's now the 29th. Live chat is useless, so I escalated it to a complaint. Software problems is their excuse, but still no updates on where my parcel is in the system or when it will be delivered. Shocking!

Absolutely Appalling Service stay clear Yodel is hands down the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. They never collected my parcel despite multiple promises. Their “door to door” service is a complete joke — they lied and claimed they attempted collection, which never happened. I spoke to live chat seven times and called five times, only to be told someone would come the next working day. No one ever did. The level of incompetence and dishonesty is staggering. You’re left chasing them endlessly, with no resolution and no accountability. Avoid Yodel at all costs — you’ll never get your parcel, and their customer service will only frustrate you further. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear.
