“Failed to deliver on 4 different dates (still not delivered), tracking is abysmal showing little to no movement and not where it shows to be. At 6pm I was supposedly the next stop but never appeared, was still the next stop hours later but driver had left the area (according to tracking).”
“Useless, the tracking website says "Left in front porch" - I don't have a front porch, just the front door on the side of the road, no sign of a parcel outside. Either it has been stolen or the blind driver left it at some other address.
There doesn't seem to be a photo so I can't even post a picture on my local Facebook asking if anyone recognises the "front porch".”
“Parcel send back to sender without warning a day after requesting to sent it to a locker. I don't even know if they even tried to deliver it to the locker to begin with. What a joke.”
“Useless service. Tracking on my parcel stalled last Thursday night (18th Sept) and it is now 23rd. I went in person to the delivery hub where the parcel was stalled (Huyton) but they advised that parcels for my postcode should come through Warrington and blamed the merger with the new company’In Post’. They told me that the parcel had been scanned out of Huyton and sent to Warrington on 19th but there was no corresponding inward scan at Warrington. They further advised that Warrington was ‘inundated’. I then went in person to the Warrington hub and (guess what) they told me it was still at Huyton. When I challenged them further they conceded that, due to the backlog,it was still probably in the back of a trailer with thousands of other parcels waiting to be off loaded. This parcel has now taken longer to cover the last 12 miles than it took to come to the UK from China having been made to order. The on-line and telephone communication options are a joke and the in-person customer facing operations are no better. I had placed two separate orders and both were dispatched from China using different carriers on the same day. I received the other order (via Orange Connex and Royal Mail) over a week ago so the moral of the story is never use Yodel/In Post.”
“What went wrong? Everything!!! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Customer service is absolutely useless, they do nothing but sending automated apology messages then cut the chat, like talking to the wall.”

“I have been waiting for parcel from 2 pm until now 8 pm. Delivery slot was between 14.46 and 16.45 hours. Contact yodel around 17 .30 and was reassured it will be delivered today. Now nolonger coming as per tracking
Question- Why do drivers hoard lots of parcels that in the end fail to deliver.

“Yodel are the worst delivery company, while customer service try their best to apologise, the drivers are consistently lying stating they ‘tried’ to deliver but were unable to..to a 24/7 site! No attempts made at all and my parcel is currently 3 days late and counting!”

“Delivery was originally 16 /17th Sept when this didnt arrive , i contacted yodel who gave me a new delivery date of the 18th Sept when that didnt arrive they gave me another date of the 20th Sept that also didnt get delivered , so its getting delivered today 22nd Sept not holding up much hope of this taking place BTW . however i did contact Yodel to express my concerns over the bad experience thay asked me to contact the sender of the item for any further updates . below is a copy of the reply sent by Yodel

Disgraceful service, can't even find an address (in truth they never even attempted delivery), and I went on live chat with them and gave them clear instructions how to find my address (not difficult) and yet days later they said for me to collect from their depot even though I paid for delivery. I have given them clear instructions, yet they have not even taken on board my instructions. Absolutely diabolical service. Why have staff on live chat that do not pass on clear instructions, or if they do, it is then ignored. Aren't customers important to Yodel? “Is it just me or is Yodel getting worse??? They said the person wasn’t in to collect the parcel but the app still said it was in transit. The person is adamant that they never even heard from them. They then said 7 days ago they were returning it to me and again it is just showing as In transit. Won’t answer messages or chats.”

As a delivery company they are unbelievably shocking. Doesn’t do what it says in the tin… ie deliver! They keep saying my parcel was delivered on 18th August, and oh how grateful I should be. When I raised a complaint they repeated it’s been delivered, and if not should take it up with the supplier. The supplier engaged THEIR business services NOT me. I was promised a reply within 24hours …that took 12 days, with guess what ….yes “it’s been delivered” NO IT HAS NOT. The proof they’re using is not my house. Any advise on where to go from here ? I’d love there arrogant non existent Customer service to contact me but I guess that wish is somewhere in the ether with my parcel”
