Yodel driver took wrong parcel I checked with him what he was collecting When I said amazon he said yes It was for perfect draught. They wont help. Ive asked to speak to a supervisor. For 5 days . Not one available Staff close the chat on you of you ask for supervisor The phone is as bad .. no supervisor available and none can call back Im now out of pocket as I cant get package back .. And yodel dont do problem solving

Every time a seller uses this company it's a nightmare. They never deliver to my address properly - they always leave it at some random address a few streets away without even attempting to find my address. Their customer service agents don't understand a word of what you're saying and just give you copy and paste answers. Their automated help line can't understand anything and just ends up hanging up. I even e-mailed their complaints team video evidence that the photo the driver had taken as "proof of delivery" was nowhere near my house resulting in my parcel being stolen on multiple occasions. They don't claim any responsibility nor acknowledge wrongdoing. Their response is simply "it's been marked as delivered have you checked around your house or with your neighbours?" without even reading what I've explained to them, or looking at the evidence provided.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house by Yodel, the courier company. As "proof of delivery," they attached a photo of a random brown door, even though my door is white. Despite this clear evidence of their mistake, they are refusing to contact the seller and have completely ignored my complaint. ​After 12 days with no parcel, the seller has also refused to issue a refund. It's shocking that both the courier and the retailer are avoiding all accountability. Avoid them both.

tracking showed my package was out for delivery then the next update 5 days later said return to sender. Hopeless and their support just says contact the sender to raise a claim. They didnt lose it...you did. incompent support and drivers

I'm not going to order anything from any company that uses yodel. They have lied about delivering my parcel 4 times already. I have no parcel and no idea when it will turn up.

By far the worst courier company. This bunch of incompetents could not find my address. They only tried once and refused to try again. Now my item has been sent back to the sender, what a bunch of time wasters.

I admitted the driver to my block of flats.....then nothing. No parcel at my door...Yodel update said 'left in shed'. I live in a flat...I do not have a shed and delivery specifically says 'deliver to door of...'. I am currently looking after my 3-year-old granddaughter so cannot go looking for my parcel. I'm not holding out hope it will be found tomorrow. Shoddy service.

I have worked 6 weeks and wrote a complain to the office and they didn’t even back to me regarding this .. basically they are lying about the wages 18-20gbp per hour ! Don’t believe them ! Dear Steve, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share some insights from my recent experience, which I believe you may already be aware of, but I have come to understand more deeply through direct involvement. This morning at 08:38, I began uploading the parcels that had arrived at my home into the system. Without delay, I left to begin deliveries and continued non-stop until 13:48. In total, I worked for *5 hours and 10 minutes*, which equals *310 minutes*. During this time, I visited *69 addresses*, successfully delivering *62 parcels*, while *7 parcels* will need to be redelivered tomorrow or the following day. This means I spent an average of *4.5 minutes per parcel*. Throughout the day, I started the engine *70 times*, stopped and restarted the vehicle *70 times*, rolled the windows up and down *140 times*, and made *70 stops and departures*. My estimated earnings for today are approximately *£55* (62 deliveries × £0.75 = £46.50). This equates to an hourly rate of around *£11*, which is significantly lower than the *£18–£20 per hour* mentioned in your previous email. I kindly ask that such figures not be communicated to others, as they do not reflect the reality of the job. Waiting at doors, speaking with neighbours, writing notes, and leaving delivery slips are not tasks that take just 2–3 minutes—they often require much more time and effort. Providing misleading information does not align with the standards expected of a reputable company. Furthermore, when I deduct fuel costs and vehicle depreciation from my earnings, there is virtually no profit left. For example, recent vehicle expenses include: - Front right suspension - Headlight level sensor - Rear light bracket - MOT Totaling *£486*. My weekly income is around *£180–£200*, and the payments I’ve received from Yodel so far have barely covered fuel and maintenance costs. The more work I receive, the more financial loss I incur. I am in need of a role where I can actually earn a sustainable income. If there is an alternative working model available, I would be happy to consider it. Otherwise, I kindly request to end my engagement with Yodel on a date that you find appropriate. Going forward, I am only willing to deliver a *minimum number of parcels per day*, within a *single area*, and for *no more than 1–1.5 hours*. If this is not feasible, I will begin seeking other employment opportunities. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards,

The worst courier company ever. They left my parcel behind the garbage bin on Tuesday, collected the garbage on Wednesday and took my parcel. Irresponsible couriers YODEL!!!!

I am beyond upset with Yodel. My parcel, which required a signature, was supposed to be delivered on two consecutive days, yet no timeframe was provided, even though Yodel claim they offer 2-hour delivery slots... they did not!!!!!!!!! This parcel was meant to be a birthday present, and their failure to deliver it properly has caused me real distress. I’ve been crying and stressed over this, and now the delivery they’ve scheduled will arrive too late because I’ll be out celebrating the birthday. I have waited a week for this parcel, and all I’ve received is anxiety and frustration. This is completely unacceptable. Yodel’s lack of communication and care has ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion. I would not recommend Yodel for any deliveries that matter to you, as they clearly cannot be relied upon.

Lost 2 parcels in a month at distribution hub in Nantgarw. They have my parcel for a week with no attempt to deliver and no tracking update. Had to claim refund from Shein. Awful service, no tracking or updates.

Monday - window slot on their app given as 19:00 to 21:00. Stops information didn’t appear until past 22:00 and then driver had 25 stops left. At around 10 stops left this information stopped being updated and I then received the message ‘we need more information about your address’. The exact same thing happened on Tuesday. Now it’s Wednesday evening and still no package. Basically, two false delivery attempts and then another day back at their depot. Unbelievably poor

Notified Parcel delivered to safe place - front porch. No sign of it anywhere after searching many times in this complex of flats with no front door. Just an atrium which is entered by calling manager.

Worst delivery company ever!!!! Couldn’t even deliver to the correct address and terrible customer service only after leaving a bad review still nearly a MONTH later promising and then unpromising to get my item to me just messing me around with stupid emails!! Avoid using this company at all costs they need to be shut down

Yesterday I was informed that my delivery was two drops away, this was in the morning but my parcel still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to call them but it’s a complete waste of time. In my experience and therefore my opinion, I wouldn’t use them for delivering anything even remotely important. I gave them one star but that’s over rating them by at least one star. Beyond useless. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

4 failed deliveries and counting saying they need more information to access the address. Have given them full instructions and What3words details multiple times but nothing changes. Useless customer service in an Indian call centre that can't help at all. The worst delivery company in existence. I try to avoid any company that uses this incompetent mess of a service.

Lied multiple times they had attempted delivery. contacted yodel customer services who confirmed the driver was no where near my address when photos were taken against a pinned address that wasnt anywhere near me Shocking. Cant meet targets so say delivery attempted and dont even turn up. In 2025...we have cameras Yodel ..so stop lying.

The drivers don’t even bother to knock on the door!!! You just receive a message after waiting in all day saying they tried to deliver!!! So poor!!!

i wait all day the parcel..even i lost very important meetings..on the map provided by Yodel said have 24 deliverys before me but when left 2 deliverys before me is coming a message which said - Sorry we couldn't deliver to you today. Please check back for updates - ...is the worst delivery company in UK. stay away..!
