“Awaiting a delivery from Zooplus due for delivery on 4 December we changed the delivery to 6 December because we were out on the Saturday. They made no attempt on the 6th then informed us they would deliver on 12 December again we were out but they said they had left a card. No card was left, we have security cameras. The driver made no attempt to deliver. Yodel are a joke (Lichfield Branch). Still not received the parcel.”

“The absolute worst courier company in the UK. No customer support or feedback ever. They do not care, they do not deliver and they refuse to provide answers. Shocking services. Never use them! Even after promising to look into the issue and give me feedback, they have not responded in 4 days - very very bad service - avoid using Yodel at all costs. “I have 3 parcels waiting in the Livingston depot that have been there from 28th nov- 1st dec and another sitting in another warehouse since the 1st dec. They claim "Adverse weather" was the problem with no delivery date in sight.
Currently 11/12/21 and I have had deliveries from DPD, Royal Mail, Amazon, APC, even Hermes during this time frame with no issue. I've even driven to Livingston with no sign of this "Adverse weather".
I'll be careful who I order from in the future to ensure it isn't delivered by Yodel.”
“The service is an absolute scam - the parcel was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and didn't, with no updates nor notifications - the website still shows the package due to arrive last Tuesday.
I am leaving on Monday and today was the last chance to get the package.
I contacted the Yodel support on Friday to find out what was going on and the customer support agent (Mansi Arora) said that the parcel was at the depot outside of Edinburgh, that they weren't sure when the parcel would be delivered, but confirmed that I could pick up the parcel on Saturday 10:00-12:00 from the depot.
I hence went to the depot at 11am as per their indications, and there found a huge group of angry people because the agent at the counter (Leila the name of the agent) would not search for any more parcels and said that most of the parcels could be found and that they would do nothing about it on the day.
I tried to explain the urgency of the parcel, the fact that it was already almost a week late and that I followed the indications of the Yodel online support agent, but the agents there offered no concrete solution to the problem (the staff was standing there instead of going looking for the parcels when they could well have done so).”

Hearing the stories of "sorry we missed you" I went for click and collect option (C&C) for a package from WIGGLE. I thought that they would at least be able to deliver to a click and collect location, BP SEWELLS petrol station. Turns out there was no-one around at the 24h garage when there tried to deliver it. Package got returned to Selby depot.
I've getting reminders to pick the package at the BP SEWELLS C&C point every day for the past week. I check on day 1 and day 7, C&C hold packages for 10days. Team at BP SEWELLS were apologetic and said that dozens of customers have had the same issue with Yodel.
Followed up with Yodels chat bot find out when they would try and re-deliver to their C&C point (chat bot did work to be fair). They have decided to return it to WIGGLE on day 7 of it being in their depot. I was told I had contact their client to rearrange delivery. I've done their job them and have contact WIGGLES bots to cancel my purchase (get the return courtesy of Yodel).
I was still getting notifications that the package was ready to collect from BP SEWELLS after it had been left the Selby depot for return to WIGGLE.

“Dropped the laptop return parcel off at a collection point last Saturday. Tracking shows collected on Monday, for delivery on Thursday.
Today is Saturday and the tracking has not been updated, parcel not delivered and the useless customer service web chat has been whirling around for 2 hours unanswered.
