“I supposed to receive a parcel from Samsung promotion claims/Ingram Micro based on my September super deal on Galaxy S21.
The original parcel tracking system shown it's been delivered. I received nothing when I arrived home from work. After all complains to Yodel, driver said I left it in porch, I'm living in a flat at 15th floor of a court. There is no porch!!!!
Parcel needed a signature or taking photo on door to be handed to me, none of them has proof.
Parcel was enough small to be dropped to post box on my flat door, wasn't needed to be left anywhere else.
Literally the original parcel has been stolen and driver recorded on tracking system as been delivered.
After 2 months chasing my case with Samsung promotion department. They accepted to send me a replacement.
The last THU 16th DEC. I received email from YODEL parcel in on the way, I was at work, I wanted to change delivery option to collection points and after work go to collect it. YODEL just left neighbour option available. I didn't want it.
I Called driver, driver said will be redlivered tomorrow. FRI 17th Dec.
I left wirh no other choice to stay at home and don't go to work.
I stayed at home all day and awaken 5 am.
All day at home, nobody buzzed intercom, nobody knocked my dlat door and front of my eyes staying at home , YODEL TRACKING SYSTEM SHOWN "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" and also shown " NO AVAILABLE NEXT ESTIMATED DELIVERY AT THIS TIME"
In my opinion YODEL assign the 1st clas, wel paid and direct employed drivers to the nice and push arears, easy deliveries, houses in good areas. So those drivers are happy and carry on the job responsible so receivers in those areas are happy.
And YODEL assign most of low class, selfemployed, low paid drivers to the poor areas like area I'm living in.
Those drivers do whatever to release thier angers against YODEL and make job easier for themselves and record whatever they want about parcel delivery operations at no egfective supervisory either those records are true or false.
DRIVERS ARE THE 1ST TIER OF DELIVERY RECORDS.
So parcel receivers like me must pay for those kind of conflictions at YODEL.
The driver assigned to my parcel delivery is a lier and absolutely recorded false and wrong information about " been delivered" for original parcel, he stole my parcel.
Driver whose been assigned for my replacement parcel. He is a lier as FRI 17th DEC, I was at hpme, in my flat whole day at no contact.
These sort of drivers who has problem with YODEL and are dissatisfied about thier jobs and contracts, do whatever make the delivery operations easier at no responsibility.
They do whatever to release thier angers against employer YODEL, to bring them to talk for better contract conditions.
AND PARCEL RECEIVERS LIKE ME WHO LIVS IN 15TH FLOOR OF A COURT AT POOR AREAS MUST PAY FOR THAT.
YODEL is The worst UK delivery company and thier drivers terror satisfication of parcel receivers and also terror thd big brand small parcels so male people hate of Those brands like Samsung.”

“Parcel marked as delivered Tuesday at 6.25pm but it’s nowhere to be found. Customer service says look in safe spaces (have looked everywhere, nothing) and chap on all my neighbors doors and ask if they have it. I live in a block of flats with 20+ neighbors…
Clearly through looking at the reviews, there needs to be a complete overall of the system at Yodel. Drivers are held to an unrealistic amount of deliveries in too short a period of time, therefore leading them to either leaving parcels in unsafe places or not delivering them at all and marking them as delivered. So annoying as now have to go through the waiting period with the company the product was originally ordered from and deal with their customer service too.”

Parcel should have been delivered on Monday after getting supplier involved, said would be delivered Thursday.
Out for delivery 08:35 expected 13:55 to 15:55 . Tracked delivery all day , went round in circles approximately 2 miles from me dropping parcels. At 17:30 van went to last drop before me and at 20:00 it's still there. Disgraceful !”
“The appalling level of service, communication, help, support, information updates and the accuracy of their tracker pages is dreadful. Apart from the simple and basic area of their business which is meant to be moving and delivering packages on behalf of their paying customers, they seem to have invested in IT systems that are not user friendly, not updated by Yodal, contradict themselves by page, appear to be set up to actively discourage any customer involvement or communication. Their telephone helpline is simply another automated system that finishes with an SMS with a link back to the inaccurate tracking pages, online chat help doesn't get any further than "sorry" and "the depot staff are trying their best"! I will never choose to use Yodel, would actively recommend that nobody uses them and will consciously check whether the online companies I use have agreements with them so that I can simply not place place orders with those Companies, of course telling why. Yodal are an embarrassment to the service professions I have been infor over 30 years.”
“Delivery was expected on Tuesday 14th December despite tracking the package it never updated on Wednesday a message read 'estimated delivery today' no further information and no tracking Their contact number (automated voice) said track it on the website and webchat offered a reason being due to 'unforeseen circumstances' Thought Boris is useless but Yodel make him appear to be competent”
“I have been isolating for almost 4 weeks due to my son testing positive and then it spreading through the house so done the majority of my Christmas shopping online. Unluckily for me, the majority of the parcels are now with Yodel. So far (since 2nd December) I have only receieved 8 of 20 (4 have been returned to sender without even trying to deliver, 2 have notes saying they couldn't deliver due to poor weather conditions and the rest just have a deliver by date of 7th December). Tried to speak to someone via Live Chat but was asked to contact the company I bought the stuff through - not much use with Christmas in a week! Luckily out of isolation Friday so should be able to do a Christmas shop this weekend but poor poor service. I completely understand this is peak period and I had hoped I was a one off but it seems so many customers are in the same position :(. If you cannot cope with demand, please do not sign up to deliver so many parcels.”
“My delivery was scheduled for Monday, it didn’t arrive and I was told that the driver had access problems at 8:50pm and I had to contact to rearrange delivery. This was then arranged for Wednesday although my property is easily findable and no access issues. I tracked the parcel and although at one stage the driver sat for 30mins about 1 min from my home they then took another route and at 9pm on the dot I it was updated to say delivery attempted, left a card. Even though no card left and I was sat by the window so would be able to see anyone drive up the road.
It’s clear to me on both occasions the driver just ran out of time, so why the lie? This means I have to rearrange delivery for another day -and they wouldn't allow it just to be attempted the next day. On both cases the parcel only left the depot at 1:30ish and the driver had 130+ stops each day, so it's also obvious they don't have enough time to make all of the deliveries. My parcel will be at least 5 days late if it arrives at all. Online chat constantly busy and phone number only goes to an automated number so I can't speak to a human.”
“No faith in this company, parcel at their Livingston Depot for a week, claim they are too busy due to xmas, they did say they would try and find the parcel, and deliver it when they can. Still no sign of the package.”
“The driver left my parcel down stairs without ringing my intercom, and said he /she handed the parcel to the customer, i leave on tge second floor. My neighbor saw tge parcel and brought it upstairs to me . The parcel could have been stolen.
