According to Yodel website , my parcel has been delivered. NO IT HASN'T! I have been tracking this parcel for 3 days . It's now Saturday afternoon and guess what. Nobody to answer questions after 5pm. I can only repeat what previous reviewers have said, this company are totally incapable. This is the second time I have had a problem and as soon as I knew Yodel were delivering my order I just knew what would happen. Items will have to be returned (House of Fraser) as they were needed for a wedding. Shame on you Yodel, you are useless!

Blatant liars say they come to collect a parcel when they haven't then say parcel was refused why would you refuse to hand a parcel back you want to send back?

Here's a review from a Yodel courier, regarding those I deliver to. Have a read of this and see how many boxes you tick. Do you: Have a number on your door? Have a doorbell that works? Have a door knocker in case the doorbell doesn't work? Object to someone knocking loudly because your doorbell doesn't work? Have the courtesy to let the courier know you are in, but cannot get to the door yet, rather than keeping him/her waiting until he/she starts knocking on your neighbours' doors, often annoying them for disturbing them, and annoying you because he/she didn't wait long enough for you to answer your own door? Ever thank the courier for waiting/not walking across your lawn/shutting the gate? Refuse to take parcels for your neighbours? Have a dog that sits quietly at the front door, ready to grab the mail, taking the top out of the Yodel couriers finger with it? (As happened to my wife) Make sure your returns are properly wrapped before they are collected? Appreciate the fact that your particular Yodel courier doesn't just dump your parcel on the doorstep, unlike many a postman I know? (as I used to be one) Mistrust anyone who rings, knocks (or both because your doorbell cannot be heard from outside) even though it's patently obvious (parcel, PDA, Yodel clothing) who he/she is? Moan about what your husband/wife/son/daughter/lodger has bought now? Think the courier is just a nuisance, even though he/she is saving you the inconvenience of shifting your ample backside off the Sofa to go to the shops for fear of missing some soap or reality TV show? Etc... If none of the above apply to you, congratulations, it's been a pleasure serving you. Otherwise, have a good look at yourself before criticising those who work for little remuneration. Not all those who work for peanuts are monkeys - some are desperately trying to make ends meet or, like myself, semi-retired and having a liking for dealing with the public, despite many people ticking many of those boxes, along with some unmentioned ones you wouldn't believe if I told you! Thanks for reading this, and, remember, before moaning about my comments, empty vessels make the most sound.

Very , Very poor. They claimed they did not deliver because they had no access to my front door. I live on a spacious estate with double driveway ... room for four cars. They lied.

Very, very poor. They claimed they could not deliver because they could not access my front door. That was a lie. I live on a spacious housing estate with a four car drive way ... no gates. Spent the day tidying up the front garden ... they claim they tried to deliver at 15:20. A total lie. Amazon should put their parcel delivery with someone else. I have formally complained to Amazon. NEGATIVE STAR RATING FOR LIEING.

Absolutely terrible. Service is shocking. Package was forgotten for delivery and left at the depot then after being promised I would receive it the next day they then delivered to the wrong address. I have received no apology or explanation. Terrible! Will never use them and would not recommend to Anybody ever!

The delivery driver went to the wrong address and my parcel then sat in the delivery centre for 5 days before finally being classed as 'missing'. The company I had ordered from then sent a new parcel, which was delayed again! Totally useless staff at Yodel and not the first time i have had issues (last time it took 3 weeks to get my parcel, which was severely damaged when it did arrive). I will now be checking with companies before ordering from them....if they use Yodel i will be ordering elsewhere!

Make sure you don't order with Yodel. Delays are acceptable but lies to customers not. Call cards never received, they first said my address was wrong, second delivery attempt they said my parcel was collected by my neighbour and after I found out it was still in their warehouse. After 5 attempts to deliver a small parcel in central London I decided to cancel the order and send back. Simply ridiculous , such a shame big companies are using this firm, they will lose customers

This is a joke we paid for next day delivery so our parcel should of been delivered yesterday 28th and we are still waiting today 29th. All we keep getting is its out for delivery. We was supposed to go on holiday today but without that parcel we can't go im so p****d off with yodel its unreal. How this company is still running i will never know they are a f*****g joke!!!!

I'm an amputee and housebound during the day Apparently Yodel have gone to deliver my parcel 2 and no one was in and they said they left a card . No one from yodel has been to my house and there was no cards . I was on the live chat and the girl said my parcel would be with me by 19-00. But while I was talking to her I tracked my order and it was in there depot saying no one was in. How yodel is still going I don't know They say the drivers have Sat - Nav maybe they should try switching it on. Why do Argos use this firm ? The sooner Yodel goes Bust the better Totally a 2 Bob firm

I was put on to this terrible company by Parcel2go and paid for a special needs buggy to be collected last week 21st, the did not turn up at the address and lied saying they left a card... then to be told by a Yodel rep that they actually did not even go to the address, I re booked it and they were meant to pick up the buggy yesterday 27th and again a no show, I would not trust this company to pick up my Dog's mess let alone a VERY IMPORTANT PARCEL, they are absolutely RUBBISH.

My £300 parcel has been missing for over a month now despite the number of calls and emails and times i've been told my investigation has been 'bumped up the list'. The driver says she delievered to my house and a signature was recieved, which is a blatent lie: A) Nobody was home at the supposed time of the delivery so B) Somebody has signed my name! At the start I wasn't pointing fingers but now I'm past caring and I'm pretty sure the driver has either stolen, lost or placed my parcel in the bin (which I hear is a trend of theirs) and it's been taken away. I don't understand how this joke of a company are still operating.

Waited in all day, but no delivery! Then suddenly recieved a text saying parcel had been delivered!! No, it hadn't!!! Paid extra for Saturday as well! Spoke to Someone from Yodel on the following Monday, and they never had a clue, how to deal with the issue. Totally unprofessional, totally incompetent! Nobody should use Yodel as a service. I'm beginning to think that they employ thieves also!: where is my parcel???????

I would not even give one star if that was an option. I will never ever purchase anything again that involves a yodel (non) delivery. An email sent at 10am Saturday stated a delivery that day. So all plans cancelled and waited in for the day until 7pm the on line tracking showed delivery not attempted. So guess what - yea Monday when we all at work they try to deliver. The depot is about 30 miles away and the only telephone numbers give automated messages then cut you off. Customer Service ? I don't think they know what it means

Should have the option of no stars, bunch of idiots. Ordered a microwave, paid extra for deliver by 12pm next day. They obviously get penalised when they miss the delivery slot. So suddenly at 11:50, they update their tracking details saying a card was left and no one was home. WTF. Wife and kids waited at home in the playroom next to front door. Should get very.co.uk to drop the idiots.

Absolute total disgusting service DO NOT TOUCH incapable of collecting a parcel why do they offer the service 2nd time I've used them and twice they caused me mayhem steer clear

Absolutely incompetent! Twice now I have been a victim of terrible service from this courier. First item was allegedly left in the front garden, card said it had been left in the porch. That would be the porch my house doesn't have. The second occasion I have been waiting for a parcel that I have waited In for, no delivery, no card, however website said delivery attempted. Steer clear, the reviews on this page says it all.
