Not a good service had it with them before they say they attempted delivery but they don't they can't be bothered to fetch it that's the way I see it u wait in all day for nothing useless it's bad service pay next day delivery and nothing

Absolutely shocking waited all day for package to be delivered with an allocated slot of between 7am and 9pm, so a day off work was booked, waited in all day never even popped out for a second at 7:15pm received a text from yodel to offer an apology as they had missed us at 7:07pm! How? God alone knows as I was sat by the front door watching the TV!!! I went online to track my package to discover that apparently the driver knocked got no answer so left a card,,,, I checked my letter box, no card!!! Surprise surprise!!!! Absolutely useless the sooner these idiots go bankrupt the better for the parcel delivery industry,, customer service is none existent and nobody seems to even bother to try and do anything about it.... My guaranteed Amazon order for delivery by Yodel should have arrived on Saturday. I waited all day and nothing arrived. On line tracking showed it had been delivered but to a mystery address "under gurney Newton Abbot" - about 30 miles from my address. Telephone enquiry with Yodel on Monday was rather negative and the parcel has gone missing. Amazon are sending a replacement. I would strongly advise anyone not to use Yodel if they want to be sure of a reliable positive service.

Parcel's don't get delivered. The tracking for my item says three attempts have been made, but I am yet to see a drivers approach the door. I guess they couldn't find a carpark and gave up. Have had this problem before. Don't expect them to call your phone, ring a door bell or knock on the door.

Yodel are not even worth one star. They shouldn't still be able to exist and why well known companies use them is beyond me, they lie through their teeth and never end up delivering the parcels anyway. Complete and utter waste of space.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AVOID AT ANY COST!!!! I have purchased an item through amazon and yodel happened to be the delivery company.Such a bad luck! They have had few delivery attempts -no information-card,notes or whatsover...According to amazon my item supposed to be delivered on 22 august and again it was returned to one of their service centres whithout leaving a note... I have contacted the chat advisors today and it was very had to get to them... also my property is located at the back of a big house so its hard with deliveries and i kindly asked if they can provide me with the couriers number or redirect him and so he can give me a call once he is there... all answers were -we dont offer this service -we dont offer this service etc... no suggestions on how to resole the issue as my parcel is quite heavy-20 kg and i have no access to a car... half an hour chat with no resolving my problem and no complaints procedure that i can follow..looks like they dont offer this either... BAD BAD BAD. i WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN...IN THE FUTURE IF I EVER ORDER AN ITEM FROM AMAZON AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE THE DELIVERY COMPANY I WONT PURCHASE

The biggest problem is trying to speak to an actual person at Yodel! If they had a customer service number which a real person answered it may improve things. Awful service all round!

Waited all day today (Saturday) for my delivery which did not turn up. Returned to depot reason unknown. Not the first time I have had this experience with these guys.

I was expecting a delivery today, I waited in all day and by 5pm it had not been delivered. I went online and it had been returned to the depot as a failed delivery. No note to say they had tried to deliver, I was fuming, I have 2 dogs during the day who bark at the smallest of knocks and there was no barking, so did he even knock. I have had to arrange another delivery for tomorrow, so we will see if it is.

I would NEVER recommend this company.....! My parcel was never delivered to my address I've got a tracking number and it never got here Yodel sent it back to the drop and they are trying to charge me more money to re deliver which I find insulting

Looks like if you use yodel you can say goodbye to your purchase!! Ordered something expected within 3-5days, its been a week and still nothing and no one at yodel can tell me where it is?! How can you not know where a parcel is when you scan it every time it stops off somewhere? Cheers very much for wasting my time as parcel has come too late to use for intended purpose. Totally incompetent service and from all these reviews one to AVOID

Had a chair picked up by Yodel on a 24hr service. HOW can a chair go missing in transit. I think there are many dishonest people in Yodel and strongly believe the chair has been stolen by one of them. Customer service is none existent and what type of big company has no number to phone. I will be contacting the police about this matter AND A MESSAGE TO EVERYONE DON'T USE THESE USELESS PEOPLE AND COMPANY

Ordered something from SportsDirect on 10.08.2015, paying the extra for next day delivery. It didn't arrive on the next day (Tuesday) - automated emails from SportsDirect said it had gone to Yodel for delivery. Tracking suggested delivery had been "attempted" - rubbish, we were in all day. He eventually got through to Yodel customer Services, who just said it would be delivered on the Wednesday - this time it said "access denied" - again, rubbish, we were in all the time. As we were going to be away the following few days, we then had to arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour - guess what, nothing - that's NOTHING, in 7 days, having paid extra for next day delivery. The items ordered were rugby boots for our son's training camps rose starting this morning - we ended up having to drive 30 miles to buy another, more expensive, pair; son missed half a day training. No apologies from anyone, neither Yodel nor SportsDirect. SportsDirect have now agreed to refund the original order, but their attitude was very unconcerned, with apparently no concern for all the hassle, and extra expense. This is not the first time Yodel have lied about having tried to deliver - I really do wonder why any company who cared about their customers would use them.

Yodel delivered my parcel to the wrong address and to add insult on the porch without a signature. If they make it mandatory for ALL parcels to require a signature they would have realized that address was incorrect. Anyone could have stolen an expensive parcel. Fortunately amazon were able to resolve the issue for me. I wish Amazon and Co would simply stop using them as a courier. Yodel are very unprofessional and hire the most thick drivers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. If Amazon etc. use them for your parcel PLEASE PLEASE (can't stress it enough) be very paranoid about delivery statuses..

The worst company from start to finish I have ever dealt with in my life, will be on forever listing mistakes. Basically I'm out of pocket for £150 and when eventually got in touch they refuse to give me a refund. Use parcel force and avoid yodel at all costs

Hello, My name is Edward and the guys from Yodel managed to lose 2 parcels in 2 weeks. Can you belive this? The first parcel was never recovered. The second one was suppose o arrive Saturday 15.08.2015 between 7:00 and 12:00. The delivery was ticket updated today(17.08.2015) at 12:19 that it was signed for it. All this time I was home….i did not sign for it. Called them back and they told me that the parcel was signed by JON at 12:19….There is no Jon at the address. How can you leave any parcel with another person??? What if you live next door and I pick up your 2000 pounds parcel with a laptop inside?(just an example mine was cheaper) And if you were at the right address why did you not leave a card? And them leave the parcel with someone else? The company that I bought the products said it’s not their fault and they will not refund me. Called YODEL back and told me that they will have to wait for the delivery driver to return to the depot take an interview with him and they will call me in 48 hours. WTF….48 hours to interview 1 stupid driver? What is this an interview for the Bank of England? All they had to do is call the driver and tell him to go back and take the parcel and then deliver it to the right address. No they can’t do this. Why? Because he is not allowed to speak on the phone while driving. They pull the F**K OVER!!! Stupid idiots. What am I suppose to do now? Know on every door in my building and ask them if they can let me look inside their home for my products? Worst courier service ever. Stay away from them… F***K you YODEL….you owe me my money back…
