Worst delivery service. only use if you want to wait at home from 7.30 in the morning until 9 at night to be told they tried to deliver your parcel. Terrible terrible service. DO NOT USE YODEL

Useless transporter. They don't provide any help or information, just pitiful excuses for not doing a proper work. NEVER USE !

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting service. I paid £8 extra for next day delivery and NO PARCEL. Despite my endless tries to contact them, no answer. Poor service and not trustworthy. I am demanding a refund for the costs of the next day delivery, but no reply yet. Terrible service, definitely not recommended.

Had an email to say they had delivered my package but I hadn't seen anything, after phoning the company and them telling me it had been signed for, which wasn't me, I then phoned the company I purchased my goods off and they gave me an address where my parcel was delivered to and it was no where near my house, luckily the gentleman who had my package, kindly brought it back to me, rubbish service, he obviously couldn't find my house, so thought he'd take it anywhere.

Absolutely terrible service ordered a SIM card from Virgin for next day delivery, waited from 7.30 am to 9.00 pm nothing turned up , still waiting 2 days later not even Virgin have been able to contact them, how on earth is this company still in business, my advice is to find out who's delivering before ordering goods, yodel what a pile of rubbish

Yodel must be the worst delivery co. out there. Del Tues am. Day off work. Wed ditto. Thurs Ditto. Left poor feedback .....nothing. Impossible to speak to a person. On tracker my parcel has been from depot to van to depot to van etc etc. have dealy with many couriers (this was out of my control) and found most very good. May send a bill for three days lost work and compensation for various neighbours looking out for the van! Also no excuse for not finding property as well signposted over a canal bridge and vvvv well known in village. Adrian. Powys

How YODEL are still im business beggars belief. Parcel delivered today, Porch door opened and thrown in, I thought they had to be singed for. The last prcel they delivered came in two lots, one delivered at 4.10pm and second on another van at 4.20! Why have companies not realsied by reviews that they are the worst

Ordered goods from Argos who use Yodel to deliver. We were in all day yesterday, because Argos promised delivery. Imagine our surprise to find this morning that they have said they left a card because there was no reply. LIARS. There was no card, we were here all day. Its time retailers like Argos listened to this feedback and stopped using this company. Package is out for redelivery today, has been since 09:37, now 16:42 and no sign, been in all day again. YODEL ARE LIARS.

Ordered flowers via Marks and Spencer ( feeling confident I could trust them) for my mother, on what would have been her diamond wedding anniversary( sadly my dad died last year ) ordered in plenty of time for delivery on 1st September. Checked on line to see the flowers were in the depot at 8.15 this morning, now 9 pm and nothing has arrived. I am very upset and cross,would not have used Marks if I had known yodel might be involved . Yodel are useless never had anything but trouble . We have never complained before but this was an important occasion and I feel I have let my parents down

Waited in for expected delivery from Yodel. Saw Yodel van drive past around 13:40. Checked tracking info on Yodel site several minutes later. Showed as attempted delivery, left card. This is blatantly a lie. Driver did not stop and certainly did not try to deliver or leave card. What does the driver gain by doing this? I think he should be sacked!

Worst parcel delivery by far! I ordered a parcel for my son and Yodel returned it claiming that it was refused. Absolute rubbish - they never even tried to deliver it.

I urge everyone to read these reviews. Yodel direct are the worst courier I have ever known. I booked to send a parcel 3 days ago. Its so easy to do online until you realise they never turn up to collect anything. They drive you mad with not being able to help. For your information here is a freephone number 0800 1577777. Oh yes you can get through. Put in your ref numbers and no one recognises them. You will eventually get through to speak to a human. They either pretend they are sorting it for you (they are not) or the classic reply is that they can't help as YODEL is not the same company as YODEL DIRECT. Yodel direct don't have an easily reachable customer service. You rely on a live chat by Tom or Gemma, who are not really tom and gemma but a foreign call centre. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use these people. I have cancelled and now await yet another 2 working days for a refund reviewer to decide whether I can have my money back.......................What an absolute joke. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst delivery company i have evwr had. They messed up the deliveries in every way possible. Waited in for two days and still did not delivery on the time they said they would.

No communication at all and promised to deliver, never turned up, even though they promised to deliver the following day, again nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Currently under dispute through the Small Claims Court regarding the wrongful collection of a parcel intended for Hermes collection. Yodel representative gave assurances that this would work its way through the system and be delivered successfully. They had no right to take a package not intended for their service. After admitting fault a search of their warehouse has failed to produce the missing parcel. They are now refusing full compensation. Butler, York

Waited in today for a parcel which had to be 'signed for' from Zooplus. Late afternoon I received an sms saying my parcel had been delivered - ????? Turns out the parcel has been left at some other address and I'm guessing the driver has signed for it himself as apparently it was my name on the signature. No idea where the parcel is and have yet to hear back from Yodel as to what they're going to do about it. Shocking service!!!!

Delivery agent took it upon himself to open the rear gate, walk through my garden and into my property to leave a parcel on my kitchen table, all whilst I was asleep upstairs. My two dogs were in the garden too and could easily of escaped. Yodel management called me to apologise but the delivery agent thought he was doing me a favour ? The parcel wasn't even for me, he had the complete wrong address, property he needed was about 3 miles away. How dare he walk into my property un-invited ! I made it quite clear that what he did was illegal. Manager could only apologise ! The company are a disgrace !

Not a good service had it with them before they say they attempted delivery but they don't they can't be bothered to fetch it that's the way I see it u wait in all day for nothing useless it's bad service pay next day delivery and nothing
