Worst Courier ever! Worst Courier ever! I have lost 3 parcels in the space of a week that Yodel were due to receive. All three arrived at their Hayes Service Centre but not one of them has ever come out of there. One retailer has agreed that one parcel is definitely lost (Stolen). The other retailer is still in denial. Yodel says they have not received any items yet clearly they have as all tracking apps/sites state they are with Yodel. And what can I do? Nothing. I have no rights and Yodel does not care or do anything about their so called Service Centre thefts. Absolutely disgrace company. Avoid them. Try to warn sellers to avoid using them too.

As usual, they never deliver on time. Not wasting time typing up a long review, they are pure rubbish.

Absolute trash of a company with no decorum or a single bit of common decency. you forgot peoples orders and then tried to lie about it- late 2 days already- i think you forget people actually have to go to work- absolutely disgusted by your customer service and your automated phone service which deliberately stops people from contacting you- what a disgrace. What a waste of time!

Was informed my parcel would be arriving ‘today’ no word of a time when I could expect it to appear so had to cancel plans and sit at home ALL DAY until 7pm when the tracking updated and said: we are sorry, we tried to access your property but were unable to do so. NOBODY I repeat NOBODY attempted to deliver the parcel, I have just wasted an entire day of my life only for a lovely delivery courier to make up a lie in order to get off work earlier. Thank you so very much.

3 weeks after the parcel was sent and after 3 telephone conversations with Yodel, I discovered that the parcel had been left at the first property in my postcode area. Will not buy from anyone who uses them for deliveries! (South Cheshire area)

Waited in all day for this delivery and tracked it. When I saw the van arrive at my door I went to the window to watch when to open my door, the driver went into the back of the van for 2-3 mins then returned to his seat and took off, I couldn’t believe it. I went to track my parcel and it said he tried to deliver it but not gain access to my property - what a load of rubbish - this is the 2nd time this has happened with this company. I now check who is delivering my parcel before I order anything as I don’t want this company “attempting “ to deliver anything to me again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

No communication, kept my parcel at a depot in the middle of nowhere without warning after 3 failed delivery attempts during normal working hours (perhaps try again later in the day guys?? It says you deliver until 9pm!). Depot is in the middle of nowhere a half hour drive away so they are going to return my parcel to the sender and I'll have to ask the retailer for a refund. Also really hard to get in touch with Yodel to get this information. The online tracker is also useless; kept telling me the parcel was out for delivery when actually they were already holding my parcel at their depot and refused to redeliver. 100% would NOT RECOMMEND.

Parcel scheduled to be delivered on Saturday - rang customer service as no location or estimated time was provided on tracking link. Was advised that it will be delivered by 9PM but they are unable to locate the parcel or the driver so they don't know who is delivering. Spent whole Saturday at home and delivery was not attempted! As I was going to work on the next day no one even bothered to ring me with apologies that parcel was not delivered when scheduled and set up a next day - automatically send the driver on Monday without any notice or questions if anyone will be available to sign. Driver not bothered to attempt delivery to the neighbour leaving the note about missed delivery - did I really missed it if it was delivered two days later than arranged so I can be available! What a poor, ridiculous service. Poor or actually lack of communication of customer service with drivers and customer. Would be easier to collect from the depot.

Driver left card through our letter box without indicating what they had done with our parcel. After finally getting through to Yodel to be repeatedly told the driver had left the parcel in our porch. The parcel wasn't left in our porch as we haven't got a porch or anything like a porch. Our parcel is now missing and we are now considerably out of pocket. This will put me off purchasing online from the likes of Gooutdoors if they use Yodel as their delivery company

Failed to deliver on the date confirmed by Yodel and the live tracking time shown on their app. Driver arrived in his van, stopped outside my house, spent 3 minutes looking for my parcel, then drove off without approaching my property because he couldn't find it. I was watching all this from my window. His white van registration number I recorded as L061 YUE. Then, an hour later, the Yodel tracking app stated the reason for non-delivery as "No access was possible to the property". The driver had lied - he had not realised that I was watching him. Then the next day the parcel arrived - I was at home. Same driver! I confronted him about his behaviour the previous day, and after confirming he was the same driver his excuse was, "We have to put down some reason when the parcel is missing". When I said, "... but the reason you gave was a lie ..." he had no response other than to drive off. Disgusting!

THEY CLAIM THEY DELIVERED MY PARCEL THROUGH MY LETTERBOX (5LTR CAN OF OIL) WHEN I ASKED THEM HOW THIS WAS POSSIBLE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK WITH THE DRIVER THE RESPONSE OF THE DRIVER WAS I GAVE IT TO A DARK SKIN MAN IN HIS 40S THEN THEY SENT ME A PICTURE OF MY STREET SAYING THIS WAS WHERE YOUR PARCEL WAS SCANNED TAKE THE ISSUE UP WITH THE COMPANY WHO YOU BROUGHT THE ITEM FROM WHAT A WAY TO RUN A COMPANY YODLE MY ADVICE TO OTHER PEOPLE DON'T USE YODLE AS THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHEN IT COMES TO DELIVERING PARCELS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NO BETTER

Horrible company, NEVER BUY FROM SOMEONE USING THEM. I was supposed to receive a parcel and the driver just delivered to someone else and now they can't even understand where it is

Absolutely rubbish in every sense i have had a parcel out for delivery for the last week and still no resolve you cant speak to anyone in the uk and all the customer service can advise is what i can already see on the tracking they update there tracking to suit them and never call back when you request with the South African call centre the web chat is exactly the same if you ask a question they dont like they just end the chat all in all very frustrating and would advise anyone to use Yodel ever

Driver signed for my name then lied about giving it to a man. What the point of having signature if the driver falsely signs for it and dumps it. parcel was found in a neighbours garden.

Yodel are awful absolutely awful!!! They decide when they deliver not what is paid for. (As in you paid for next day but if you are lucky you *May* get it within the month or we may loose it! ) You can't get hold of them easily and when you finally get through they dont care! They must be cheap to use as alot of firms use them but as a customer waiting for a delivery is a nightmare with these people! if you can avoid using them do!

Yodel doesn't even deserve one star as it is the most horrendous delivery service I have ever known. They attempt to deliver once and then never attempt again, fail to answer the phone or texts that you send. They give you one generic number but no instructions on what to message. Why should we be messaging the driver?!?!? Just DELIVER my item! They once took my package to a 'local depot' which was 1 hours drive from my house and I do not have a car. GOOD ONE!

USELESS COMPANY DO NOT USE, HAVE USED THEM TWICE AND NOT BY CHOICE AND ON BOTH ACCOUNTS HAVE FAILED TO DELIVER MY PARCEL!!!!!
