Awful - avoid Yodel Awful. Avoid. Failed to deliver in spite of the tracking information saying delivery would be today. At the same time the tracking stated the item was still at the depot, and gave the following day as the delivery date - haha! Phoned customer services, and immediately afterwards used their chat, hoping to get clarification. Both gave contradictory information about the delivery date, and neither could confirm one date nor the other! Will inform my regular supplier of Yodel's unreliability, and ask them to use a different courier in future

Absolutely no possibility according to their automated service of re-delivery, despite it being clearly stated on their orange delivery card. Additionally, they have requested I pick it up from their local service centre which is over an HOUR'S drive away. I would never recommend this service, and am only stating 1/5 stars as 0/5 is not an option.

I wouldn't want to give any star for this company, not even one star because it is really bad. This the WOREST parcel delivery service ever. and the WOREST customer service ever a company provide. I missed my parcel, so i tried to run down and pick it. I missed it again and saw their car leave in front of me. I tried to contact the customer service through online chat to see if they can ask the delivery man to come back. I told them my situation and I did not see they want to help. They just send me an auto message saying they will come back again on Thursday. I wanted to discuss further and they just ignored me. This is actually not the first time. My mum missed her parcel several times from yodel. tried to ring them for help. Again, no help. What an awful company! So from all my experiences, I can say that Yodel is a really bad company with no trust at all. Very low quality customer service, not helpful, no respects to their customers. And also I would not recommend anybody or companies to work with Yodel just because they may have a lower rate than others, like DHL, Hermes, UPS and PostOffice. Yodel such an awful company. Your parcel will never receive because they are not reliable at all. Is a shame to have such a bad delivery company ever in the UK!

Zero stars .worst delivery service . I was at home and 2 days straight they said they tried to deliver and couldn't find me .No cards left and they never tried to buzz at my door / call me .Lazy drivers .Third day they left a card but i was at work and then they asked me to pick it up from their location wich is miles away .This happened to me twice .

Yesterday, the driver left my package outside in the rain for a few hours.Inside there were tablets everything is completely wet, this is a scandal!!!

Could not find my address in 4 attempts, despite confirming the address with their webchat service, and confirming the delivery address is correct on PostNL tracking (who forwarded my parcel to them). Customer service did little more than reiterate the vague and false information on Yodel's tracking page. Provide no email contact, presumably so there is no paper trail, but also likely that they forgot that address too. My "local" depot is over 35 miles away. No other delivery service I have used has failed to deliver to my address, and on the occasion that I have missed deliveries with other services I have both received prompt feedback to let me know, and the collection point is in the same city, often less than a 10 minute cycle.

Yodel lost the parcel. Appauling customer care. Can't understand why people use this company with so many bad reviews.

Absolute joke, worst company ever, waited in 3 days for them for then not to bother turning up, very hard to contact them as live chat is never working an just get hung up on when you try to ring them, don't know how this company is still going they are pathetic, do not use.

Instead of asking for a signature as they said they would in a delivery email, they just dumped it. It was in a bad mess as well. When I complained they had no real answer just said it would be dealt with internally. They said to get in touch with a global delivery company who brought it from overseas but which I have no contact details for.Our complaints procedure is where I raise a internal complaint for you. This is also what they said finally "These complaints are dealt with internally and no feedback will be provided. However, I can assure you that this matter will be dealt with. Once again, I do apologise for the inconvenience caused". That was it.

Should have reveived my ebay order within a couple of days. Each day the tracking showed as in transit, and the expected delivery day on each day I checked - but they just kept moving the goal post.. collected on the 21st, in transit and due for delivery on the 22nd, it was due then, same for the 23rd and so on.. all the way up to the 29th it said in transit and due on the 29th. I decided to get in touch. Opened up a chat window on thier website (I think I was talking to a BOT as it asked for all my details twice).. after I put all my informaiton in they advised that the package has not been scanned for "some time". They asked what the contents of the parcel were so they could search for it at thier depots. I still don't have the package and I don't know if I ever will!! Without asking whether I had any further questions, they closed the chat down and asked me to keep looking at the tracking page. WHAT A JOKE!!

It was really hard to contact someone in customer service, waiting time over was absolutely ridiculous! No one bothered to give me a call when they couldn’t find the address ! Hopefully I don’t have to deal with Yodel again.

Hello.The wors delivery company I know.They put online that my parcel was delivered to my address and when I've called and told them I didn't receive it,they said it was delivered to another address but the driver will deliver to me the next day, the same thing for 3 days and now they don't answer to my calls.I sow bad reviews about them ,but I didn't think it is possible. Don't use them.

Absolutely useless company, I ordered an item on eBay which eBay stated had been delivered through my letter box, yet nothing arrived. When trying to chat with someone online they cut me off saying I’d given them the incorrect information. Then two further calls to their office, only to find they’re saying I’ve given them the incorrect tracking number. They’re customer service stinks, utterly useless people and extremely unhelpful. Avoid this company like the plague, totally useless.

Unfortunately i have had nothing but issues, whilst attemping to locate where my parcel has been 'delivered'. The courier 'claims' that the parcel was delivered to a 'female' who signed for it. When the courier was asked what address he delivered the parcel to, there was no further response from him. The customer service staff that i have liased with, are incompetent to say the least. I have never had a straight forward delivery from Yodel. You'd expect the company to have straightened out their couriers after an abundance of conplaints of theft/selective amnesia regarding the delivery destinations.

The worst delivery services I have ever come across. The stupid drive left my parcel outside the house and it got stolen! No compensation, nothing from Yodel! Pathetic Stay away from it

Disgusting delivery company,never get mu parvel where was gift card the big amount of money in it,never get nothing back from them,never get my gift card,they said it was delivered somewhere,when i was literally at home,i hope they will shut soon,because people just missing they parcels because of them,happened the same with my collegue and her parcel

My daughter ordered some clothes online. Yodel tried to deliver whilst we were away for the weekend. Using the delivery person's mobile phone number on the card I sent a number of text messages and tried to speak with the person but had to leave voicemails. I wanted to arrange a convenient time. Having not got through I waited in all the next day. No delivery. The following day I had to go out a few times. Again I tried to call the deliver person - with the same lack of responsiveness. You know what's coming right? I got home and there was another Yodel card. Again I tried to contact the delivery person to no avail. Now the package is at my local customer service centre for pick up. I don't agree with Yodel's definition of local as it's 25 miles from my house. It appears there is now no alternative put to go and pick it up as they've tried three times to deliver.
