You are a bunch of amateurs spent 2 hrs trying to get my parcel that is 7 days late,change you work ethics,you should be shut down, you couldn't even RUN A BATH, will not allow a customer to collect from depot , instead, you tell me we can return to sender, what f@#ks that all about. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

followed tracking waiting for parcel and went to door when they were near, tracking updated saying they failed to deliver as couldnt access premises. Automated message cuts you off when you try to phone and chat advisors are worse than useless

ABSOLUTE FARCE FOLLOWED TRACKING ALL DAY AT HOME THEN INFORMED IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED!!!! I HASN'T PHONED YODEL AND WAS TOLD THAT "ITEM RETURNED TO SELLER" AND THAT THE PARCEL HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME AT ALL LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS THIS IS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME CRIMINALS!!!!

Apparently delivered a parcel to neighbours house and card through my door! Nothing, no card and all neighbours spoken to and no parcel! Thieving lying bastards!

My order was not delivered at the estimated time. Okay, no big deal. Instead it was delivered two days longer to the wrong address except I have no idea where. I'm not understanding why it wasn't delivered to the correct address. Furthermore, I was given the wrong driver's number so the driver I spoke to had no idea about my delivery. The number of my address is displayed on my front door . How could it have been missed. JDooo2248719898245

Left item out in the rain despite being a 'must sign for' delivery.....and then blatantly lied about it to the retailer.

We were told Yodel tried to deliver our parcel on Friday (it's currently Monday), this didn't happen as we were in all day! My husband received an email to say they would try to deliver again. Using the online chat, we were then told the parcel was 'out for delivery with the driver', this delivery didn't happen. Another online chat later, we were then told the parcel had been sent back to Vans! All in all, our experience of Yodel is awful, terrible service, terrible customer service and completely incompetent! How do they stay in business?! This was a parcel for our son's birthday, we now have to wait to see if Vans will refund us before we can buy the pumps for a second time! A VERY unhappy customer!

Careless, don't deliver packages, unable to change shipping address outside their area, they lied about the calling card, their depo in the middle of nowhere. It would take me less time to go to retail store and buy stuff.

Lying scamming scunts! Said that they had called twice and left a card what a load of bull! My son waited in two days consecutively..nothing Why is this company still in business?? A bunch of thieves!!

No show of tumble drier specifically ordered to be delivered on Saturday for work reasons. No phone call of 2 hour slot, no communication whatsoever and no delivery. And no human to speak to. It is a disgrace that courier "services" are not regulated. Avoid Yodel if you can at all costs.

Had a delivery that was estimated to arrive on Mon. Waited till Thurs, contacted Yodel at 8am and asked for status, Was told that parcel is loaded on truck and will be delivered today. It didn't arrive. Asked them again on Thurs, told me that parcel is in depot, and will arrive tomorrow. On the next day, asked them again. Was told that parcel is in depot and they will try to deliver it asap. Basically, bunch of liars. I contacted multiple times without telling them about the previous conversations just to test if they are lying. Worst courier service I have ever received. I told the sender to take the parcel back and give me a full refund.

Absolutely shocking. Can't get to speak to anyone and online chat is just prescriptive answers that answer nothing! Seriously not ordering from anywhere that uses this company again !

Yet again let down by Yodel I had ordered a car battery on 24hr delivery service paid for! Told throughout the day by email that it was on the way so waited in all afternoon and evening as time given getting later and later then at 9pm when van shown as a couple of miles away on system that my item will now not be delivered.It is an absolute joke with Yodel as this has happened to me previously with Yodel.You are plainly over burdening your delivery staff with items to deliver on an impossible to complete delivery plan.I will never use your company again as they cannot deliver on time that is paid for.My evening was ruined waiting at home for an item that was clearly never going to be delivered.Shambles comes to mind sort out your route planners as they are not fit for purpose!!!!

I bought goods from ebay for £300, seller provided fake tracking number from other delivered transaction. EBay closed case on Seller's favour, even ebay said they're not able to see the address or post code were delivered, but tracking showed delivered. This rubbish courier shouldn't be on the market. Online tracking number is useless. You're not able to see on online tracking information regarding shipping address, delivery address, post code, ect. Only thing you can see, is DELIVERED. But you don't know where, who signed for. If you check online the right tracking number including post code, even a post code from other countries, or post code which doesn't exist, you'd have the same result DELIVERED (if delivered)

I waited for my package by the door and it was on its way but heard no ringing on my door and when i rechecked the delivery status on the website apparently they had tried to access my building but failed even though they didn’t ring my doorbell mhata dzevanhu!!

Zero stars. Yodel you are nothing but Liars, Thieves and scammers. You dont give a S**t about your customers or their items. Your drivers are rude, cant read or understand post codes or even able to read sat nav's. Customer service, what a joke. Chat line another joke. How in gods name are you still in business and how have you not been investigated by the police for fraud and theft.
