Item said delivered and left "under a mat on table" at a time when I was home. No knock on the door or bell rung . I don't even have a mat or table at the front of my house! Tried to call the driver but decided to ignore my calls. Live chat person was like a stuck record with "it has been delivered, it has been delivered, you have received your package, you have received your package", then terminated the live chat. I have CCTV and can prove that no one has been to deliver anything, but the live chat person was not interested! Later I had a knock on the door from a kind gentleman who lives on a completely different street (but same door number) saying that he was also in but this package was left in his garden, on a table under a mat and a card shoved in his letter box. The driver decided to just deliver to different street to a random house with the same number! These drivers don't seem to realise the importance of delivery and signature. This is my third bad experience of this pathetic, ridiculous, thieving lazy driver employing delivery company. I now will never buy from anyone online using Yodel for delivery.

A terrible company to deal with. Advised delivery must be signed for, cancelled plans and waited in only to watch driver shove parcel through letter box and run before I even had chance to open the door. Did not ring or knock. Then spent 30 minutes with online chat who wouldn't listen to what I had to say and insisted it had been signed for by Carla (no I don't live in Coronation Street!). Asked for a Manager, was told couldn't be done. Tried telephoning - 1st time cut off after 14 minutes, 2nd time cut off after 20 minutes. 3rd time got through after 15 minutes, asked for a Manager and told they would arrange for a call back with 24 hours. Still waiting 36 hours later. Also requested email of chat transcript which arrived as a link, not the actual chat. And 36 hours after the link is no longer valid. So if you want proof of a chat make sure to copy and paste it - don't rely on them sending it.

Driver didn’t deliver my parcel, sent text saying I wasn’t in and had left a card. When I tried to contact them to find out where my parcel was JOEDIE eventually informed me the driver couldn’t find my house and would be given a map to deliver tomorrow??? She kept cutting me off, I complained I had to stay in all day already and had two hospital appointments so could not stay in tomorrow, she told me to ask a neighbour or they would send it back to seller!!she then cut me off so I couldn’t reply, totally ignorant and inefficient useless company.

Very bad lazy attitude driver from yodel (Mensah) Middleton depot Manchester who never answers his phone or replies to txt message never get any live tracking to see where my parcel is! You need to sort this out yodel if you want to continue getting any custom! I’ve just about has enough of this driver! Who never rings door bell just throws my parcel in the porch! And shuts the door walks away!

Very unhappy, unprofessional customer service, lazy drivers, whole company.Unable to deliver second time in a row.Gonna collect the parcel by myself and never use the company again.Disgraceful, dont’t trust yodel

Never managed to have a parcel delivered by Yodel. They always say no one is there to receive the delivery. 3 of us work from home! They apparently have left shed loads of cards informing me of attempted delivery. Not found ONE yet! Then say I opted to collect the parcel, but fail to tell me where to collect it from. I always get a refund from suppliers, so although annoying for me, who is really being taken for a ride?

Shocking company and shocking service. They never deliver parcels on time and then they pretend that they have attempted to deliver them when the driver cannot be bothered and wants to Finnish work early. Disgusting service and complete time wasters. When you finally speak to someone they hang up or tell lies.

Parcel was wrongly addressed to my next door neighbour who I have known as a friend for 30 years. The message I received from Yodel stated that the parcel was left on the (open) porch of my neighbour's house. The fact is, it wasn't and she and her husband were both home at the time Yodel stated that the delivery was made. Took almost half an hour to get through to Yodel ... that proved useless .. then I went on their chat line ... gave them all of the details, address. tracking number ... but as I don't know who the parcel is from they said they wouldn't help and simply closed the chat without asking if I was satisfied with their decision! Disgraceful treatment. Steer clear!

If I could give this company minus stars I would. Ordered a parcel on next day delivery, was in all day and then received an email at 5:30 on the dot saying delivery was attempted and a calling card left. No calling card in sight. Called the driver's number left on an email, and he said my parcel was in Northampton, then a few days later my tracker says it was at a depot in Leeds....I live in the Midlands....Checked my parcel tracker a few days later and it says parcel delivered. Went onto chat and they've informed me that the parcel has now been returned to the supplier. An absolute joke of a company - liars, unprofessional and thoroughly useless. Would have had more luck with a pigeon delivering this parcel!

Oh my god!! Yesterday they said our parcel was being delivered by 9pm. Today they say the same! Judging by their helpful follow the driver app they haven't even left the depot! Terrible service.

The worst, THE worst delivery company ever! Every time and I really mean it, every single time I have issues with them. Different address they never manage to find the address. If the parcel is delivered by Yodel the only certainty is that I am not going to get it on time and I will have to go and collect it myself from a depot. Totally disappointing.

Kept me up to date all the time I was able to change the address also because I wasn't going to be in sent it to a family member no issues at all good service this time never had any issues in the past either

A package was left on the doorstep of my house yesterday addressed to someone in a completely different post code area with absolutely no similarity in the addresses. I tried to contact Yodel last night but they were closed but I was charged for the call. I contacted them today to let them know, The package is flowers from M&S which clearly will deteriorate so after 11mins waiting to get through I was met with disinterest from customer service as in someone will probably pick them up tomorrow but if they don’t keep the package or discard it! I asked what about the person who sent the flowers they said we’ve made a note ? I was not impressed or confident they would be informing the person who sent the flowers! I asked if they would refund the cost of my call as by this stage it had reached 15 mins they said no the automated message at the beginning informed the caller they would be charged and I shouldn’t have bothered calling to inform them !! Unbelievable !!! I certainly wouldn’t use them

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are the most unreliable delivery service I have ever had the displeasure to have to use. They have no hesitation to straight up lie about attempting to deliver your package even when you are waiting by the front door for them to arrive. They also do not deliver in the specified times and have no way of contacting the drivers when an issue arises. They are awful. Avoid at all cost.
