This company employs liars,not only do they lie but when they do get round to delivering a parcel they chuck,throw or toss the parcels,no respect for what's inside the parcel,they don't care that you're sat waiting then state that they have LEFT YOU A CARD, two full days i waited for my parcel,they did not come,so how the hell can they leave you a card,I have contacted ( WILKO'S )which is where I purchased my items from and let them know exactly what I think of Yodel,I have told them I no longer want the items and I am now waiting for Yodel ( yet again ) to return the parcel to Wilko's so I can have a full refund including the delivery charge,what a shambles of a company Yodel is,go online and watch the video's on you tube.the drivers are rude,dis respectful and downright lazy liars,one driver went so far as to defecate in a customers garden,I will not make any purchases again unless I know the couriers that the store are using,Yodel reported a loss of £111.8 million for the year ending 30th of june 2018,maybe you should consider employing decent staff,one ex employee actually stated he quite often went home early when he could not be bothered delivering any more parcels,which is more than likely the reason my parcel was not delivered,TWICE.

They lied about trying to deliver parcel twice. A friend had same problem and waited 3 weeks for next day delivery. Everyone tells me awful stories about this company.

Worse service ever . The delivery guy never arrived to my house. But said he attempted to deliver. Stayed twice the all day waiting for nothing and lose my job days. So worse service I dont see never. I was wery angry.

NEVER AGAIN! Returning parcel to seller, only used Yodel as it them that delivered the original parcel. 48hour service, but after more than 1 week shipment was still showing in warehouse. After calls to service centre I was told shipment was damaged but they would check if could still be delivered or returned. After couple more days and more calls, was told the parcel (car battery) was completely broken, needed to be destroyed and I should make claim. First told max £20 compensation would be offered as I had not taken additional insurance and finally claim was rejected completely due to being "on prohibited item and no-compensation list". So total write-off!

Item never arrived. Driver lied and said it was delivered. There drivers LIE!

The worst of them all. They delivered parcel to the wrong address. Tried to call them them, they cut off the phone call short before anything resolved. Utterly useless company!!

Waited in all day tracked my parcel. Then received email my parcel had been delivered? Not to my address it hadn't. Contacted customer service webchat to be told on checking their sat nav delivery thing it had gone to correct address but no-one in so left card as it was delivered to neighbour. I mentioned on webchat there was no card so where is it. Response was they would interview driver and respond within 24 hours. Here i am 34 hours later no response however person at totally incorrect address got my order from his neighbour and brought it to my house. So thanks for nothing Yodel shocking delivery service and worse customer service avoid this lot at all costs.

Utterly useless. A week late because the driver couldn't find my address. Had deliveries from most couriers that exist without problems. Didn't leave a card, didn't contact me to tell me there was a problem. Tried to web chat with them, they cut the chat short before anything resolved. Called them 3 times to get cut off before the issue resolved. Threw electronic goods over 2m gate because they delivered about 8 hours too early so I wasn't in to receive it.

If you work for a living don't bother having things delivered with this company, they say you have plenty of ways to recieve your parcel ie deliver to neighbour or a safe place, they send you texts and emails with the "drivers number" to do this but the phone number does not exist, the last 3 yodel deliveries i never received and had to reorder with other suppliers who do not use yodel, this has to be the worst courier in the uk, 0 deliveries out of three, rubbish!

Most HORRENDOUS service EVER!! I am expecting several deleveries so checked the tracking information on all parcels (where the tracking information was available as bought from different suppliers) Only One of them appeared to be from Yodel, so after checking the tracking information I seen that the information said "Estimated delivery Wed 26 Jun" as knew that there were NONE deliveries arriving today (or so I thought) I went out to pick up other supplies from local suppliers. Upon returning back I found "Two" cards through the door with different reference numbers on & different phone numbers, but "Both" from Yodel. Niether of them filled out by the driver so NOTHING whatsoever in the form of information, for me??? I tried calling different numbers, but they Only have an automated service which assumes that you only have one delivery & not 2 so cant enter 2 refference numbers?? After a LOT of time spent on my mobile & landline I EVENTUALLY managed to speak to a human being (where there were communication issues due to him either not listening or understanding what I was saying, athough I could understand him "Most" of the time but not all) I was at one point basically called a "Liar" when I said there was no one to accept the deliveries because the tracking information said "Estimated delivery Wed 26 Jun" he replied with "Well I find that very hard to believe sir"!!! And was told "The delivery was a 24 hour delivery chosen by the sender sir, so if you have a problem with that, I suggest that you take it up with the sender" OMG!!! I was given a tracking number by him, which I assumed was a new allocated number, as I already had the tracking number (How else would I know the information to quote to him if I didn't have it) but No, he gave me my tracking number which I already had & I proceded to finish off reading it out when I realised. He said that is the tracking number, & suggested that I "check it, so that I know when to expect the driver to arrive in order to ensure someone is in to accept the delivery"!! Which I took to mean something along the lines of, if I bothered to check it the 1st time (which I did) then I would have my parcel, so to make sure I do it tomorrow!!! I asked him was I getting my parcel re-delivered then as I was Not prepared to drive all the way to Team Valley to collect it, & did Not want it sending back to the supplier as suggested on one of the cards? I also suggested that he forward to the correct department, some feedback from myself, to ask the driver to perhaps spend 10 seconds (as EVERY Single other courier service does) to Actually fill in the cards in order to give the customer Some information as to exactly Where their parcel is, how many parcels they have & that they will re-deliver it the following day & that would save me (& other people) lots of time on phones!! He waffled something to me that I could neither hear properly or understand (except "Goodbye sir") & put the phone down on me!! Worst company EVER & at least I know now to NEVER use Yodel myself & whenever possible, to also avoid using Any supplier whose chosen courier is Yodel! Incorrect Tracking information! Down right Lazy driver! Almost Impossible to actually speak to a Human when phoning! And Disgusting customer service!

I was waiting for two parcels. The courier only delivered one. When I asked were my other parcel was, he replied very rudely I am only the courier

A terrible company to deal with. Advised delivery must be signed for, cancelled plans and waited in only to watch driver shove parcel through letter box and run before I even had chance to open the door. Did not ring or knock. Then spent 30 minutes with online chat who wouldn't listen to what I had to say and insisted it had been signed for by Carla (no I don't live in Coronation Street!). Asked for a Manager, was told couldn't be done. Tried telephoning - 1st time cut off after 14 minutes, 2nd time cut off after 20 minutes. 3rd time got through after 15 minutes, asked for a Manager and told they would arrange for a call back with 24 hours. Still waiting 36 hours later. Also requested email of chat transcript which arrived as a link, not the actual chat. And 36 hours after the link is no longer valid. So if you want proof of a chat make sure to copy and paste it - don't rely on them sending it. UPDATE Still not heard from anybody to explain my complaint a week after the event. They have done an investigation based upon no facts as I haven't actually given them any. And they email to tell me the driver obtained a signature when I have proof that he didn't. Seems like the whole darn company lies.

Yodel's courier THREW my "FRAGILE" package over an 8 FOOT LOCKED GATE onto the CONCRETE back garden; the package contained several KILOGRAMS in dense weight of LITHIUM ION batteries; never mind DAMAGING my new batteries and WASTING MY TIME and MONEY to return; i have DOGS and mine wouldn't but someone else's dogs might have tried CHEWING ON THEM; these battery packs were over 200-WATT-HOURS and 100-WATT-HOURS each with dozens of cells; they are not even allowed on PLANES because of their CAPACITY and they are shipped to Britain on BOATS; Yodel's courier created a FIRE and EXPLOSION HAZARD out of these large lithium ion batteries; but i'm not about to be just another lost family and property statistic in a HOUSE FIRE; nor am i about to be treated like a TERRORIST by police or nuisance by other passengers or commuters for smoke randomly coming out of my bag using them in public; because i'm not so PIG-IGNORANT to treat lithium ion batteries like that or to use them after that treatment

Excellent service everyone I have my parcel delivered by the same man and he gor above and beyond to male reviving your parcel easier I sat in waiting for my parcel and missed it as I had to collect children from school and he came back on his last run as he lives in Westhoughton that's dedication to his job always on time very polite thank you please give this man a pay rise

Where is my parcel? I tried using web chat only to be told that my name could not be verified. I am the customer who ordered this item for heaven sake. Your tracking states my parcel has been stuck in customs since 7th June. I reckon it's been lost. I am not impressed. Get my parcel found and delivered. It's what you are supposed to do. Deliver parcels.

Ordered a Starplast dog kennel from eBay. Delivery was supposed to be Tuesday or a Wednesday. The parcel never arrived. Got an email on the Friday saying it had been delivered. It hadn’t. Had a webchat (you can’t ring them) on the Saturday and was told the driver had made a mistake scanning the item and it ‘should’ be delivered Monday. It wasn’t. Had numerous more webchat debates with incompetents who made excuses and gave promises about imminent delivery. Got a further email today {Friday) saying parcel was on its way and then delivered. It wasn’t. More webchat excuses re a broken scanner and driver error. Parcel is now 9 days late and still hasn’t been delivered. Yodel are an absolute joke of a company and I would advise anybody to avoid them at all costs. All these dreadful reviews can’t be wrong ......

Got a message yodel coming today to deliver parcel, took time off work , yodel delivers at wrong address, I get a text and email to say parcel has been delivered to me, which I did not, so I rang yodel customer service, gave the tracking number , and was told yes its delivered, advised I not received it, they went to check, came to say, oh sorry the driver for some reason has delivered to wrong house, even though the delivery label for my house was correct, was told we will contact the warehouse depot and driver and rectify the mistake of address, told me they will ring, as I told them I have took day off for this parcel customer service advisor says, yes will do it today and will ring you once its sorted, no call back after 3,5 hours, I rang again, different agent, having to go through same details again, only to be told, depot contacted them over an hour ago and have now delivered again, I tell them where to now, as I still not received it, agent says oh sorry, I will contact depot and let them know of the mistake driver has made again, and when they get back to us, we will contact you, can take 24 to 48 hours, advised them I have took this day off to receive my parcel, she said nothing they can do, until they get it investigated why driver 2 times in a row delivered to wrong addresses, and told me to contact the seller if any compensation as since its yodels fault they have said they cant do anything, the parcel was a signature required on delivery, so how did this driver manage to deliver to 2 wrong addresses, the driver clearly cant read the label if make mistake twice same day, I eventually get the parcel not by yodel, but by the kind person they left the parcel at second time round, the box looks damaged, ripped in 3 places, crushed from one side, and I checked the delivery label, which clearly shows my address printed on the box, so it baffles me why the driver failed to deliver to correct address, yodel still have not got back to me as of yet, and I frankly don't care to hear from them, as anyone using yodel as there delivery service, god help them, as most awful service from driver to customer service. will be sending this feedback to seller too. maybe they need a new delivery company, as yodel clearly is a failure go do the job right. 1 star, would give 0 if had the option.
