Waited in all day for my parcel, Tracked the parcel at 18 00 to find that the parcel had been "Delivered" at 16 41 and left as "authorised"(not by me) and left in my front porch. I do not have a front porch! I telephoned Yodel And was put on hold for 55 minutes. At 16 55 I got a recorded message saying that due to unforeseen circumstances my call could not be taken, I suspect that as they close at 19 00 that had something to do with it. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!

yodel will send you a message in the morning to say your package is on its way. Many times I’ve stayed home waiting on the parcel to receive a text/email that they have missed me and I wasn’t home! This is so frustrating as this can go on for days til they have “attempted delivery” 3 times and you have to go the depot to pick it up which is no way near me. If the driver had attempted to deliver where’s the missed you card which was supposed to be posted through the door? Costumer service is non existent! The phone number provided will leave you ringing on hold for days. Webchat is also useless And when they eventually do deliver they’ll leave it in front of your door calling it a safe place. Ridiculous

Biggest cowboy outfit going Lied when they said delivered, card left and parcel left in a safe place ....Sadly for them the seller was provided with my CCTV footage showing the old man signing for my parcel, dropping it on the floor and driving off without even leaving a card ...Ebay have seen the footage too and I have been refunded ... Utter cowboys and liars ...Without my CCTV I would have no parcel and no claim as the old fool faked my signature ...They need shutting down ...How many others have lost money because of these idiots?

Rubbish. I would rate them lower if I could. I actively stop using sellers whom use this courier service. Their website is terrible, tracking service terrible, customer service is terrible and they hold on to items before delivering them and wait until the final specified delivery date despite actually having the item in their warehouse when they could actually just deliver it. They also claim they dont have your item until roughly a day or 2 before the final delivery date. Avoid.

4 times/days they were supposed to deliver. 4 times/days they advised they attempted delivery and left a card each time. NOT TRUE Their Webchat is constantly busy. Delivery courier for M&S who I have to contact each time. Still no delivery. How doz Yodel claim 4 star in Trustpilot when each review is mostly 1 star ? Useless company. Deceitful courier.

So poor, the driver first told me they only bought one box because they couldn't be bothered with the other two. Two days later another box comes, damaged multiple times and you can tell it's been walked on. items in the box are bent and need to be send back. no feedback or updates giving. How is the company still going?

Delivered to wrong address by courier now waiting for second day for second day of failed delivery promise - customer services have no detail on where parcel is and waiting times of 30 minutes to connect to customer service - absolutely useless. Will never use them by choice ever again as this is not the first time

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. My parcel is due today but the website is still showing its still at the depot - it's 9.30am! The telephone lines have been out for 2 days, there's a pop up on the website. I contacted then through chat, to be told it's being loaded and when the driver leaves the depot the site will update. There is no schedule for the driver to leave, and no way of knowing when it'll arrive, but they deliver until 9pm! Before I can reply, the operator ends the chat. When I reload the tracking page, it shows the driver is making delivery number 39! In less than 5 minutes, he's finished loading, finished his coffee and made 38 deliveries. I didn't believe a single word the operator said, and the tracker showed I was being told rubbish. I now have to wait in all day. Most couriers give an eta, not yodel. Mind you, I don't have much faith it'll be delivered today.

My parcel was due for delivery either 31st May or 1st June. It was to be delivered at my workplace so on 31st May when it became evident that the delivery wasn't going to be made that day I contacted an online advisor and asked if there was any way I could change the delivery address to my home address (as the parcel was now expected to be delivered on saturday 1st). To which I was told that "1 failed delivery attempt has to be made before you can change the delivery address" I find this absolutely ridiculous that you would make an employee of yours pick up a parcel, attempt to deliver it and then have to return it the the depot knowing 100% that parcel delivery wouldn't be sucessful. Why on earth is that? I made arrangments for someone to be at my workplace to keep an eye out for my parcel on the Saturday. Saturday 1st came and no yodel driver even attempted to ring the buzzer let alone left any card. But updated the tracking status onlline to show it "couldn't be delivered". Automatically the delivery was re-arranged for Monday 3rd. Around 11am I cotnacted an online advisor to check that my parcel would arrive that day to which i was told it was being loaded onto the van as we spoke. Around 14:30 I got in touch with another online advisor to be told my parcel had been removed from the van "due to an unexpected high demand". the advisor couldn't even let me know whether the parcel had any chance of still being delivered that day. I asked to make a complaint to which I was told this could only be done via an online advisor; I was promised I'd hear back within 24 hours of submitting my complaint via email or phone call and I have had neither. I finally received my parcel on 4th June and am still waiting for a reply regarding the terrible service they have provided me with. I cannot get over the fact that part of your working process is to send a human to a destination knowing full-well there is no way of delivering to that address and completely wasting their time. Since then I have once again contacted an online advisor to chase up my complaint and had nor response. I have also written a review on trustpilot to which a yodel rep asked me to contact socialmediaescalations@yodel.gnatta.com which I did and I still ahve had no reply another 24 hours later. I will never order a parcel that is going to be delivered by this terrible company ever again

Where do I begin?? We've already had so many bad experiences with Yodel deliveries just like other reviewers. Like the old ploy, "Couldn't deliver your parcel today as no one was in....So I put a card through your letterbox..." more than once. Because we've been so forgiving I guess we've been graduated to the 'Pass the Parcel Around the Whole of the UK Game'. Ordered a large bag of dog kibble 28 May on Amazon Prime to be delivered no later than 31 May. Followed the tracking from Herts. to West Mids. to Wales to County Antrim and then to Canterbury twice! We figured it would have to reach Scotland before we finally got it. Oh yes, we were told there would be a small delay because it was delivered to the wrong depot. Really? (We're on the South Coast by the way) Low and behold alerts came this a.m. saying it's out for delivery. Yippee right? Well we had appointments today so tracked the driver on the Yodel app hoping to get back before him. He was just 4 stops away when we got home. I checked the tracking again only to see he'd gone back to the depot! So I got right onto Yodel chat, for 3rd time. She says due to high demand parcel was back at depot and there would be a short delay. What?? Really?? Three times the app showed parcel was at wrong depot! Once again my efforts' trying to explain it's been delayed all the way around the UK were in vain. Yodel Customer Service is useless. I'd had enough of this mess and turned to Amazon for full refund. Got it in about 15mins! No quibble. I will try my utmost to avoid ordering any product that will be delivered by Yodel ever again. We gave them several opportunities to get it right but this was the last straw. Sad state of affairs. What do I recommend? Choose a delivery service that treats customer satisfaction as priority over profits.

Yodel (tossers) send you a text message and email with delivery times and then don't even turn up. When you track your item, its says "Unable to access property" even though they haven't even been there. Then you ring the automated "customer service" which is useless and says you cannot reschedule delivery as no delivery attempt has been made. So which is it? Has the driver attempted delivery and "cannot access the property" (even though I've been sat indoors all afternoon and he has blatantly not been there) or has no delivery been attempted made. Where's my parcel morons?

My.package arrived at Yodel's depot on 22/5. On 23/5 at 1:30, the tracking information on Yodel's website updated to reflect that the parcel was out for delivery. I hastily rearranged my afternoon and waited in for Yodel to arrive. At 3:30 the tracking on Yodel's website updated to advise that Yodel had tried to deliver but nobody was home and Yodel had left a card. Except i was home, nobody had called or knocked or buzzed and there was no card. Twelve days later, one phone call to Yodel, six hour-long merry go rounds with Yodel's online "help", a Twitter DM to Yodel's Twitter team that Yodel asked me to send and then left unanswered for five days even with me chasing once a day, and a message from Yodel's social media escalation team sent after I left Yodel a negative review on TrustPilot, I still don't have my parcel. Will be in touch with the Ombudsman. For anyone else considering contact retailadr dot org dot UK slash delivery-couriers

This company are complete liars telling you that they have tried to deliver something 2-3 times and no-one is there. They never leave any cards either. When you try to speak to someone it is always a recorded message and options are not always applicable. We paid for some pet food to be delivered before our holiday a week before we were traveling, as our cat was going to a cattery and is on a special diet. It arrived after we returned and consequently we had to pay for extra food from another supplier. I would never recommend this company as they cannot manage their way out of a paper bag. Total lack of customer service skills and unprofessionalism.

The worst delivery service in the world. Do not trust them! They leave your parcels in the middle of nowhere and say they've delivered them and then ignore you. They FRAUDULENTLY sign for you parcels without actually delivered them. They damage everything. Throw things willingly at your house and are ALWAYS late. NEVER trust Yodel. They owe me SO much money.
