Terrible service had wrong text message suggesting it was on its way but it wasn’t waited in all day.Have to go out for part of day tomorrow so have to rely on them leaving parcel in a suitcase.Not impressed.Howevee Argos rep brilliant very patient and understanding and helpful.You need to have set delivery times please.

Worst service possible! Day one - received text that driver will be at my place soon. Spend whole afternoon waiting for my package. No parcel, no card. On their website it states that there was no one at my address. Day two same thing. Day three, driver should be between 3 and 5. I'm finishing work early at 2 pm just to collect package, just to find a card in my postbox ( with time 16:45 on it). Trying contact customer service ( some outsource company in India), just to find out that they do not care and I can collect my parcell from thair warehouse, 60 mi from my place. Avoid their delivery services!!!

JJD0002249102080001 How this company is still in business is beyond my comprehension. It only takes people to look at the previous reviews. It's unfair that we as consumers have to take a chance when ordering online of the company uses yodel. I'm a regular online shopper and numerous couriers have no problem finding my address. I live in gated apartments. Recently I ordered various gym equipment 3/10 was unfortunately being delivered by yodel. 7/10 delivered sucessfully from other couriers. Yodels 3 parcels. 1. The driver delivered buzzed my buzzer and told me to come down to the door as he wasn't going to carry it up (I live in apartment block) , when I explained I cannot due to illness and I pay extra delivery he came up threw the parcel on the ground and said I'm very lucky to get this delivered to my door. 2.was told parcel two and three would be delivered today. Sat all day, no update calls or buzzers and later today updated with the following... 1 driver couldn't find the apartment, what a pathetic excuse its the 21st century. Sat navs, Google maps, call me???? No calls, no buzzer nothing. Lies, Driver two couldn't get access. This again is lies my buzzer system rings my mobile phone, with clear instructions at gate. They didn't even try to ring gate as that's too much effort for them. These items were to complete my gym and our very heavy items some 60kg and they expect me a young girl with an illness to lift these parcels from my communal apartment door, I am 2 floors up. Every other courier, ikea, argos amazon prime all deliver to my door as THATS WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO!!! These parcels are obviously too heavy for the one driver you seem to allow to deliver parcels with need two or more people. They've seen its an apartment and just couldn't be bothered delivering it, as that would mean actual work involved. I will ensure I will put this in every review site possible to ensure people start avoiding all retailers who use yodel. I mean honestly look at your reviews, they are shocking! Hopefully make them see sense. There's better, reliable and customer focused couriers out there. We are all paying for a service and we deserve better! It is now a Bank Holiday weekend and my parcels will be 4 days overdue. Birthday present ruined, all because your incompetent drivers. I want an explanation for all this.

Came 4 days before estimated delivery day. I happened to be in that day.. Nobody came despite then saying they tried to deliver twice. Same day two Day three i left a note very visibly on my kitchen door with drop instruction. No parcel and on line saying this was the last time they would try.. No card left either. Fourth day.. Online said parcel delivered in to my porch.. I dont have a porch!! Disgraceful service. No product that i have paid for.!!! What next??

Disgusting...! I waited for parcel(portable football goal) I was watching the tracking with 3 parcels before delivery and they said they attempted to deliver and no one was in.! I was waiting on the door step. Liars, joke of a company.

Not even want to give 1star. Expecting 2 parcels both gone missing. One scanned at the depot then gone missing. Another one delivered to Amazon warehouse (don't why)and claimed all delivered and signed for. Talked to customer service about 5 times, hanged up twice and the other 3 times saying completely different things. 10 days on still no clue where are parcels. Please avoid this company if you can! Disgusting service.

Delivery driver lied. Yodel said parcel delivered to neighbour but they are abroad on holiday. Checked my camera footage and nobody came down mine or my neighbours path.

Terrible service. Took 2 weeks to deliver an item which had been marked as being re-packaged by yodel as it was received damaged. It looked like Yodel had stomped all over the packaging and when I received it eventually the driver just ran off,

Has to be the worst delivery service available I had never even heard from them before until I order something from China four weeks ago assuming would take 28 days atleast to be delivered therefor why I never checked tracking will get back to this; one week ago order my baby a buggy from the Very catalogue online this is when I got various texts alerts for three consecutive days saying parcel was refused when no one even drove into where I live because I stayed in for 3 days because it had to be signed for also have cctv showing there was no yodel van even driving by or had even attempted to deliver and on top of that a mechanic works about 12 meters from me on the main road so he could tell me no yodel van drive in also so I have cctv and an eye witness including me staying in for 3 days with a young baby knowing yodel had been telling lies I arranged to pick up in lemington spa even though I had payed an extra £8 for next day delivery and cost me £15 for fuel went to the depot and took me half hour to be let in once I was let in the staff was not a bit helpful just kept saying what do you want me to do I only drive which I understand but they could have pointed me to a help desk not just fob me off collected my package and said to myself I will never use that delivery service again as I have never had problems with my address or missing/late/non delivery's so a few days passes by and I thought I will check some items I ordered online and it showed the item I ordered from China had been using yodel as it's courier I thought to myself omg why didn't I check who the courier was but then said to myself usually China sends items in an epacket as it's very cheap to send as it takes longer maybe 28-35 days so hence why I never tracked for a bit when I tracked it said it had been delivered in a safe place two weeks ago in an outbuilding ! I don't have an outbuilding my neighbors is my family and they never received either so I finally got through to yodel customers service after an hour online as I got charged a fortune with there phone number which they have a cheek to charge for I suppose they have to do something to deter all of the complaints there receiving I got through to Monique and she was happy and helpful I even left her some good feedback for how helpful she seemed only to realise she told me lies about helping me get my item she was supposed to email me back after two days and I haven't heard anything since and that's nearly a week ago so I've had a buggy I had to go collect myself and a missing parcel which they won't do anything about this is the worst shipping company wouldn't surprise me if they have ex convicts and thugs working for them and stealing peoples packages and parcels they paid a for many people is out of pocket like me because of yodel it is the worst delivery service I have ever had in my whole life I would rather put my money in the bin then have to order with yodel !!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Waited in Monday to have parcel picked up - then Tuesday - spoke to yodel Wednesday as I was in tears with all the promises - staff are dismissive and unhelpful and I was told did I want my money back and sort it out elsewhere? Tomorrow is my fourth day of waiting - I will never use yodel again

Basically the same as everyone else has shared on here. Waited for 3 days now and still not here. The tracker showed the driver around the corner from me yesterday and then just couldn't be bothered to deliver anymore so got a message saying we tried calling and couldn't access the property! What lies. Now it looks like my parcel has gone to the depot 40 miles away and I'm expected to go and collect it!! Utter useless muppets

3 days we waited for my husbands parcel, day 1, told tried to deliver, left a card, No they didnt, day 2, 20 drops before us, tracking disappeared, day 3, 3 drops before us, tracking disappeared, ended up having to go to depot, where we were told we had been carded 3 times, NO we was not, no attempt was made to deliver parcel, would not recommend this company, too many lies.

Thought they couldn't really be as bad as the reviews but trust the reviews, they really are THAT bad... Yodel?... More like slowdel... According to the useless, ancient tracking system my parcel has taken 5 days to be further away than when it set off!!...for comparison I ordered the same item from Lithuania the day AFTER I ordered the yodel parcel to the UK and that arrived 3 days ago while my item is still further away than where the seller posted it from Birmingham (its now in Hatfield!) how is this company still in business?

The driver has stolen my parcel, simple as that. Says its been delivered with signature but nobody was home all day. Police should be called and the company needs to be shut down. Its a scam delivery service full of thieves.

As previous posters have said, They're liars. Monitored the progress of my parcel on their website, and when they were '1 stop away', my excitement mounting (not really, I've had dealings with them before), I stood by my front window, watching and waiting and watching...…………….... 20 minutes later got a 'sorry we missed you' email. Now unless Yodel have developed a new technology where invisible drivers drive invisible vans (and post invisible cards through the letterbox), someone's telling porkies. Why reputable companies entrust the delivery of their stuff with these cowboys beats me!?

Twice in one week deliveries from Yodel never came. No card but said delivered. I was in waiting and had stuck a note on the door as I had read the awful reviews after the first non delivery. so have emailed the ceo and no surprise haven't been contacted. Clearly this company cares nothing about it's reputation. I will continue to chase them.
