Lies after lies and excuses. Still no parcel delivered after being told every day for the last week it's being delivered. Near on impossible to get through to customer services. 0/10

I was not in so the courier decided to leave the parcel in my recycling bin..... The cardboard recycling bin that was already full and had been left out for collection. It had been collected and emptied by the time I got home and found the note. What sort of idiot decides that this is a sensible and 'safe' place to leave a parcel!

Absolutely useless, ordered item on a Friday with confirned Saturday delivery, yodel received the item quickly but then did nothing further with it and failed to deliver on the relevant day, this then got caught up in the bank holiday weekend so I've been unable to contact them for two days and my parcel is in limbo. Tracker still states it will be delivered on time which is insulting as its 3 days later now, never received a promised email or text with a two hour time slot either. Used Web chat on day of expected delivery and was promised that parcel would be despatched and delivered on time, absolute rubbish, three days later and my second web chat I've been promised the same and told that delays caused by local distribution has caused parcel delays so no idea when I'm actually getting my parcel which contains an expensive item, biggest issue is they leave you in the dark, you could maybe understand if they emailed to explain the delay but nothing from them. I've had to complain to retailer as getting nowhere with yodel... Joke of a company. UPDATE : Now coming upto 6 days late for an item worth alot of money that I should of had within 24 hours. I will never use nor recommend this company ever. Lied to every day by incompetent staff that struggle to communicate with the customer, are rude and basically just blame everything on the delivery depo when all else fails. UPDATE 2: finally item out for delivery, on 10th May, 6 days late, two delivery slots missed then they update their tracker with a random message saying they are performing security checks on my parcel at 8pm, another day home and no parcel.

Absolutely terrible service thrown my parcel over my back gate and damaged it. Tried to call yodel and waited 25 minutes for them to answer my call. When they answered, I was spoken to like rubbish by the adviser and she put the phone down on me. Worst delivery service ever!!!!!!!

They don’t come when they are supposed to. Then they arrive when you’re not at home and they leave the card with no phone number to call to rearrange A delivery, they make you things difficult so finally you have to make 20mikes to go to get your stuff. The worst delivery service EVER!

Worst delivery company ever. They consistently leave packages outside your front door where there is access for everyone to grab. They sent me a notification on the same day about delivery that same afternoon with no option to make any change and as I am 7 pregnant and had a doctor's appointment at the same time, I contacted them and explained that is not possible. I requested specifically that they don't leave my package again at the front door as there is access for everyone who is walking by to grab it. You can even see my front door from the sidewalk. They reassured me it won't happen, I even have the communication saved. Guess what! They still left at my front door and thankfully my next door neighbour saw it and picked it up so it doesn't get stolen! No paper trail, no communication from Yodel, nothing! I was supposed to come home late that day so the likelihood that I wouldn't have found my package was very high. Any company that uses Yodel for package delivery is not a respectable company.

Being disabled was not able to answer buzzer fast enough to suit driver, so he left package OUTSIDE of a 30 block of flats for anyone 2 take?? Luckily all round I have honest neighbours who found it. Amazed and disgusted by senselessess of this stupidity. Bad service.

. We have experienced several instances of 'dumping on our doorstep. One of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with: Today's example was receiving an email stating that my .new mobile phone had been delivered and signed for - blatantly dishonest. Having waited in all day, I finally tracked it down to our neighbour, whose son had spotted it 'dumped' on her back doorstep. A service to be avoided

A worst courier company. They didn't turn up and saying that delivery attempted. Second day they left the item just in front of the door of the main building. I wish if I could give no star or minus rating

Van parked where vans park round here, behind house. I went to front door, waited, looked down road, nothing. 10 minutes later my status turns to sorry we missed you, left card. So basically, it was an invisible man delivering an invisible card. I use a couple of couriers a week, DPD, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce. First time I had to use these, and this happens.

useless! drivers can't read nor can they follow simple instruction, gave 3 different option for 3 consecutive days. Did non of them. which now means i have to drive 40 miles to pick up my own parcel! Customer service are a joke too!

Extremely bad customer service. 2 different deliveries and I never received my parcels. You can't have a real person on the phone and the online chat is very slow and never accurate !!!

Everything was badly handled. Yodel emailed me on the Saturday to say that you’d be in touch within 24-48 hours. My next contact from them was 4 days later (seriously!!) and was received at 10.48 to advise me that my parcel was out for delivery. Surely advising the customer earlier in the day (say 6-7am) would be more beneficial and prevent more missed deliveries. No surprise that I wasn’t at home when the delivery was attempted at 12.10. The card posted through was just printed, nothing written on it by the driver. I then changed the delivery date to 2 days later as I was out the following day. 2 days later I had no contact from Yodel whatsoever and the tracking wasn’t updated since when I changed the date. I contacted the company I bought the item from who advised that they’d been in touch with Yodel and that someone would contact me shortly. No contact was received. I then changed the delivery date again. Same result. Nothing received from you and no update on the tracking. Same results from when I spoke to the company I bought the item from. I finally got through to one of Yodels customer service people through their atrocious online chat service (it always constantly said that no staff were available). The lady I messaged was abrupt and rude. She advised me that the parcel hadn’t been scanned for some time and that she has requested a ‘base search’ and that I would need to chase it up with Yodel the following day. So basically Yodel lost my parcel but I was the one doing the chasing!! Surely when this occurs they should be doing everything you can to make up for their bad customer service? The parcel finally arrived the following day. Damaged to buggery. All 4 corners were bashed up and there was a hole in the side of the box. I could clearly see where the box had been sellotaped to keep it together after the damage that had occurred in transit. I had to contact the company again to request replacement parts which were sent by a professional courier service who did a proper job. Yodels service was atrocious from start to finish and I will never use the, again. I wasted 2 and a half days waiting in for this parcel, which, when it did arrive looked like the driver had dropped it from his van and driven over it. Thanks for wasting some of my life....useless. Will never use Yodel again!!!

First delivery attempt their van breaks down (unlikely, more likely they went home early on a Saturday as it was a bank holiday weekend) Second attempt tracking info never updated. I have to call them which by they is extremely difficult only to be down my item wouldn't be coming. After telling me she didnt know when id be getting it and suggesting i wait for the items to be sent back to the shop i bought them from and then just reordering(who does that?!) I get told shes given me all the information when I get annoyed and tell her no she hasnt given me any info at all she puts the phone down. Nice one Yodel, honestly avoid like the plague!

Only gave one star as I couldn't write a review without leaving at least one or it would have been no star's.your service is disgusting I have waited a week after my parcel arrived at the depot still haven't received it every day I get told it is on the van for delivery only to be told it has been taken off again. Waiting time to get hold of someone ion a phone is between 15-30 min and then it's someone in South Africa. Can't get hold of anyone in our local office. I can't tell you how disgusted I am with the service

Ordered a package was told it would arrive 3rd-4th May, nothing arrived. 3 days later on 7th May I got a message saying parcel was out for delivery & it would arrive by 9pm. It is after 9 & when I track it it says still 57 parcels to deliver before mine! What a rubbish service, never known such incompetence. I will never order from a supplier that uses Yodel again!

If I could give 0 stars I would... I ordered a parcel to be delivered last Tuesday 30th, I wasn’t in so was left a note.i called to change deliver address they said that was ok it would be there tomorrow. Never arrived called again said it would definitely be delivered thursday, still didn’t arrive. It is now Tuesday 7th and I still have not received my parcel. Every time I called up I was told it was out for delivery, even spoke to a manager who also confirmed it was out for delivery. Called today and was told it has been at the depot since last Tuesday. Disgusting customer serviced. A company full of liars who tell you whatever they can to get you off the phone. I even told them on the Thursday when I phoned that the tracking showed it was never out for deliver and they still continued to lie. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Very disappointed with this company! Waited at home all day for delivery for nothing. An update shows that they couldn’t access property??? No card left and obviously no one even tried to deliver it! It’s nearly impossible to speak to a human to put a complaint. Never again !!!
