If I could give the Yodel service a minus rating I would. E-mailed by Yodel to advise that package would be delivered during the day 19/04/2019. Stayed at home to recieve packageduring the day I used the Yodel 'track my parcel' app' and it showed the driver to be about 600 yards from my house. Shortly after the Yodel website was updated to "Driver could not access my property". Then could not talk to a real person at yodel and the only option now available is to make a 28 mile round trip to collect at the Yodel depot. I live in a detached house on a main 'A' road so no confusion re' flat or other access problems, there is also full vehicular access to the rear of my property. I make most of my purchases online, Amazon, E Bay etc and have never had this "could not access property" problem before in fact for this to happen a driver would have to be a complete incompetent, a liar or under such severe time constraints from Yodel that to maintain schedule they are forced to skip the odd delivery and enter a random reason for missing the delivery.

Looks like another delivery company big on words and promises but very little else!!!! Said they tried to deliver and left a card but no card found here!!!

Ordered a parcel from eBay and was sent out with yodel got a email saying it would be with me soon the got another email saying parcel delivered at 18.16 i went look because i was in and door never got chapped and found nothing there no parcel no card as it said on email card was left and parcel was in shed but i don’t have a shed so contacted customer services to be told it take 24 hours to resolve this but i have never heard back from them total joke

They just left my parcel on the doorstep of my flat which is next to the street. Really helpful. Lucky I live in a nice area I guess?!

The worst delivery company in the UK said they called no reply lies in all in front garden Next day said they could not access my address open plan landscaping no walls fencing or gates tracked driver on Yodel app stopped 14 delivers before mine then said my parcel was at the depot Web chat was asked to collect from depot which is 40 miles from my home & i have no car! I will now not use any online retailer that uses Yodel

Very poor customer service. 2 failed collections saying the 'parcel was not available' No card left, no information given even though escalated to depot through customer services paid for next day delivery and they did not even collect after 2 days. no option to deliver to depot or contact driver or depot Customer services can't call depot just email and then have no sla so i don't have any eta on when a response will be given Tried to speak to manager and conveniently he was not available ...requested call back from manager and he did not call. Would not recommend ...at least with other couriers you get further help or advice ...will never use Yodel again and would strongly recommend other avoid

One star only because there's no ZERO option! Yet again Yodel fail to deliver my package from Ebuyer. Two "ATTEMPTED" deliveries, CCTV says otherwise, complete lies. Contacted Yodel to be advised that delivery would be done again today then first thing this morning Yodel website shows item returned to sender with no attempt to deliver as agreed with customer services. Ebuyer.com customer services cannot stop return so have to wait, no idea how long, for the item that they took payment for immediately. Yodel, rubbish service and Ebuyer.com you should be ashamed of yourself for allowing this to keep happening to customers. Unimpressed with you both.

Very poor indeed. Said they delivered a parcel on 14th February through the door which they didn't. Customer services don't want to know and don't care. Even going through CEO office they now don't respond. Never ever use them!!

Having several delivery's from Yodel in the past I have not been happy where my items have been left but twice now a new driver has been coming and he is such a polite well dressed helpful guy, apparently he has only just started work with Yodel. I am very impressed with him.

We booked a delivery on Sat 6 April. Received a text saying the parcels would be delivered between 3-5. Received another text saying the parcels would be delivered between 18:30-20:30. Cancelled all plans for the evening. Waited in. No delivery. No further contact from Yodel. No contact from Yodel on Sunday 7th April. Went to work (100 miles away from home) on Monday 8th April. At 10am, received a text from Yodel saying my parcels would be delivered in 30 minutes' time. Called Yodel twice to rearrange/cancel, both times the automated service did not give me the option to speak to an advisor, and cut me off without helping me. The Live Chat on the website was not working. I called Argos and said I wanted a refund. They put an immediate Stop and Return on my items. Got a text from Yodel confirming the Stop and Return. Got another text from Yodel an hour later, saying the parcels had been left with a neighbour. But there were two parcels, and they only left one. We don't know why Yodel did this. Left a bad review on Trustpilot, which finally prompted a Yodel advisor to email me. I told him what had happened. A week (yes, a week) later, he emailed me back, basically saying yes, one parcel was delivered and one wasn't and that this was "for some reason" (their exact words). THe email gave a cursory apology. I now have one parcel but this doesn't work without the other parcel. I either need two or I need none. I have emailed Yodel to ask what they propose. They have not responded. Without both parcels being returned, I also can't get my refund from Argos. Service is beyond a joke.

Absolutely S***t service, took day of work for delivery, tracked courier on line all day then 3 delivery's before mine, flagged up no answer and card left, absolute rubbish!! If you can get through to customer service then be prepared to speak to foreign advisers who cant answer any questions and cant understand what your saying and basically couldn't give a toss, you can then be passed on to a supervisor who yes you've guessed cant answer questions as its not on his script, still waiting on a call back 5 hours later, f*****n disgrace

Delivery driver lied said a cards was left when it wasn't doorbell camera showed nobody even attempted to deliver. Businesses do not use this company it's a great way to lose business

Awful service, still waiting for my parcel after it supposingly out for delivery for 3 days, then the day they bother to deliver it they can’t find the address which other couriers don’t seem to have a problem doing. Would of saved more time picking it up myself and a lot of my time wasted! 0 star

If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Absolutely useless, my package didn't get picked up numerous times and so had to contact their 'customer non service' to arrange collection which never happened so had to contact them again each time being on hold for up to half an hour! Finally got collected then when my phone bill came through I had been charged £14 for one call and £8 for another! Called them to get them to refund the charges and was told that it's not their policy to refund charges!!!!!!! And there was nothing I could do, told I could have used web chat instead which I had tried to do already and it wasn't working to be told it was!!! Absolutely would NOT recommend ever!!!!!

I paid for a collection of my parcel from from my place of work. I was there from 8am to 6pm (the pick up window) and the courier did not come. I received a text saying that he had turned up at 3.30 which was not correct. Very disappointed as my client was expecting his parcel the next day. I will definitely avoid using Yodel again! The service was through Parcel2Go. If there was an option of zero stars I would have ticked it. To cancel my collection and get a refund has also been a disappointment as the process take 5 working days, according to Parcel2Go.
