i have had a parcel delivered to my address that is not for me, i have spent over an hour on the phone with Yodel but it's been a week and still nobody has been to collect the parcel. It's on the doorstep where the driver left it. I'm sick and tired of being told the same old of rubbish everytime i phone up, somebody there needs to get their act together! I've had to give a 1 star reveiw only because i can't give a minus one

I followed the app stating how many stops away from delivering to my house. When it came to one stop away, I actually stood at the door, as I was heading out anyway. I then received the message stating that the parcel had been delivered and left in my porch. I have no porch. Later on, I called the company (at an expense) and the operator said the driver had made an honest mistake by leaving the parcel at another house!!!! Said house had not received the parcel or calling card! They were Mother’s Day flowers sent by my ex and a personalised card via ‘Moon Pig’- the first gift in 5 years. Needles to say, I don’t think I’ll be receiving my flowers or the card anytime soon. Contacted The Manager of Customer services and the buck has been passed on. It has now been over 48 hours and I have no faith of this getting resolved.

Yodel driver apparently tried to deliver my parcel despite my office being open to the public and the door wide open due to the hot weather there tracking service syas driver tried to deliver and then had email saying driver had left card none of which is true as no card no attempted delivery as I was standing by door when the tracking system said there were two deliveries before mine, who is lying according to yodel they cannot contact driver so therefore they are just saying the driver is correct and the customers are idiots all there customer services says after holding for someone to answer phone for 26 mins they say we will try and deliver tomorrow so where are these drivers when they say they have attempted having a nap? The customers service team some woman called Robin most unhelpful person I have ever come across if own a business and if I ran it like Yodel I would have gone bust years ago maybe customers should not accept yodel deliveries and maybe they might change there ways? I don't think so companies should seriously read reviews before awarding contracts to cowboys like these.

I refused to take parcel for neighbour (cos they make so much noise up till 4.30am sometimes) he turned around and was rude and then left parcel with their friend and told them that I refused to take it which caused further problems with our already headache neighbours. It was non of his business if i didn't want to take their parcel. Idiot caused a lot of problems.

Yodel are utterly, utterly useless. I recommend you refuse to buy anything which will be delivered by Yodel, if you possibly can. My latest experience: 1. online tracking said attempted to deliver at 3.37pm, no answer. But we were in and cctv showed nobody had called 2. Next day item shown as delivered and signed for - a surprise as we were in and nobody called 3. Phoned Yodel, they said it was signed for by Mark. Nobody known called mark, explained about cctv, "Nicola" said she would look into it and respond "within 48 hours" 4. Heard nothing since, a week ago now. 5. Bumped into a friend who lives 1/4 mile away. He said a parcel had been left on his doorstep, with my name on it. Had not rung the doorbell. No signature given Presumably "Mark" was the driver .. possibly related to "Nicola" .. Pathetic.

I waited in all day but nothing came. I wont be using you again you're a terrible courier company. Customer service was not helpful today at all. Asking me the contents of the parcel? I get the feeling it's been stolen. They wouldnt let me go and collect it.

Absolute waste of time. Didn’t knock my door at all. Left parcel with a someone I’ve never heard of and didn’t take the door number of delivery. When spoke to them they didn’t have my door number at all but still delivered it to anyone in my street. Now it’s going to be really hard to find my parcel that was for my sons birthday 2 days ago. Supposed to be delivered Monday it’s now Friday. And the 3 parcels are lost.

You will see my 2 messages of a dew days ago. So, just to bring you all up to date. Over the weekend I completed the option to collect from Yodel depot - Hayes. Even without the delivery card(which for 1 week), they never left, I went to Yodel at Hayes on Monday. Gave the lady the info. she requested. She told me "your parcel is out for delivery with the driver". I wtnt absolutely ballistic. I asked her if the driver had a telephone. She replied "yes". (That is, after Yodel office in Liverpool telling me the driver does not have a telephone - LIARS+++++) Anyway, I demanded she recall the driver and I wanted my parcel NOW. She went away from reception desk and after a wait of 8 - 10 minutes, she returned...........WITH MY PARCEL albeit opened and damaged but thankfully the contents were there. I signed for it and left Yodel premises as quickly as possible. I did not want to become contaminated with their BS any longer than absolutely necessarty. Since leaving my message, I have tead those of other victims and see some of you were messed about even worse than I was. I am not finished with Yodel - I have already spoken with police, eBay, Amazon and am meeting a lawyer later. In case Yodel would like to know who i am(although I doubt they read these posts because they dont care), my Yodel reference is: JD0002218053561097//EX005598 My email is: stecolf@yahoo.co.uk and I will continue to avail of every opportunity to distribute negative comments about the YODEL LIARS.

said they delivered through letter box but parcel was just a bit too big to go through letter box. yodel are liars and uncontactable

A driver called at my house 5 days ago and states as no one was in he left a card. My husband and I both at home no driver no card. I am still trying to trace my parcel. I can't collect it from depot as I don't have a missed delivery card. Anyone out there got my delivery card please !!!

Didn't even try to deliver my package as apparently they 'couldn't access my property' despite me waiting in all day. Customer services - and I use the term laughingly - then refused to speak to me because my partner's name was on the package. Truly awful.

There is no point submitting a complaint about this delivery service, even by writing to the chief executive. The first of four deliveries of wine from Aldi was not delivered, despite perfect directions. They said they tried again, but in desperation, the wine had to be sent back to the shop. The next delivery was put over my neighbours gate in the rain. Lasts weeks was a box, just left outside on the grass, not undercover. I understand it is stressful for their stressed drivers, but it all could be avoided if one can COMMUNICATE with them. They send daily emails which are unanswerable, "all their agents are busy"! Phoning is disastrous. Of course one cannot choose which company delivers, so we have no choice except to receive a very poor and inefficient service. All other companies can do it, why can't these people!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF THE ITEM I ORDERING IS TO BE DELIVERED BY YODEL, ILL CHANGE WEBSITE OR DISTRIBUTOR EVEN IF THE PRICE IS MORE EXPENSIVE.. ABSOLUTE SCANDAL.

After leaving my complaint, I have read the reviews of fellow sufferers. I am astonished to discover, that as blunt as my comments are, most of the others are equal and somrtimes more blunt than mine. Of course that only tells me, that my comment will have no effect. They just ignore everything. Has anybody got any idea as to how we can get this outfit of liars, cheats, thiefs and incompetent morons brought to account. Surely with so much negativity surrounding Yodel, there must be something that we can do. I am thinking of things but would welcome any ideas, support. Do not let these scam merchants get away with how they have treated us. My email is stecolf@yahoo.co.uk and I am up for bringing them to account. Feel free to contact me if you have any ideas. This outfit should be removed from the planet. For 1 week, they kept sending me emails stating they had 'missed' me and left a card. THEY DID NOT. I watched the driver approach my residence online and he just turned away - then message appear 'sorry we missed and left a card.' For 6 days and I still have not received my parcel. Calling the dopes in Complaints Dept. is waste of time. They just dish out excuses and false reassurances. I have contacted Police, Ealing Council/Trading Standards & a Lawyer. Reported them to eBay. Had problems with them previously as had a number of other local people. They are liars, cheats and thieves. They have kept my parcel for 1 week - thief. Are you reading YODEL - go on and challenge me. I will have media ready. Despicable morons. Problem is, leaving this review and those of all the others will have no effect. They just dont care. They should be put out of business and then we, the customers will be out of misery.

Yodel tracking informed me my parcel had been signed for and delivered...it had NOT. Been trying to contact them for the last three hours but fed up of waiting to speak to their customer services... Complained directly to Amazon and they are aware that customers are far from satisfied with the delivery service provided by Yodel.
