Terrible!!!terrible!!! company. I wish I had these reviews before using this company. I have been trying to arrange a pick up for a parcel for the last 5 days. The parcel is showing as collected on their tracking. You cannot speak to anyone and the on line chat are totally useless. The collection has been rebooked several times and now the parcel will not be received back on time for a refund. Finally spoke to someone who was very unhelpful when I asked how they were going to compensate me for a failed pick up and they put the phone down on me. I would never use this company again. Do not even deserve 1 star.

Yodel - The worse courier ever! The worse courier ever! Could not finds our house. Said they left a card when they did not. I changed the delivery address to be a Car & MOT garage next door, which is right on the main road and has a sign 10 feet long by 1 foot high, and they could not even find that address either! Really! Yodel are totally USLESS!

My first dealings with yodel start off in 2013 with the delivery of a set of drum pedals. The seller on Ebay had sent them for next day, only for them to arrive not one, but TWO WEEKS LATER! It arrived in good condition which saved it. Next one is my mother ordered something and was handled by Yodel, package never arrived dispite assurances that they will be delivering it, a week after not delivering they blamed it on the bank holiday (which was a week after ordering the package!) And finally, i ordered some ingredients for my homebrewing from Holland and Barrett. The package was paid for next day, the day after it was supposed to be delivered the package was attempted to be delivered, no notification, no slip telling me that there was an attempt. I called the shop to ask what happened and they explained that the delivery was failed. I rescheduled with the shop to have it delivered on friday, the dumbasses deliver it on the thursday when i wasn't in! The worst part? Apparently the package was also damaged as well in transit... Terrible service, i've had nothing but problems with these guys and they lie through their teeth abput anything. Note to all companies: DO NOT USE YODEL! The only reason i am giving them one star is because i can't give zero stars.

3 days delayed. first day implying they couldnt come. second that they couldnt find the address ( which never had problem with ANY delivery companies). third day they are saying they came but they didnt even bother doing anything else rather than leaving a paper. Tried to contact Yodel, saying the cant do anything. I needed the parcel as it is the cage for my chameleon that i would have it before i get her. they dont care about her stressing and dying. They were implying that i will get it today but no new messages. was blocked from their site, its been 2 days im trying to rich them but nothing is available, tried to call them but again not available. Worst delivery company

This company should be closed down! They employ liars and thieves. Say they have delivered and was signed for by neighbor Steven who doesn’t exist and when you tell them your CCTV shows no sign of their driver they ignore you. The directors of this company should be put in prison for fraud!

Appalling communication. Almost impossible to find out how to speak to someone. They texted that there was a problem with delivery. Gave a weblink and it went round in circles. Automated line eventually got through to redelivery then said it couldn't and cut me off. Google search enabled me to find out how to speak to someone. Their system was down. Someone rang back and I gave full address again and they said it would come out for delivery (it's an Amazon delivery so how was our house name missing?) and this morning get another non delivery message. So clearly their internal system doesn't work either.

Bought a shelter and seller sent it with Yodel... received message that my parcel dispatched,went to argos to collect my parcel but it wasn't there, called yodel to ask where is my parcel,they said I refused it at the door...what? I don't live in Argos and couldn't refuse it... anyway called seller and seller told me to contact yodel again so I did,they said we are sorry for all issues we will call you when your parcel will be there... Guess what? Never received a call. And after couple days received message from seller that my item been sent back to seller and I will be refunded... The worst is I was waiting for shelter as my client already paid me for fitting it and now it was returned... What my client think about me?

even below of one star .driver for nw2 are big lairs they wast time time around ,scan befor delivery to show on delivery on the way.hoples,costumer service all they can say arrange collection ,we cant deliver,your goods send back,sorted by your self with saller elc.... very bad delivey company to deal with stay away fro them

I would give 0 star if I could. How is Yodel still making business, it baffles me. I have never had a good experience with them, EVER - it literally puts me off ever buying online in case the company uses Yodel. I'm on the 7th floor so was waiting on the balcony, only to see the delivery guy park outside for about 20 seconds and then just driving off - then I get a message saying parcel was refused at the door?!?!! Yodel is an absolute joke

After waiting in for the FOURTEEN HOUR delivery slot, we were first told that nobody was at the property, then after chasing THREE TIMES told the truth the driver went to the wrong address. Although we paid extra for next day delivery, the reason that it couldn't come today was that they were carrying out disciplinary action on the driver for going to the wrong address. Seriously. So the only option is to wait another fourteen hours tomorrow. Absolutely appalling service.

Your customer service is none existent, I paid for Saturday delivery now you tell me you can't deliver & will deliver Monday. I can't contact you, so have to take a day off work for the delivery. You are a complete amateur outfit & fortunately, I work in the business that that information is invaluable to my customers.

A choice of two boxes to leave my parcel in. Delivery person chose to leave the parcel on top of one of the boxes in the pouring rain. Stupid or what?

Shocking service, only use to send parcels if the recipient can sit at home from dawn til dusk for a one week period. Customer service useless, and their tracking facility does not show up to date information, so don't even think you can pop out for 10 mins!

Completely useless company. Couldn't 'access our driveway' apparently. Well, every other delivery company manage it. It's a perfectly ordinary driveway. Will avoid this company in future.

I'd give no Stars if I could.Useless company, delivered on the wrong day, so I rearranged they decided it would be fun to deliver the day after I have requested. Can't speak to a human, online chat NEVER works . And not I have to try and collect an arm chair and put it in my car. You also left no calling card. Absolute dog s**t service. Train your staff or actually hire some!!!!!!

what an absolute shambles of a company... waited 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive and it got home to find a card saying 'behind bins back porch' .... ok my bins are road facing and i don't have a back porch! when ringing the automated system states that the driver 'delivered through the letterbox' according to their system which would make the drive a magician as the parcel according to the sender is the size of a shoebox which as shown in the picture is physically impossible ! .... their automated system states the item had been delivered to rear porch and as stated above .. i dont have one there customer service line dials out to somewhere in the world .. no idea where, so i reported the parcel missing and they said have i checked the neighbours... i was on the phone when i asked 3 of them ... and then the 'customer services' rep asked me again 2 minutes later if i had checked with the neighbours ...... staggering 48 hours later rings again to confirm still no sign of package and the agent on the phone tells me that its been over 24 hrs so they can declare it missing and when i read the card he stats that yodel have a 'no bin policy' which the drivers aren't allowed to leave parcels in and around bins and he also tells me to get in touch with the seller and he will send an email to ebay stating its missing and will send me a copy via email (i actually recorded this call as proof and glad i did now!) this morning i ring AGAIN after contacting ebay and the seller ... and yep .. im sorry but the agent you rang last night didn't put any notes on the system to say that sir and he shouldn't have said that as it needs to go to complaints first and they will send you the email unfortunately i have to leave a 1 star as the review won't allow me to leave zero stars although i would like to leave minus 5 stars due to the the complete incompetence of this company

the worse delivery service out there yet again Yodel manages to be substandard, the driver didn't even drive to the delivery location and scanned the parcel as not being able to access the property - the entrance of the building is on the street... after "talking" to their agents numerous times and being told in a number of different ways that "we will re-deliver today" it turns out they won't after waiting at home for 8 hours

Very bad service. The driver "could not find" my home even when Google Maps would have brought them to my door and the address was correct on the label. The help Webchat refused to help. I gave them the tracking number, my name and address, but they did not "have enough details to verify me". They then stopped the chat without telling me what more information I could give them. The parcel would have stayed in the depo. but for the face that I had to fine the depo. and collect it myself. DO NOT USE YODEL! There is no customer service.
