Very bad service. The driver "could not find" my home even when Google Maps would have brought them to my door and the address was correct on the label. The help Webchat refused to help. I gave them the tracking number, my name and address, but they did not "have enough details to verify me". They then stopped the chat without telling me what more information I could give them. The parcel would have stayed in the depo. but for the fact that I had to fine the depo. and collect it myself. DO NOT USE YODEL! There is no customer service.

This company is a disgrace. One of their so called drivers drove across our property and our neighbours causing damaged to our front lawn. Despite having photographical evidence of the state of our lawn and numerous email they took the word of the Liar of a driver so would do nothing about it.

LATEST UPDATE I eventually got my delivery today !!! (Only 7 days late).The driver rang up and was STROPPY on the phone and was complaining to me that I had complained to Yodel. The driver then wanted to know where I wanted it delivered and I said I wanted it delivered to the address on the box but this seemed to really upset the driver. According to the driver it was fine to have delivered the parcel to another property 100 yards away IN A DIFFERENT POSTCODE. The driver was also adamant that although it was delivered to a different address from the address written on the box it was apparently delivered correctly and I was in the wrong !!!! This company is a complete shambles and if that driver is a typical example of their employees then it is not surprising that their reviews show that they are rubbish. Couldn't organise a party in a brewery. SEE UPDATES BELOW Said they would deliver 02/03/19 and didn't. Said they have delivered 04/03/19 and haven't. They are a bunch of liars. I rang Aldi and complained anc they said that it had been delivered and that i had signed for it which is a total lie. Our premises is covered by cctv and I offered to let Aldi come and view the cctv but they declined. I have been through the cctv from 45 minutes before your claimed delivery to 45 minutes after your claimed delivery (by which time I had received the Email claiming delivery) and you can see me clearly visible fir the whole time on the cameras and you can also see that there is no delivery whatsoever and I do not sign fir anything at any time and nor does anyone else on the premises so the claimed delivery is a complete lie. I then got this Email from them : Thank you for contacting Yodel. Please allow me to apologise that you had reason to contact us regarding your recent experience. Having looked into the concerns you have raised in conjunction with the parcel tracking history, I do see that the matter has been previously escalated. The feedback received is that the driver has delivered the parcel to the big white house at the front of the site. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch. Here is my reply to them (No answer from them since ) : 1. The driver should deliver to the address given not to some other address that he / she feels like delivering it to. 2. The house at the front of the site is divided into two flats and neither flat occupant has the parcel. Also, if the driver had entered the park then the cameras would have picked him / her up but there was no non company vehicle vehicle entered the park during the period previously described of 45 minutes either side of the claimed delivery time. The driver and you are lying and I am informing the police.

Worst carrier I have ever come across. Delivered one Amazon order to somewhere South of London (I love on North Wales). Two more deliveries they tried to deliver two counties away. Appalling carrier. Non-existent customer service unless you pay many many pounds in call charges. Just no good points. You need a zero star option for Yodel.

I ordered a mad hatter costume for my daughters World Book Day event at school. I placed the order yesterday and paid for next day delivery which stated that the parcel will arrive between 7am-10am. I was also told I will receive a text message beforehand to inform me which time roughly the parcel will be delivered. The parcel has still not been delivered after waiting for 3 hours and I received no text whatsoever. To make matters worse, 1. You are charged if you call their customer services, 2. THE DELIVERY DRIVER RECEIVED THE PARCEL AT 7:10AM AND DID NOT BOTHER TO DELIVER IT ON TIME. I just about managed to get in contact to Yodel through online chat and the representative tells me that she has no form of contact with the driver. My daughter refused to go to school and is in tears due this inconvenience. I will never use this service again!!!

Cost me£18.86 in 3 phone calls to them and only one connected and able to speak to anyone they must be making a fortune from keeping people holding on

Bunch of Liars. I ordered from Aldi. I got an Email 02/03/19 saying I would have my delivery that day. It didn't turn up. The driver wouldn't answer on the number given as his / hers. I then had another Email 04/03/19 saying my item has been delivered but it hasn't. Again, no answer from delivery driver's phone. I rang and complained and they say that it has been delivered and that I have signed for it !!!!! Bunch of liars. Must be the delivery driver stealing it and faking the signatures. I would rate them zero but I do not have that option.

Yodel are just terrible. I have actually stopped using a supplier for my pets prescription diet food because they deliver using Yodel. They are at best inconvenient and at worst downright awful! My latest experience was my order due for delivery on Friday..... I waited... they didn't come. The order was delivered on Saturday morning by a guy who banged really loudly on my front door about 7 times in the time it took me to walk from my kitchen to the front door. He then gestured at the parcel he'd plonked down on my front step in the rain and walked off. I then get a message saying my parcel had been delivered to my safe place and a card left....The box was all soggy from being dumped in the rain so it's lucky all the goods inside were shrink wrapped. I've previously requested safe place delivery and had my parcel left with a person who lives in my street that I don't know and who then wasn't in for the next 3 days so I couldn't collect from them, this is despite a HUGE label on the box saying "leave in blue wheelie bin"!! When I had my kitchen redone I ordered a sink and drainer unit - the poor supplier had to refund me in the end as Yodel lost THREE sets of this item that the company sent and in the end they had no more stock to send out to me. I despise Yodel and really try hard not to use them at all.

When I order goods from a company, I always ask them (where I can) to use Yodel as they are very efficient and the delivery drivers are very friendly and always leave my goods where I want them to if I am out.

Paid extra for delivery and the driver went passed my house did not stop or attempt delivery just carried on driving. Then took my order back to the depot and sent an email sorry i missed you I will call again tomorrow! Well he wouldn't of missed my delivery if he had of stopped his van got out and actually knocked the door with the parcels!! Idiot 😡

Absolutely awful service. Again. Bought something via eBay. Was supposed to come today. Have waited in all Saturday only to discover they tried to deliver to an old address. Couldn’t get hold of anyone to discuss. Finally managed an online chat. No apology. Apparently it will be delivered on Monday instead. I won’t hold my breath.

They are awful. No true attempt to deliver twice. No communication. Dreadful. In fact, I am going to not purchase from any company who uses Yodel for their deliver.

Terrible terrible. Waited in all day -up until 9pm to receive my parcel. When it did not arrive I tracked it only to find that they couldn't deliver it as they couldn't find my house. Funny that as its numbers is prominently displayed and absolutely no one else has a problem. Tried to call but of course can't speak to anyone. Automated voicemail simply said my parcel was waiting for me to to go to the depot to collect it but no instructions as to which depot- it could be anywhere? Then I was cut off. Absolutely shocking service I have paid for.

Now having difficulty getting a refund as I can't get through to speak to a person. Would never use these again. Avoid at all costs!!

I am unable to give a 0 star rating otherwise i would. Yodel advised that the parcel would be with me between 9.28 and 11.28. At 10.07 i received a further message to apologise that they had 'missed me. The delivery address was a work address with CCTV and door intercom. NO attempt had been made to deliver the parcel. I raised the issue with the customer service team, who refused to provide me with the complaints procedure and advised that would deal with this internally....which means nothing will be done. An absolute shambles of a company.

Chose delivery next day and so pay more for that, was waiting ALL DAY for my delivery and tracking my parcel then 14:55 received mssg and email : :sorry we missed you , we leave a missed card " I was waiting ALL DAY in the house! No one come, and there was no "MISSED CARD" Never ever gonna choose YODEL again! That's nothing else just liars and incompetent!
