First time no delivery, no calling card. re-arranged no delivery (said delivered BUT IT WAS NOT) no card nothing. used chat online HUNG UP ON ME. NO. NEVER AGAIN. MOST USELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD A DELIVERY WITH. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. WASTED MY TIME AND LOSS OF MONEY. HAVING TO RE-ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE JUST TO AVOID WHICH MEANS I AM EVEN MORE OUT OF POCKET.

I started following the tracking on my delivery 15 minutes from latest delivery time and I was next on the schedule. I continually logged on for 45 minutes with same status until suddenly it changed to driver had attempted delivery and was return parcel to depot. This is a lie on 2 counts 1) No delivery was attempted....I was in all day and 2) the parcel stated that a customer signature was not required so IF they had tried to deliver it would have been left not returned to depot. And there is no contact of when delivery would be retried.......I suspect this delivery has either been lost or 'acquired' ....this has to be the worst delivery company in existance

Does not deliver you package or dump it somewhere else. Lies about delivering it to the person who is on the package although that person doesnt even live there. They are the worse company ive ever dealt with. Package lost, money gone and Yodel does nothing. Cannot send proof of a picture they should make in your door. Just nothing.

Shameless liars who claimed they delivered a parcel they have not and whose customer service have spent 2 months pretending to be trying to resolve this but I have now found out having spoken to countless people have simply lied and lied. Never trust

Unfortunately I was waiting for holiday clothes and asos used yodel so they didn’t arrive in the specified/ promised time :(

The worst service ever. My parcel from Virgin Media was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. But it still on it's.way on Wednesday next week. It is always said that it is delivered next day without any specific time window. I have to be at home for three days on row, but I have to go to work.

They are unable to delivery parcels, We have had three items that they did not deliver. DPD, FED EX, UPS, Parcel Force, Royal Mail and EVRI can all manage to deliver goods Why are Yodel so bad

Tracked my parcel to 2 stops away. I then got a message saying I needed to contact them to answer a query about my address. You cannot get through to speak to a human. Web chat eventually informed me that the driver could not find my property ! I live in an ordinary house in an unremarkable road. I have had a delivery from another company this morning who managed to find the house ! As I could not speak to Yodel I had to contact the company who I made the purchase from, who in turn had to liaise with the third party supplier who dispatched the parcel. Didn’t really get any resolution other than Yodel will try again tomorrow ! They now know the colour of my front door ! Why that is important I don’t know. Is it too much to expect a delivery person to read the door number. I have a lot of parcels delivered as well as occasional take away meals. Yodel are the only ones who cannot find my house. They really need to get their house in order. They are a complete disgrace.

Absolute garbage company. I can't recall them ever actually delivering any of my parcels either to the correct address or attempting delivery at all, yet it always says "delivered through letter box" even when it's to big to fit through any letter box.

Experience doesn't merit a star. Different messages each day re delivery but still no parcel delivered to me. Latest message today, Saturday, saying driver is experiencing a short delay, now 8.30pm. This is not service.

My parcel went ‘missing’ at preston depot. It was a limited edition collectible - haslab galactus and quite a big parcel. I believe it was stolen by a yodel employee at preston, as the cctv was conveniently not working on the day in question. Shocking service.

Driver didn't deliver or attempt delivery, but it says delivered, certainly not to my address! Probably to their mate!! Customer service dept are shocking, no help at all!! Gave me the wrong email address for complaining and disconnected me 3 times!! Said they'd investigate the issue but this was not completed and ended as inconclusive which no one told me, I had to continually chase for an answer. Would definitely not recommend using these! Most unreliable company ever!!

Yodel has consistently sent messages saying my package was "handed to the resident". I have lost 3 packages in the last week. I took screenshots via their own app and proved the delivery driver was 2 miles from my home at the time he apparently " handed" me the package. I'm now awaiting the third replacement bottle of wine from the wine Company. I have asked them not to use yodel for my deliveries or I will have to cancel my wine subscription with them. I hope they put a tracker in the third replacement package and catch the thieves who 'disappear' so many packages. Yodel is by far the worst delivery service ever. Customer service is non-existent.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. This was verified by Yodels tracking app clearly showing the address it was delivered to (not my address). I went to the house to pick up my parcel it was empty. Neighbours said the family had moved out a few weeks ago. Discussions on web chat after spending 25 mins trying to get through on the phone Yodel confirmed the parcel had been delivered to this address. Following my complaint I was shown a photo of the parcel sat on a window sill of the house it was delivered to as proof of delivery (again not my house). They now claim after 'interviewing' the driver a week after the delivery the parcel was in fact delivered to my address. Fuming no accountability and zero responsibility once the parcel is delivered to any random address.

Yodel said the courier ’handed the parcel to the customer’. I was not in when they said they ‘delivered the parcel’. I did not receive any communication that they were delivering the parcel. There was no note left at my house. When I rang Yodel, they said “the tracking says the parcel was delivered”. After a number of calls, one adviser said they would need to do an internal investigation and this would take up to 48 hours - but assured me I would get an email response. I didn’t receive any communication from them, so I called them again and all they said is the parcel SHOULD NOT have been left in an unsafe place (on the pavement) and the courier SHOULD HAVE had a signature. They then said the company/person who sent it would need to make a claim. No explanation was given to me why the courier left a large parcel outside my door which is the middle or a row of cottages on the pavement. The sender paid for a tracked signed for service. I asked to speak to a manager and they said no manager was available. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life and I am not young! Stay clear of Yodel!!

Worst delivery drivers I’ve ever dealt with. They give you a box to write specific instructions in which are always completely ignored. The drivers knock and wait 30 seconds for you to answer the door before they run back into their unmarked vans and disappear. Also their contact us number is just an automated service that only made me even angrier and solved nothing. I want my money back for next day delivery.

My package was left with a neighbour DESPITE it being requested NOT to because they are in the process of leaving the property and aren't there often. Contacted YODEL who refused to take ANY responsibility for their NOT fulfilling what they were contracted to do. The name given as the recipient of the package was Ryan when my neighbours are a couple and the male is called Matt! YODEL were less than helpful....AVOID!

Only 1 star, because that was the only way of reviewing. Two days running they attempted delivery (no card left). I had left appointed neighbour's door number. Nobody knocked at her door (they were home, all day, both days. I then changed delivery address to my work, reception manned around the clock. Yodel attempted delivery? Really? Despite online chats, nothing resolved. Ironically, their complaints phone number is incorrect.

Left parcel outside front door was at home but did not bother to knock just drove away .this is not the first time surely Yodal can see some many bad reviews but the CEO refuses to do anything about their useless drivers .

This is not a one star review, it is a zero star review. In all honesty, Yodel have bungled 80-90% of my deliveries over the years. And on top of that, their tracking system, customer service webchat, and “CEO complaints department” are also worse than useless. They are the worst courier company on the planet, by a long way.
