Absolutely rubbish. To date , yodel have had the parcel for 5 days with no attempt to deliver. You can’t talk to someone & the web chat keeps crashing & when you get through it’s someone in India that says that the company is busy & you will get an update when the package is out for delivery. Trouble is it’s never out for delivery & there is no attempt to provide any meaningful update to customers. Avoid at all costs

Worse customer service I’ve received, tried to put a genuine claim in, literally not interested!! Never using again if I could have given no stars I would have done

Last Saturday 12 November, I dropped a Yodel parcel off at Anthony store 2-4 Clifford Road, South Norwood, SE25 5JJ, London. The following Monday, the tracking showed that yodel tried to collect the parcel from the store but it wasn't available to collect. I went to the store and the parcel was there together with dozen of other parcels waiting for collection by Yodel. I called yodel and spoke to a lovely lady called Raissa who apologised and she said that she would send a request to the depot for the parcels to be collected ASAP. The parcels were not collected. I sent an email to yodel CEOComplaints advising them that my eBay buyer had asked for a refund as they didn't collect the parcel. I received a response from Abhishek who obviously didn't read my email and asked me to get the eBay seller (me!!!!) To request from them to arrange another collection. This company is really out of order and to this day 17th November, the parcels at Anthony store are still waiting to be collected!!!

They won’t give a clue re the time a parcel is due and they have a nasty habit of dumping your parcel on the doorstep and not putting a card through. The web chat is useless and the website to track you parcel is worse. Don’t use them in my opinion as they’re obviously a cheap and nasty inferior service and rude to boot. Have a habit of severing the connection when they can’t answer a straight question.

Regarding earlier review when Yodel driver stole my telly - despite asking for a meeting with the driver the response from Yodel was ‘he no longer works for the company’ No apology no offer of any form of compensation- terrible customer service. Advised Very Ltd to change courier.

Purchased a book which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel to a family member by the 14th of November. According to the Yodel tracking system lt arrived at the local depot on the 9th of November. It has never been delivered and has either been lost or stolen at the local depot. Yodel cannot find this order and are claiming the packaging may have been damaged. Yet able to deliver the book from the seller to the local depot in South Wales. Poor service from Yodel

I selected 2-3 day delivery on Monday 7th, therefore expecting the parcel to be delivered around Wednesday or Thursday. By Wednesday the tracking advised delivery would be on the 10th (Thursday). I continually watched to see if it was delivered but nothing. On Friday it was showing as been at the local depot and waiting for the next vehicle to be loaded. I contacted them on Friday evening and was told it would be delivered on Saturday, All day Saturday there was no tracking update so I contacted them again and was assured it would be delivered by 9.00pm that evening. It wasn't. They don't deliver on Sunday, so on Mon 14th, there was no change to the tracking status so, for the third time, I contacted them. This time I was given a pathetic excuse that they had difficulty scanning the item so could I advise the content! What???? After 40 mins I was told the best they can offer is 24-48 hour delivery. After pointing out I paid for 2-3 day delivery a week ago, I was advised it wasn't guaranteed 2-3 days. I explained I understood that but assumed that if the 2-3 day deadline couldn't be met, I should at least expect 3-5 days. As I type this, the tracking remains unchanged. I will never use Yodel again. I only used them this time because of Royal Mail issues but never again. A disgraceful excuse for a courier.

Ordered of ebay who then sent through Yodel who could not find the house who i was sending it to even though full address and postcode ,spoke to yodel to attempt delivery again described the house what looks like its so easy to find straight road big number on front of the house only house painted red, i said also i said tell your driver google maps step by step not hard ,well just checked again didnt attempt to deliver now sending my purchase back to my ebay supplier,not impressed at all

Online tracking stated parcel was logged into local depot @2am since then its gone into thin air. No help from yodel at all. Why do they keep getting away with this it's the fourth time and yet they won't pay you the value of the goods at all, having to get a refund is a nightmare due to delays with yodel. You'll not only lose your parcel you will lose money so don't use yodel at all. Minus 10...

This is the absolutely worst company! The drivers lie. I got an email saying they had missed me and left a calling card in the mailbox. All lies! I was home waiting for the driver. No card in the mailbox. I was promised they would deliver next day. Next day I get an email saying they delivered through mail slot. Total lie. The package is about 4 times the size of my mailbox so they could never have gotten it in there. Finally they admitted to not knowing where they had delivered it. Seller resent and replacement. of course Yodel messed it up and claimed not to have the complete address and could not redeliver. The Seller has now sent a second replacement, but I doubt I'll get it. it's not the first time it happens with Yodel. I get about 50% of my deliveries from them. Customer service is impossible to reach and chat is automated. you get the same reply from different 'people'. I hate this company and it should be avoided at all cost.

I wish i could give minus 1 in fact minus 10 the worst delivery company i have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. So i book my delivery slot for Friday 11th and get this email telling me when my goods will be delivered and then suprise suprise 1 and a half hours after the delivery time i get an automated email saying they have been unable to deliver LIARS. I was in they did not even bother to deliver. so then they tell me they are going to deliver on the 12th the next day and again they have not delivered not that i expected this useless company to deliver. They will send me an automated email saying they have tried to deliver LIars yet again. I am going to cancel my order over £200 as i am not wasting my time waiting for a non assistant delivery. I would never choose to use them however the company i bought of did big mistake massive mistake. my star rating Minus 10

I had booked the delivery on a Saturday. On the day of the delivery at a certain point on the tracker appeared they could not deliver the parcel. From their customer service they said my home address was considered by them as a business address and they do not deliver to business on a Saturday. They said that I could not change it only the retailer could

I would use no stars if I could, never on time and even when I have waited at work until 8:30pm following their tracking go to the end of the street and then not even attempt to deliver. They are always full of poor excuses . I'm not sure where they find their drivers from because they are genuinely useless and their customer care is no better . Avoid them at all costs the absolute joke of a company

Worst company ever. Delivered my parcel to some random place, didn't recognise the area on the photo given. Kept getting put off by customer service saying they were 'investigating' and would email me when resolved. Never heard back from them despite me chasing them up on it. Waste of space, absolutely useless!!!!

Yodel decided that it would be a great idea to dump all the parcels for my close in my porch and I wasn't even in. Being the honest neighbour I did yodels job for them went and delivered the parcels that they couldn't be bothered to deliver.

Yodel are liars App said parcel was in the depot. I was assured it would be delivered after numerous web chats on the app. In the space of one minute the status changed from loading on van then to sorry we missed you and have left a card. No card was left nor was any attempt made to delivery. I was in all day and the video door bell would have recorded it. They are liars. Let’s hope it arrives today. Unfortunately it’s another day off work as needs to be signed for 🤬🤬🤬

Genuinely the worst delivery company out there. A logistics company that's no good at logistics. Parcel was meant to be delivered on Saturday. On midday they contact us to say we need to get in touch as they need more information about the address. We try several times but it says no one is available, can't even get put in a queue to speak to someone so have to wait until Monday. We contact them on Monday first thing and ask what additional info they need and they say they don't need anything else. They can't reschedule the delivery for the same day as they don't have it (??), so they book it in for Tuesday. On Tuesday morning we contact them again to confirm that the parcel will definitely be delivered that day. They are absolutely certain it will. Come Tuesday evening, and still no parcel. So contact them again and guess what they say they need more information again! We also what information they need and they then say they actually have everything already. What?! Delayed twice now for the same reason of needing more information when they did not actually need more information. They book it in for Wednesday (tomorrow at the time of writing) but I have no hope for it considering we keep recurring the same events. At this point, I contact the sender and ask them to chase because it's been ridiculous. We have to sign for the parcel so we've been waiting around. The sender manages to speak to yodel and after being told the delay was due to protests (there are no local protests here, so they're just making excuses) they commit to delivering on the same evening (Tuesday) as they deliver up until 9pm. That was obviously just a ploy to get rid of them as there has not been delivery. Still waiting, spent 2 days waiting for the parcel. Been lied to again and again. This parcel is my router for my broadband so I'm writing in a house, where I'm meant to be working from home but can't as I have no internet and will now be waiting unable to work for a 3rd day.
